SCUMBAGS I signed up 1 day ago got a email saying your account is verified, 1st deposit no problem won 200 withdrawal no problem 2nd deposit on problem won 270 withdrawal no problelm 3rd bet deposit no problem won 300 tried to withdraw now they want all kinds of ID when they only verified my account when I opened it 1 day ago. I wonder if they would of asked for ID if all my bets was losing. Absolute cancer of society

DO NOT GO HERE! Stick to Sky bet where you get 10% bonus on losses.I was with Coral for 20 years, I got begged by optimisation to come back, after endless problems, all the time. Awful Customer service.I had a genuine issue with a bet which was sorted, but as punishment they dropped my monthly spend to 300 and then stopped giving me a gesture that I got every month, that was promised to get me back.I certainly will never use them again

Customer service in Coral shop is appalling , i don’t want the assistant to be overly happy and smiling and call me ‘lovely’ or anything fake like that , but no expression or words when i cash out (i was still down on the day) . i’m sure she was bored, but it might even help alleviate it for her to inject a tiny bit of pleasantness into the experience, even a small fake smile and/or thankyou doesn’t cost anything and she is getting paid at the end of the day (or week…) at least it won’t encourage me to waste my money there again .. though of all betting shops i’ve been in , Coral’s FOBTs are the worst by far in generalps . this was Rotherham town centre, South Yorkshire

Update on how bad Coral are paying on my winning bets, bets stuck 20th Feb, called customer retail services today, the 4th call now here is a transcript on what i was told “Hayley is busy now she is in communication with a department that kind of deals with this kind of matter it should be a couple of days for an update hopefully, might have some more information hopefully but so no promises made on this’ asked what his name was he replied ‘Lucky’ is that laughter i can hear in the background !!!!! This is how they treat you when they have your money, what a joke an experience you do not need, my advice AVOID CORAL / LADBROKES check online because they run the majority of online betting and casinos.

Blocked my account for no reason. All of a sudden and without warning. When asking them why, they said they’re unable to provide me with more information, but it’s an ‘irreversible business decision.’ I’ve never even won anything big, if anything I’ve lost money, so the business decision don’t make sense.. they lost a customer.

I’ve learnt the hard way the underhabmnd tactics this Company uses to get money . They mark teams have scored when in reality they haven’t ( I have screen shots to prove this) when I raised this issue I was rudely told they don’t accept responsibility for changes to scores and abruptly cut me off. Disgusting behaviour from a big name like coralIn addition to this, these scammers are now altering game times. I had bet on basketball, half time came so I logged off. When I logged on no less than 3 minutes later it had mysteriously jumped to the fourth quarter and points had been taken off the second quarter result.

I have sent in 2 betting slips to their office, no confirmation that they have them, signed for on the 22nd Feb, i placed the 2 winning bets which they refused to pay on, now after saying they would pay if i sent them in to customer services which i have, nothing i have not received a penny, they have been sitting on them for 6 days, furthermore their email wont accept messages how long are they going to make me wait !!!!!!!!!!! Had a bet on a football match was going ok than 60 mins when it was looking good on my bet the cash out disappeared. For the remainder of the game. I understand when its stuff going on or if its near the end of time. But 30 odd mins of cash out suspended is a tab a Mickley take will never use for football bets again its a shame as did like the bet bundles but a matter of principle. I wonder if I am not meeting their target on spend and that’s why access to my account has been blocked (along with Ladbrokes). I’ll take that as a compliment. Coral at Redhill. today i went into the shop placed 1 bet which won, then i placed a second bet which also won when i approached the counter the employe there a L BAKER refused to pay my bets, i recently played at Kingston coral and Guildford coral with no issues but today this person not only refused to pay the bet but abused me verbally calling me a Moron and ordering me out of the shop. I called customer services and discovered it goes back to 2017 when i asked the manager at Dorking to self exclude me for a year, he put a trespass notice on me as i couldn’t then provide a photo for the self exclusion, so this is the point 2 winning bets taken and now i have to send my slips into customer services with no guarantee that the winnings will be honoured ! Totally unfair to take a bet then not pay on that winning bet, then abused in the shop and told to leave like i was a criminal i am appalled by the treatment i received what kind of betting organisation is this !! AVOID.

Talksport have a very low pinion of their listeners and they hope their listeners are too uneducated and stupid to notice. They have constant adverts every 10 minutes about gambling to make sure their listeners gamble and hope they become addicted. Even when the adverts have finished the presenters are contracted to start advertising coral or ladbrokes when they should be talking sport not odds. Trustpilot will remove my true review in order to make sure talksport do not lose any listeners and that talksport keep making money adverting gambling and putting vulnerable listeners at risk. Trustpilot are as bad as talksport unfortunately.

There’s nothing random about the slots here at all. They’re just always terrible.The only time the spins don’t glitch is when it’s a dead spin. Which you get a lot of. LAST USED CORAL 2014,I walked into a coral in clifton near nottingham i wanted 1100 on a greyhound at nottingham that night at 8/11 in an open race for puppies the lady behind the counter duly rang to see if they could lay the bet i was offered 25 at 8/11 and the rest at sp so i said politely thanks but no thanks,i left the shop in disbelief and checked oddschecker to my amazement coral had cut the dog to 4/9 without taking a penny on it….i knew the odds were wrong thats why i wanted a bet…punters should stick to a sport they are good at and if you think odds are wrong its simple PUT MORE ON

Customer service is just DISGUSTING. I also had some divvy telling me he’s not allowing me to have my winning bet. And he also closed my account. I’ve been constantly asking for a subject access request. But every email goes ignored. And nothing gets dealt with over the phone. I will now contact the information commissioner’s office who will of course get my subject access request.

I signed up today (9th February 2023) & received an email saying my account had been verified & that I was able to make deposits & withdrawals.Decided to make 2 deposit transactions (40 each transaction so a total of 80). I won a little amount of money which I then decided to withdraw but 2 hours later my coral account was closed.I spoke to a person via the live chat who advised me they were currently having technical issues which were being looked into & wasnt able to access my account to advise me on the status & withdrawal.I will contact them via twitter as well and will update this when I get a response.

Was playing slots 5 days ago and noticed 49.90 taken from my balance without me doing anything. Its showed on transactions that I placed 2 x 24.95 bets at the same time, I didnt, nothing on settled or open bets. You have taken my money and I want it back. I have played slots a fair bit recently, so far I’ve won back what I’ve put in plus a little bit more. I deposit using paypal & my winnings are in my account within 8 hours. There’s a great range of games that I enjoy playing, some I’ve played on other sites, some that are new to me. Simple enough to use. Downside is I can only bet on races as far as 2 days ahead. So if a jockey I follow is racing more than 2 days away, I can’t bet on them. I’m sure this must skew the odds. It also means if I am busy I may forget to place the bet. Not the first time I have lost out because of this. An explanation as to why races can only be bet on up to 48hrs in advance might be nice. If I went into a betting shop there would not be this issue.
