Really good customer service and quick withdrawals to my bank acount, along with having most of my favorite slots, make this my #1 go to casino. There's a few slots I would love to see tho. I hope they might come in the future. Then I don't need to play at other casinos

I tried to cash out and they send it to the wrong number on MuchBetter.They say everything was fixed and I would get my money back,so I could try to deposit another amount later that day.But they didn't fix anything and this money is also lost. I have now lost so mutch money and they don't know where it is.

This company is just basicly bunch of thiefs. Their slot games soak your money giving you nothing in return. Doesnt matter how high or low bet you play. Again 300+ euros is lost in no time. Didnt even play with high bets just lowest 0.1 0.2 cent bets with loads of rolls. But non of the fu cking games actually returned money i put in. Play'n Go is the worst even you might thing nolimit city is higher volatility. That's not true. Play'N Go is the worst. Hope karma will get these greedy f uck s and owners will end up living in the streets eventually. Have a nice day.

I participated in a bonus promotion and got only got 10 instead of the promised 100 Euro freebet. Customer service was very unfriendly and arrogant. He didnt even want to check the issue and just said that he cant do anything.

In general i like comeOn! a lot because of its Promotions. But Customer Service often is not as good as expected. Often they dont know their own Promotions and have to ask back. But the worst thing is, that customer service told me, that the market team has excluded me from the shop. Though i asked for the reasons, i dont get any answer, so i cant help to solve the issue. That is a very awkward experience. Why cant i get an answer to my question about the reasons for excluding me? What about my collected shop-points? I'm not able to spent them though i earned them with some playing oder special promos.
