Hands down the worst betting site around. Not only will they charge you for withdrawing your own winnings, but they make it so you can't possibly win on a free bet.You have to wager your winnings 10 times in order to convert it into real money and even then the most they will give you is 20. They are just trying to lure you in with that free bet.When i complained about this on live chat i was told to read the terms and conditions and it was my choice to place the bet.AVOID!!!!!!

I made only one bet and because I won they closed me my account with no further explanation or way to appeal. I've been harassing them for over a month with emails that take days to be answered, asking for my money and every time they delay it more. Very poor assistance and I think that I may have lost my money. Stay away from this page!

On the surface this appeared to be a decent sports betting platform with a reasonable selection of markets. Fast forward a few weeks however and i've discovered that this is an incompetent company piggy backing on the success of mainstream gambling operators and marketing themselves as one. It is more the case that marathon bet are a pound shop version of the more reputable firms. If you want up front honesty and reliable customer service then avoid this company. They will gladly lock your account without any prior warning and ask you to supply documents that they should have requested (as per their licence conditions) when you open your account with them. Customer service staff are scripted and robotic and have no ability to conversate appropriately.

Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl). On 2nd june evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. They are cheates, frauds, they are only taking money from customers. I am helpless now. If anybody is ready to fight with this company then i am also ready. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don't ask for more private info. This is my go to sports betting and casino site. I can honestly say I've not once had any problem withdrawing money or any bad experience. It would be even better if they had horse racing and some more providers in the casino section. Apart from that all good.

They seriously dont know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Even thought my account is fully verified. AVOID AVOID AVOID

You have to make 10 x times the amount of your first win. So I placed my 10 free bet on Lyon when they were 1-0 down to monaco. They won and I won 39. I asked ellie (live chat) how to withdraw the 39 as it was still in my bonus balance and not my real balance and she told me that I couldn't withdraw any of it until I had made at least 390 and unbelievably she then said that they would give me only 20 of it. So I'm not a customer, I'm an employee. I asked not to receive anymore "free bets" as I don't have the time to be making a company 370 and only getting paid 20. Also if you have money in your real balance and you withdraw it then you lose all the money in your bonus balance so they're trying to hold your winnings as ransom. You also cannot place bets using your bonus balance until all the money in your real balance has been used. Stay away from them is my advice. You will 100% regret signing up with betdukes.

Absolute shysters and Charlotte in customer service complaints is a liar. I have lodged a complaint with the gambling Commission in the UK about these scammers.

They never paid me me my welcome lile I received with all of the other bookies. Further the minimum withdrawal is 30 euro and they only allow you to withdraw in round euro amounts. Avoid at all costs

Don't bother - if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than 0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead - if you win they're more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.
