ComeOn was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $12007 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

Limited sportsbook betting max win 1€. Having been part of Comeon casino and betting since 9/2015 this came out of nowhere. Really unhappy with this, would not recommend.

Looks like they are purging players out of their sportsbook. Limited my sportsbook bets to max win of 1€, even though I have only won maybe few hundread euros. Payout was fast and hassle free.

I still having problem to cash out , after 3 weeks , no answers from costomer service and every time I try to cash out 25.69 euro the payment is rejected. Worse experience ever . I used the 100% Bonus for my payment of 100€, then won a couple of bets and had a total amount of about 730€ with 60% of the bonus conditions finished. Then for no apparent reason my account was closed for several days and the support could not give me a reason to why that was the case. After sending many e-mails, they told me to verify my account by sending my documents, which I did. Still did not re-open my account, but rather told me they did not receive my payment (about two weeks after my payment). They said if I pay the 100€ one more time, they would re-open my account with all savings at the prior level. I checked my bank account and saw that the 100€ were actually not booked on that date, so I agreed to sending them again. They said I could send the money with the help of their customer service, so I tried to log in to my account again. Suddenly I was able to log in, but my savings were only at about 280€ and my bonus money was gone. I checked with the customer service to see what had happened and they told me they deleted my bonus for no apparent reason (which they are apparently allowed to following their terms and conditions) and said there is nothing I could do anymore. In total I lost about 450€ of my bonus savings and a lot of time consulting the customer service, which told me different things every day. Never again, absolute scam!
