100% the worst betting company out there, and that takes some doing. All u get from customer service is lies, they take responsibility for nothing, they think after stealing your money an apology is acceptable. During last weeks snooker,I’d a 400e bet on one player, at 6/4 odds. It went down to the last frame, and Coral suspend the betting before the break off and never re-open it, but this is the best bit, the have frame betting, on who will win the deciding frame. Do not use their poker. Won a free tournament.Then turned those poker points into real cash.I am a pretty decent player. Got near the money in two decent size tournaments only to lose to ridiculous hands runner runner both times when dominating. I was 2nd in one and 3rd in the other so still had chips left. On both occasions I was dominating the next had so went all in again only to lose torunner, runner.The person who called wasnt deep in the hand on either occasion so had no business calling any way. They would have known they were miles behind. Happened 4 hands in a row essentially! They WILL NOT let you walk away with big money. I have played for years and never been 80+% in a hand only to lose 4 times in a row(on hand I was 96%). They use the same system as partypoker which shouldnt come as a surprise.Go play on William hill, way, way less bad beats.

This is a money grabbing crooked company, playing some games like goldfish fortunes, the goldfish disappear and all of a sudden 8 7’s in a row appear, cheating, to stop you winning . Football bets, every time a coupon looks good, all of a sudden games get suspended, no cash out. Get this thieving company investigated.

An absolute disgrace of a betting firm. I had 2 10 free bets that were gained from a promotion. I was then told my account is stake restricted. I then tried to use my free bets but as I am now restricted cannot use these. As I was given the free bets before being restricted how can they not honor these.

Despite losing the generous three free spins on Big Banker Megaways I decided to try again. I moved the stakes bar to the extreme left (10p) and pressed start.The screen froze for about 20 seconds before reactivating with a 20 bet that lost.Coral, why not be honest enough to just pick my pocket?Pointless complaining as I’ll be fobbed off as a chancer. OK so I’ve used coral for a while now but last night was the last straw, I had a sports bet on it was an 8 team acca, every team was up except borrusia dortmund, all of a sudden it came up that juventus has scored and it was 2-2 but I was still getting cash out so I clicked it and as soon as I done it the score went back to 2-1, I mean how can that be a mistake? It’s clearly being done on purpose, absolutely blatant and shocking what they are doing. So I tried contacting customer service while the bet was live and funny enough I got 3 different people say hi welcome to coral chat as if they were stalling me. Its a big scam please no one send coral your hard earned money because the scum rats will take it off you without battering an eyelid, sometimes unfairly aswell.

Well, after leaving a scathing review previous, I now have to leave another review. CORAL, WELL DONE! it is now back to how it used to be. You are once again one of the better sites! Your withdrawals are fast, the wins and also bonus features are as good if not better than other sites. I do deposit frequently but withdrawals are also frequent. What a transformation and it seems to be after your site went down so will put my previous review down to a glitch somewhere!Remember folks this us gambling and there is a risk, if your playing for fun as u do then its a great site and better than any other sites I have tried! Coral have just STOLE nearly 260 from me after someone reported my user name they did not like (basically i knocked them out poker tournament so angry lol) that i have used daily on the site for 3-4yrs) analdestruction, yeah not everyone’s cup of tea of user name but here’s the thing used literally daily for 3-4yrs including numerous cash withdrawals and nothing said then til suddenly today tried to log in account closed NO email or reach out prior or simply amicable option to change my user name (very easy to address this way what’s the problem?). Basically, they have grabbed the opportunity to steal my money, have not just came on here and ranted off the hoff I have contacted them on the phone for 1hr and basically told tough they are keeping my money with no realistic justifiable reasoning V the opportunity to defraud instead easily. Seriously guys avoid at all costs previously thought Coral were brilliant (hence why I used them so much) til this shady shady unjustified situation (opportunity to defraud easily scam) Play poker at the reliable reputable sites folks 888poker Pokerstars. Just not worth the risk with these shady outlets quite evidently. Well. I read the reviews and thought it can’t be as bad as they all say. I WAS WRONG.I tried the site, tried again, then again and took lots of money, wins are very small and bonuses are none existent, I did get a couple of them but seriously they truly are not worth mentioning, especially on Big Bass keeping it reel!! Everyone seriously needs to have a think before playing their slot tournements. You do not even reach 100 points since they were fined and it is so obvious they are controlling if you win on any spin because when you load the game and then you play the first spin then the next spin keeps spinning for about 10 seconds then says connection lost then load again and error reload game. Then it spins for a few seconds then the same messages again. This normally happens just after the tournement has started. Beat the banker is terrible you do not even get enough points to reach the score anymore. I know for a fact that all of these top winners are not real people. And i hope everyone understands that if you give them a negative review on here they know who you are and they will make sure you do not win anything. Very interesting comment below about accounts having markers put on them by coral – i have deposited thousands and use to have a steady pattern of win some lose some but this year has been horrendous. Its actually impossible for me to get a decent win anymore. Its shocking really. Update on a review I did I have given all my evidence to the right people who have informed me today that I have got a case against coral as the findings are their rng is not consistent or impartial they have been rigging it it turns out that they put markers on customers and the one who loose constantly they allow them to continue depositing knowing that they havent got a chance of winning anything so for that person the rng is set to not pay anything out which breaks the rules of fair play anyway see you in court you slimy thieving corrupt scumbags
