Corals and Ladbrokes are no longer bookmakers,merely accountants.They no longer take bets on Towcester greyhound track(among several greyhound tracks)which is the home of the English greyhound derby.As a long time follower of greyhounds this is the final straw for me,they have no interest in the industry or punters requests just profit for their American owners.

I have £19.50 in account yet they wont let me make a withdrawal and now my account has been restricted and I have no access. I queried this and they sent me a long list of documents I need to send as proof. I have never had a passport, driving licence, council tax in partners name and now they want me to get a citizens card as proff of ID. This costs £18!!! I have yold them numerous times all I can send is a copy of my bank statement which shows proof of address but it is not acceptable to these thieves.

Giving 1 star, site pays and plays sort of well when first join, after that you cannot win anything, £150 on the christmas pigs game without a feature or bonus winning 20ps & 40ps the pigs just keep getting fatter & more opague but never burst! This is a strange outfit. Both my wife and I have had accounts for some time, and have generally been quite happy. Our bets were relatively modest, but consistent, and we’re probably just about on level terms. First of all my wife got a strange email telling her that her account would be restricted, and that she would be excluded from any promotions, etc. No explanation given, so she promptly closed her account. A couple of days ago I got the same message. I asked for an explanation, but just got a lot of meaningless waffle so now I have closed my account too. I have no idea what this nonsense is all about, but who needs it when there are tons of bookmakers out there all begging for customers.

Coral ladbrokes foxy and gala all run by same company, I closed all accounts as LC INTERNATIONAL are greedy people and playtech are better know to ri-p you off, had failed bets on wheels told it didn’t happen, restricted for saying spent all my money, although I have limit on account I won 20p on a slot and the 20p went on the wheel, pathetic. Can’t give 0. After being regular customer for over 7 Years,today they shortchanged me out of £114.50.I didn’t check my winnings as they’re normally ok, but when got home,they’d only gave me £500 instead of £614.50. Customer Support called them,the girl BLATANTLY lied,and contradicted herself, says i only cashes 1 receipt for £260 and 2 for £60 each,which is false,also if she’s lying saying I’d only cashed £320,why did she give me £500? OBVIOUSLY they’re full of dolomite and telling lies,this probably explains the huge amount of complaints against them and poor reviews.

Coral & Ladbrokes are both LC International LTD and both have shitty odds. Same procedure, join up and have a little win and then they rinse you. Sometimes 15-20 spins and no win and then a feeble 12p. I know it’s a gamble but find a better site.

Having raised a Complaint about an illegal deduction of just over £40 Coral Complaints procedure needs 28 days to resolve that should take less than hour to resolve by someone with any knowledge of betting unfortunately Coral the Scammer needs 28 Days to resolve. At the end of 28 days they will pay the £40.80 without any Compensation for the hassle and delays. This is a company that I have dealt with for over 60 years, that what you call Customer Services

The RTP on the slots remain constantly dead and impartially crap. gambling always comes with a risk of losing but this is not just a risk it’s an absolute guarantee. When losing is an absolute guarantee is it really gambling anymore? Wouldn’t it be easier to just transfer the money straight to coral Ladbrokes account as it saves time choosing the slot game, spinning the reels and watching the animations drain the balance to zero. Never a Quarrel bet with Coral – RUBBISHI placed a bet with Coral on the Tote and after the horse had won introduced (not in their Rules) a 20% deduction on Tote bets.A SCAM of £40.80 and despite numerous claims through their Customer Services was treat very poorly and even emails to Directors did not change the mind of their arrogant Traders.If you want to bet on the Tote go to the Tote and avoid CORAL because you will have a quarrel.

I ha w not received winnings from Coral form playing the slots amounting to £100.00. I phoned their Customer Service and was advised that that the matter had been escalated. I was also told by an assistant that the operations team worked at the weekend then I was told that the department was closed. Almost a week later and I have still not had a response from Coral
