Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn’t select when put bet on quick before race and couldn’t check. Spoke to customer service waste of time haven’t gambled with them since loads of people I am told closing their accounts at the moment with this company

They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

The website is good, the app is fairly terrible and could do with some work. There are a couple of things that bug me about Betdaq. 1. If you watch a live stream of your bet, the app crashes at the end of the stream. 2. in Sportsbook, on either the web or app, if you want to put an EW acca on some horses. Don’t bother, you can’t and if you can, I’ve not found out how. The exchange is good and fun but liquidity is limited. I do have to say that the odds are generally a little higher in the sportsbook than on other sites and this is great.

I have the right to express my opinion is when you have read report’s ( not directly at your company – just to make that clear ), that Gambling in this country is at pandemic level’s and the ruin of many, you advertisements on TV are throughout the day.Can you not at least air them late evening ?You will no doubt claim that you promote “safe gambling” but like alcohol and cigarette, no matter how much you try and say gamble responsibly, people still end up in a mess.Again l say that your company is not to blame but all l CAN say is your TV adverts on during the day, in my opinion is not good.

Con artists and crooks don’t sign up or you will never see your deposit again. I signed up no problem made a deposit no problem then immediately had my account frozen and they refused to allow me access or return my deposit without getting a driving license and a photo of me holding it. I did that then got an email asking for another two additional documents. All this without Live Chat being any help and no working customer service contact number and having to wait up to 72 hours for email response. Shocking. Party Poker have now responded to this review just so you know I contacted the department they mention days ago and it was them that then kept asking for ID etc. This is just them trying to look good they don’t care and WILL take your money in the hope you give up and they can keep it, crooks!

So I made a account deposited via PayPal linked to my bank card opted in for the 200 free spins spent 30 they did not honour the free spins because I payed with PayPal . When it clearly states Bet victor will take PayPal balance before they take from my card . Im genuinely shocked at this company for ripping me off I spent 30 and they didnt honour the promotion for new customers

I have always been torn with 32Red.On the one hand, it’s not the biggest casino nor does it have the most variety. It’s a little dull in many ways. Also, it doesn’t accept crypto. However, it has great bonuses and some of the best customer support I have ever encountered. I have had so many issues with casinos that ive lost count, and yet every time I have an issue with 32Red, they resolve it quickly, professionally, and on a couple of occasions, they even gave me compensation!That’s why 32Red is my go-to non-crypto casino and sportsbook and has been for many years. I get why the reviews aren’t great (the variety is not the best) but if you like the slots they have available, it’s definitely worth it.

Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

Started off well, with plenty of offers and good odds on some matches. But started to decline when I won an ew bet on odds of 20, with bets not accepted. Did not take them long to restict all my bets to small amounts. Their KYC is a bit off a faff too, the worst I have used. I didnt have problems withdrawing though, thank goodness

So far so good, l like their hilarious offers where you get a free bet if something specific happens in specified games, eg the colour of the refs shirt, or a top player doesnt score. These actually come in somtimes

Live chat is terrible. Just fob you off and don’t help at all. They just want to get you off there as fast as possible. Their manners left a lot to be desired as wellIf you email instead all you’ll get is just a copy and paste template which is absolutely no help at all

Not even worth the one star ,thought Id try it out after reading reviews everyone is right Im on a lot of other gambling sites ,and this is noooo good no chance of big wins after putting 1000 in ,on a pound a spin all the way through my biggest win when down to last 5 was 150 , I put it all back in and lost it all didnt even get on the feature board ,my advise is listen to us all playing here will bankrupt you .1150 ++ spins and no feature joke .

please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

Just to follow up from last week. I thought I was maybe a bit paranoid and just gave McBookie another go. Shouldve took my own advice. Blackjack. Deposited 250, 50 per hand.It lasted 5 hands. It dealt me 14 FIVE HANDS IN A ROW. Account deleted.

This seems to be a common thing, looking at other recent reviews. Ive been with Sky Bet for years and received an email this week stating they will be restricting my account, following a review by their trading team (removing access to free bets, promos etc)I asked (what I thought was a reasonable question) why they are restricting my account and all they would say is we are not obligated to tell you – the email and the correspondence comes across as condescending with little/ no respect for the customer. Like others (looking at reviews), I am a responsible gambler, only staking about 5/ week, normally utilizing promotions on football which I use just to enjoy the games a bit more. My account is up about 350 this year and about the same last year. Its clear they only treat you like a customer if you are losing large sums of money and those that gamble responsibly arent acceptable customers and will be made to feel like cheats. I have sky TV, internet, sports etc and pay them 100+/ month. In my mind, its all relative. Its a shame but Im leaving Sky Bet and will go elsewhere. Not that theyll care. Anyone reading this review that is a responsible gambler and wants to be treated as a human, Id suggest going elsewhere

I am a skybet customer, today I was meant to get a 5 free bet. It was meant to be added by 5pm as per the terms of the contract. I contacted after this time and agent joe told me it should be there tomorrow there is nothing they can do. This is a contract breach and for other customers who have been let down by this company, I will be pursuing legal action against skybet. If anyone else feels strongly and would like an update on this let me know.
