They are totally fine as long as they make money on you. But they will use everything in their power to not let you withdraw your money. I have spendt over a week, doing everything they say and they come up with a new excuse everytime.

1st place Tournament winnings not paid…No that is not correct… if I played at a lower than minimum requirement the promo game would not accumulate the points in the tournament. Only the minimum and above counted for the points I accumulated there was no possible way for me to accumulate points if I was playing below the minimum requirement as the games I played would not accumulate points by default in the programming. You are clearly trying to rip me off for my prize money…. !!! I will be reporting you to the authorities and will receive a letter from my lawyer!

I am so frustrated with comeon casino, and I reallly feel unfair treated: in many of the competitions and other kind of offers they have, you can win/earn points, to be used in the casino shop. I have been a customer for a long time, and I have never (as I know of) done everything that is against the rules. Suddenly one day, when trying to spend my earned coins in the casino shop, the shop was empty. When I contact customer service, they say I have been banned from the shop! When I ask why, they won’t even give me a reason! I still have 22 000 points but I am never allowed to spend it, without knowing why! I really dont understand how they can do this, and not give me a reason. I have tried several times chatting with customer service, but every time the same response. This relly sucks, I am not going to put any more money into Comeon casino. I do not recommend this online casino at all!

Worst deposit services for Indians.. deposited money takes a lot of time to add on your gambling wallet and some times they clearly denies your successful transaction. Winning bets some time showed as lost bet and prizes would not be given to you.

Few months i asked them to close my account permantely because on the website there asking for identification and all and i don’t want to be stuck depositing and can’t withdrawl. So today i got tempted i was able to re-open my account and deposit… Long behold when i go to withdraw they say i can’t withdraw same method i deposit (etransfer) they ask me to use “muchbetter” i don’t have documentation or anything and i will need to wait weeks or months…. Next thing you know i got tilted and lost my deposit $3000 and winnings…… Alot of complaints are regarding withdrawl i am just wondering how igaming ontario approve random casino’s from abroad who stall on payments….

Day 3 of trying to get my withdrawal accepted. Been in touch with them 4-6 times now through chat, each time telling me its right around the corner. All my documents are already verified and now going in to day 4 Tomorrow without them having verified its accepted and on its way. Last time im using Comeon.com if this doesnt get accepted by today.Is it suppose to be a fulltime job to get my own money out of Comeon.com? Ridiculous.

1) Dumb (in the sense: not appearing to be intelligent) staff at support, changing their argumentation from email to email, not realizing their obvious error.2) Low-skilles programmers making bonuses and free bets almost never work automatically. You have to spend hours on hours explaining things to dumb staff rather than enhoying freebets and bonuses as you can in other gambling companies.

I was scammed out of my winnings by comeon. For a bet for which I won Rs 3250, I only received rs 2182. For a bet for which I won rs 3800, I only received rs 2551. They ate almost rs 2400 from my winnings. Despite sending this to their customer service with evidence from their own transaction history they tried to divert the issue. They are a scam site. The best sites to use for betting are pinnacle, sbobet or some other exchange.
