I used to like coral and like everyone else some times I won some times I lost but lately for the last week is been nothing big take take take !! The games constantly crashing , non existing bonuses. Is a shame that something has changed In the last 2 weeks in the games because Ive been playing the online slots for 4 years and nothing like this has ever happened. Refused to reimburse me !!!!So I was playing a new game Coral Riches , I won three bonuses which didn’t pay out I continued to play thinking there might be a delay it going into my account. Nothing contacted them several times gave them information. Nothing. I even added more money and played the game again, but nothing. Continued to contact them they asked me to look at the screenshot and transcations funny enough it only shows the transcations for one day not the rest. Told them this , to be told that there is still no error, if though it says so on there page. Told me I won’t receive my money. No communication between any of them , its not about winning its the fact I paid for something that didn’t work.Disgusting treatment of people. Everyone seriously needs to think twice before playing thier slots tournements. I have been playing them for a very long time and i have only ever reached 1000 points once and i won 50p cash. I hardly ever reach beyond 100 points now. It is dead spin after dead spin. Trying to beat the bankers score is near on impossible because you do not win enough on the spins and you would have to get the bonus a number of times to even be close to reaching over 1000 points. Deposited 20 on Wednesday the money went out of my bank but never got credited into my coral account. Emailed them NO REPLY so called them and they tell me 3 days in a row that there is technical issues with depositing . If youve got technical issues regarding depositing you would mention it on social media at least. Coral please dont even bother replying to this I just want everybody to know what a shabby bookies you are. Ill get my 20 that I deposit from the bank. And people if you need help and call them you will get an Indian call centre every time you contact them and nobody wants Indians knowing our bank details, just stay away guys

So I played piggy riches megaways at 40p per spin , and I was winning and loosing which you expect a game of chance.Then I landed 3 scatters and won 22 free spins starting at x5/6 per win. I soon got upto 180 something pounds and x16 per win, with 11 spins left , next spin I landed 14 / 15 win at x16 I was buzzing then the game crashed and when I rebooted the game my remaining 11 spins were gone and only won 247 which the math don’t add up. Worked at the Chippenham branch for 6 months, team was full of liars and criminals who simply don’t care about customer or staff welfare IN THE SLIGHTEST. The recent gambling commission ruling speaks volumes.To top it all off, I was baselessly and falsely accused of harassment via apparently pressing the ‘staffguard’ security button (that barely worked properly WITHIN range on shift) OUTSIDE of the store when a certain staff member was on shift. This was a failed effort to destroy my reputation in the town after whistleblowing to the company and gambling commission.Rotten from top to bottom, a complete hellscape that will stay with me for life. Well this is my final review of coral -DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!Ive used slots for years – always had good weeks and bad weeks but always had a sense that its fair – you win some you lose some. Now and again you might have a bad month even. However for 3 and a half month now (considering i deposit between 30-200 per day) i have lost a good few grand. Something has changed for the worse at this site and they are just robbing us blind. Dont mind loosing a bit but law of average states i should atleast get 1 decent win every now and then. 10s of thousands of spins in the last few month and the most my balance has ever gotten to is 371 i think (and that was a 1 off) i use to win 1100ish on a good win before this year. Often too. Would lose some then win some. Keeps you coming back for more. I give up now though. Its not the same. Rare bonuses, paltry winnings. Joke. Bet 10 on any sport get a 5 bet on any sport I got offered so I went through and placed my bet received my 5 free bet but couldnt use it. I hope everyone actually realises about these free spins tournaments. You can not get enough points to reach anywhere near the top of the leader board. You do not have enough spins to play with. And it is dead spin after dead spin. And you would need to get the bonus on the slots a number of times if you was to get over 1000 points. Won over 700 today on slots. I go to withdraw and apparently I need to pass further security measures, despite my account already being verified. I need to provide photo I.d which I do not have as I do not drive and I no longer have a passport as its expired. I can’t complain about the slots but customer service is terrible. I tried to make a withdrawal but their system tried to split it between my new card and my old one. The old card was deleted from their system but it still tried to pay back into it.Live chat had me on hold for an hour before hanging up on me. Must do better coral.

How can you coral offer the free promotion the reward grabber and you do not even win most of the time and if you do win it is 3 free spins. Seriously what is 3 free spins. Then I managed to hit a few big wins and suddenly logged on to find my account suspended. Not even the decency of an email or anything to let me know.I contacted customer services and might as well have had a conversation with a brick wall. Completely rigged. No matter what coral says about the random generator. That’s absolute lies. Thus generator can be rigged very easily and coral are obviously doing exactly this. You should be investigated further as I’ve played the same games on other sites and they play and pay very very differently. I’ve just found out that entain owners of CORAL and LADBROKES have finally been fined by the gambling commission 17.2 million pounds for systemic failings by the online customer service for multiple breaches of the gambling code of conduct it’s about time they have treated customers weather large and small gambling like cash machines for to long it feels good to know my case against coral was a small part of that 17.2 million pound fine all I have to do now is start my own legal action against coral now that it’s been confirmed they are guilty good day

Im so so so tired of losing constantly – lost a few grand in the last couple month.Rarely even get a bonus game and when i do its paltry amounts that i win – today was 4 from 1 spins. They say its a game of chance but if that was the case then at some point in the last 2 and a half months i should of got an ok win. Between 30 and 200 per day for 2 and a half months, and 1 spins. Biggest withdrawal ive had is 200. Absolutely diabolical. Spent nearly 100 and supposed to get invite to a weekly jackpot session which I did every week as regular player and never got one. Asked a chat host for help but because he did not understand he ran away from the room! I have sent 8 (yes 8) emails to customer services and received 8 replies, all different all incoherent and each one of them blaming me for their error! I give up and will not be going back here. Please employ customer service staff who can actually understand an issue! Avoid this site at all costs!
