Yesterday I poster here about problems withdrawing from my online account. Eventually customer support and myself agreed that Coral would put the balance £138.28 into my account and we would close the account.I agreed and the account has been closed. Coral Customer Support assured me that the funds would be in my bank within 4 hours. A day later and no my money has not been paid into my bank.When you contact customer services you get the same auto reply saying that they will get back to you within 24 hours. i will update here when something happens. Meanwhile I will try the Gammbling Commission and see if I can get anywhere.

I bet at their Market Drayton store, the number of times the payout is under what it should be is a joke.Lets talk about the staff there, they are amazing really friendly and helpful.I was supposed to pick up at least £49 today but only got £46.12. The first time it happened in April this year I had a £1 win on 11/4 which if I’ve worked it out right the return should have been £3.75 and yet I got less than £3. The first time I just let it go, but it has become a joke how many times it’s happened.I put what we call a reverse Tricast in Liverpool and they refused to pay out even though it won. When the lady in the shop rung about it, she was told I couldn’t have it because I didn’t put combination Tricast. Over 30 years betting at Coral always called it a reverse T/C and never had a problem with terminology.I am tempted to swich betting shops.

I have an online account with Coral. I tried to withdraw from this yesterday and it would not let me. Coral confirmed that I have a credit balance and could not see why I could not withdraw. After I contacted Coral and they sent me all round the houses telling mt to try different search engines ect. I have worked in IT all my life but I went along with it. It is day two and I can access my account but not withdraw from it. The infuriating thing is when you get back to customer supportt to tell them you are getting nowhere you get an automated reply telling you that they will reply within 24 hours. Customer service at it’s worst. Maybe a call to head office today and see if I can get someone senior to talk to me?

Don’t use better off making a bet with a random person on the Street. If you win money from a free bet or bonus you can guarantee they put an algorithm on your account so you just lose lose lose.Gambling Commission is part of the problem as they side with the betting companies

Paid a visit to the Scarborough shop Saturday 22nd June approx midday. One male and one female members of staff, both had relatively poor knowledge of betting, asked for prices on two separate bets, the female member of staff said I had to place bet before getting a price. Both members of staff were rude, I also tried to place a bet on greyhound racing still waiting to get my bet on!!!

The biggest rip off merchants ever and totally disregard the GDPR and the lawful collection of data. Coral said they had verified my account with my name, telephone number, email address and bank card. I then used the account for two days and won quite a bit. On the third day when I went to log in I was told my account was suspended and they wanted verification documents. After sending in 8 different documents and photo ID they still made excuses about verification. I eventually telephoned and asked them to return my winnings to my card, remove all of my data immediately under the GDPR and close the account. They told me they would put forward the request regarding data but winnings would not be returned. Daylight Robbery doesn’t even come close! STAY WELL AWAY!

I don’t bet very much or often but when I do the website is slow (and it’s not my broadband connection) often the quick bet placement site won’t work or I get ooops something went wrong try again later, usually when the horse race is over and I don’t want to bet☹️ or the latest one is retry we’re having problems, well so am I mainly putting on a bet before the off.

Been Betting for years and never had this before. I bet a 100 pounds on a horse and wrote 5/2 on bet slip. The assistant said its gone 9/4 so i asked to go SP and the horse won at 5/2. I went to collect my 350 pounds. Assistant payed me 325 and i said i asked for SP and he told me because i had wrote 5/2 on the betting slip i had to take the 9/4 lol. He never told me this at the time. Ive had lots of bets on where the odds have drifted when ive put the bet on but not once have they ever paid me the greater odds. Pure scam to suit themselves. Even earlier that day I put a bet on and ment to write 15/8 but wrote 7/4 in error and it won at 15/8 and the price never dropped to 7/4 so just shows they give you as low a price as they can. I’ve bet thousands over the years with coral but I won’t bet with them no more . They make the rules up when it suits them . A couple of years ago I placed a bet on a 2 mile hurdle race it wasn’t until I placed my bet I realized my race was already off , my horse lost , I queried the bet because I placed the bet 47 seconds late so the bet should have been voided. Then a couple of weeks ago I placed a bet on a French race I handed the bet over just has the race started, my horse won ,but they voided my bet because it was placed a couple of seconds late. Then last week I placed a bet on an Australian greyhound race I handed over my bet. I then watched the whole race on screen, my bet won, but was then told that the bet was voided because bell had sounded when the bet was placed. In that case they must owe me back for loads of bets as I’ve placed that lost for the bell ringing. They never tell you that your bets were late then .These were placed in Corals Faversham kent . Terrible customer service.

In shop they recommend using bet stations. I have a winning horse which is then put to 2nd after a stewards. Coral dont pay first past post on bet stations. They would have paid if i went to counter. Aparently they have changed this rule but failed to tell their walk in customers. I went on twitter and coral have blocked me as i was trying to let people know. BOYCOTT as they change things as and when they want. Every bookmaker apart from the exchange pay first past post. I will spread the word Coral so this doesnt happen again to someone else. Convenient how they added 3 more bet stations to their shop

If I could rate Corals Zero I would. I was betting online with corals for years and they are destroying the industry now. They are only allowing me net losses of £40 per month. I can bet thousands on my other betting accounts. This is ridicule as when I bet my minimum stakes are £50 so everyone can do the maths. The customer service team are absolutely useless and the company should be shut down if they are afraid to take a decent bet. They want to know everything about your finances and ask to see bank statements which no other betting firm has asked. I’m surprised Corals have any customers left.

I placed a bet on Tuesday 30th May at the Ham branch of Corals on a horse called Diego Velazquez of £20 which was running in the Derby at 4.30pm on Saturday 1st June. The horse did not start the race so I thought I would get my money returned, when I went back into the branch earlier today the girl at the desk was most un helpful and claimed the horse had ran when it hadn’t! She claimed she could not prove this on a screen because it was three days after the race was ran and I would have to look a number up on Google to contact someone about this issue. I went back into the branch after looking up the full list of horses which had competed the race and the horse definitely did not start. Not only had she given me the wrong information she left me to look up the list of horses which completed the race .She vaguely explained because I had placed the bet too early and had kept the odds (33-1) that Corals could not pay back my £20Really shoddy service as I should of been informed of this rule before I placed the bet. Furthermore it did not go un noticed what a grubby shop it is in Ham, the windows hadn’t been cleaned in months with spit on the glass and cobwebs around the frames. Really poor showing from CoralI will never go in there again

corals RTP must the lowest a gambling site are allowed to be and still legal as the losses for the gambler (if my experiences are anything to go by) are tremendous. The company can improve by making it fairer for the gambler as finances in personal accounts are being absolutely destroyed. It’s a shame because something I enjoyed doing for years has turned into a massive disappointment thanks to coral. I was trying to find a justified reasoning behind why it’s so bad but you will not get an honest answer from them, just a copy and paste written like someone that works in HR. I noticed on another review that someone wrote that the company Entain (which owns coral) made a loss of 936.5 million in 2023 due to fines imposed by HMRC. After a little research my questions have been answered, There’s no doubt that this is why there’s low RTP and very little bonuses and perks. So there you have it folks. They lost, so you lose.
