Closed my account, reason being is that was ‘a security issue’, customer services do not get any more information to give you than that. There was no security issue, they just wanted to close my account & keep my money. They can do it to whoever they want, whenever they want & claim ‘security issue’. Betfair have done the same to me. The worst betting agency by far . They advertise the sign up bonus but they never offer it after all . I signed up with them last night , i placed a bet meeting all the criteria they asked and after the bet settled they never give me the sign up promotion bonus . Went to their chat and the customer service is so bad . After 10 minutes the agent “Jerome” told me that i`m not eligible for the sign up bonus because “business decision ” without giving me a proper explanation .AVOID CORAL BET ,out there is many better betting agency

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and wont pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my 120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. When I spoke to them they had told me they will be retaining my winnings and my account is closed and there is no where further to go, end of basically. Do not use!

Absolutely scammers. You read the reviews from the gambling site reviews and they have 4.5 stars. It doesn’t actually let people leave reviews. The gamble sites that review them are paid off obviously. They changed the odds on me and when I turned it into upper management they said those were the odds. I have a video of me placing the bet and they changed the odds on me from when I pushed the button. They have 1 managers that flat out lie. There system doesn’t work all the time. I put a bet in for a -3 and it put my bet in as a +3 for the other team..I had to forfeit 30% of my initial bet to cancel the one I didn’t want. I used them for 2 weeks and got scammed. Going to stop placing sports bets with coral now as they have stopped all gaming promotions I enjoyed playing the slots tournaments even though you never win also liked playing the grabber game which was also not that good but when there is no sport promotions what is the point, where is my reward for betting with you? I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. I've closed my account because they deliberately put 100 limit per month on my account without any permission, i really think they are ripping people off on the games, time for someone to report it to the gambling commission as I think they are getting away with it. I was shocked when i got my account closed, i contacted coral for genuine help and support and i got my account closed with a threatening email, i thought customer service was important for customers, i must of spoke some truths in what i spoke about, because now your company is now proving to me you was part of a scam all along..i never accused your company of a scam, i was concerned over something going on in games, so now i am glad you closed my account, you addressed any funds left in my account you will not pay me it back, that is theft, so public need to hear this, i have proof you said this, i am very disappointed and shocked that you treat customers this way.and tell customers not to go in there shops and not to join there sites or have anyone else sign up for me, then what will happen..this is not a kind service that's a brutal threat…i will not forget this.

The slot machines on this site are far from random, when I first started to use them they payed out a fair bit with the bonus activated quite a few times , but this is simply to lure you in to think you have a constant fair chance to win ,which obviously isn't true, for example I got 5 jackpot King symbols in a row and was genuinely excited about maybe winning some of my ever increasing losses back , 8 , yes 8 for 5 jackpot symbols in a row , truly , truly pathetic.
