Made three deposits and only got credited for two. It took three days to finally get credit for my third deposit. Then suddenly in the middle of gameplay (actually a bonus just triggered) I was immediately logged out. I tried to log back in and it said my account was closed and I had to contact support. I contacted support and they said my account was closed because I needed to provide identity docs. No warning. No email about this. They just decide to kick you out in the middle of gameplay. I submitted the documents that were approved almost 72 hours ago and I still can’t login. You better believe I better get my bonus game back that was triggered. Not impressed!

Good deposit bonuses. They got all the slots.. And so many deposit bonuses.They got a cool shop for loyal users with different stuff, I’ve bought boxers and shorts with credit-points before, and things like cinema tickets aswell. And ofc free spins. Great at offering small deposit bonuses for players that play a lot. They do ask for all the verification stuff even if you earlier have done it – when you try to take out larger sums. I’ve experienced losing funds to a NoLimitCity slot once out of system-fault, and not gotten my money back from them. Or any type of response regarding that issue actually.That’s the truth and because of that I’m sceptical about even giving them 3 stars.

No website that charges you to withdraw your money is worth you business. There are better options out there that do not charge to withdraw and do not crash while in game as often. Their Pragmatic Play blackjack tables crashes at least 3-4 times a session and the money takes forever to go back into your account after their error. There is no game ID tracking in a user’s history so you cannot even verify that the money was returned by reviewing their logs. Give you business to other companies. They had a massive downtime earlier this week to upgrade their servers and no warning was given to users. There’s just no communication to their users.

Sadly I got a bad experience I hope this will be solved quickly and not like I read in a lot of comments below. I honestly think this was an error in their system tonight but reading all these reviews got me worried. I put in 45 euro on a bonuspick and the game had issues, when it continued everything well and fine and I won the multiplier of 124x. Didn’t get paid only a 124 euro which wasn’t my input. Also don’t see they playround anywhere on my players Id that says my imput or win. Not even the 124 win what was an error. Contacted costumes and they will get back to me in 24/72 hours and they were polite. I hope I can put my good experience here when problem resolved and not a bad one like im reading. I was playing Ruby blackjack and on 3 different bets I was disconnected from there end. A $800 bet a$1600 bet and a $3200 bet and they can clearly see that I was disconnected right after placing my bet so I went straight to chat and this was on February 9 2024 at 3pm eastern time when I started to play. I was told by chat that the right department will get back to me soon and after patiently waiting for 5 days they sent a simple email saying that there systems don’t show any irregularities and that I played those bets but when I asked them to prove it they can’t. Absolutely avoid. I don’t normally write critical reviews but having had a conversation with a Mr Adam Hayden I believe it to be necessary. He not only insulted me by sarcastically imitating my accent but he was completely inappropriate, unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a female.
