This is, without doubt, the worst bookmaking website bar none. In fact, it's actually one of the worst website experiences on the internet. In my opinion as a user, this website is totally unfit for sports betting purposes and provides a highly frustrating experience that is far from enjoyable. It shows a complete disregard and contempt for customers who, lets be honest, are the people paying for this.
If I could give zero stars for this, I most definitely would. Get it sorted.
On my other issue, of fixed slots, I keep seeing a reply from Coral to bad reviews of, "We appreciate that it can be frustrating when you feel as if you've not had a win in a while, however the amount you stake or the number of bets you place does not change the outcome of the game – the random number generator (RNG) remains constant and impartial."
If this were the truth…then why is there the option, on many slot games, to pay a slightly higher stake-per-spin to receive a "bonus boost" that offers double the chance of a bonus on each spin. Surely, it is impossible to control the rate of bonuses in a genuinely randomly generated game. Coral have shot themselves in the foot with this feature as it proves they have full ability to control and manipulate the outcome. This feature and the illegal ramifications of it have now been passed to the Gambling Commission for investigation.

Ok honest review, site csn be very buggy and a bit sluggish to use on mobile phones, the site though is easy to navigate and bright, The football odds are fine but in play caah out can be low compared with other sites. The casjno is easy to access but am unsure why they still let playtech host games, playtech for me are very untrustworthy with there software highly suspicious. For me 100% manipulated. Also the daily game reward grabber is fun but can be bugged occasionally. Now the biggest letdown is there generosity when things go wrong, other sites can reward you but coral are very tight fisted on giving anything.

Please don't use this site I've had mine since 2017 deposit over 100k in that time

Recently I won big tried to withdraw to find I now after 4 years need to verify which over 4 years done so many times so done this then I need to prove all my old bank cards ( who keeps them and when lost I had to get new one ) there reply I still need to proof them.

Now my money in a loop hole they won't pay it but took it from my account

Went to a store which was 100 times more help full then contact center she tried they then gave her another excuse.

Only use this site if you want to lose money also there alot better sites than coral I learn that last 3 days

Loss rate is 100%. Literally never win anything here, complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs unless you like losing money, in which case coral are right for you.

When u offer someone something in exchange for money but you don’t give it after taking the money it’s called THEFT! Thats what CORAL have done to me more than once..when i contact them they lie to me and say “technical issue” it will be resolved in 24hours, well its been well over 24 hours and guess what…. I been to many betting shop all over London with no issues. But there's a Corals retail betting shop in Canary wharf E14 .I must mention. It's the worst customer service .all the staff are very rude and they don't like to serve their customers. Shops closes early than advertise time everyday . If you ask the reason for closing early they bar you from the shop. I was barred from there for speaking out . Please avoid this shop.

I speak not only to coral but all the casinos, that are involved in the legalised crime along with evolution gaming.

The latvian criminals have managed to build a huge legalised cashcow from a corrupt country Latvia, and then infiltrate the world's casinos who tag along and share all the money together.

One never have problems with Corals until win. Well this my experience with the Corals in Downham South London. When i loss, they not giving me a hard time. When i win. I am have to wait even if the shop is empty. This my experience on many occasions. Yesterday i placed be be two hours before the race. I requested the price. The lady behind the counter wrote
14-1 on my 30.00 betting slip. I nearly changed mind but i decided to go ahead. Remember now i took the price. My bet revealed i had won. The manager of store stated i need to wait 15 to 20 mins because he busy even no one in the store other than one other customer. Then after 20 mins the manager stated the system is down. This has happened so many times with the store in Downham South London. Its hard enough to get wins but when manager put more obstacles when have won. It's not good. Not fit for purpose. I walked to another corals shop. Then to find out the Downham south London shop translation has been completed at
12-1 with .25 deduction for the none runner which incorrect. Firstly i took the price of 14-1. The non runner deduction should .15 from 450.00 =382.50. I am not happy to be taken advantage of reducing my winnings. Now i am giving whoever to correct the issue by 2pm or i will take other measures with compensation three times the amount of my winnings. I dont think this shop fit for purpose at the moment. Worst company I’ve ever used.
Suspended my account cause I didn’t use it in a year.
Required numerous emails and chats to get it open again.
Once opened I’ve placed 50+ bets for the new season.
Can’t see them.open bets section unavailable. cash out unavailable. Told to email screenshots to support my case and it will be reviewed in 24 hours… my bets are finished within 5 hours of posting this. The casino is shoddy as fxxk too, every game crashes. Every. Game. The offers and bonuses are non existent as well. Customer service is like talking to a brick wall with generic responses for every question.

Coral casino was a fair based experience and their slots are many and great to play, scatters are how they should be and pay out fairly for what is wagered.
Didn't take long on each game to get the features so all good there. Managed to win a nice amount on book of the dead so probably a bit bias but found it overall to be a great site to visit in the wee hours etc It was probably around 80+ % rate for pay outs but as stated I got a early big win so it made it a bit harder for me to work out the rates. Overall if you are in the mood to visit online gambling sites try Coral first or 32 Red both gave me a lot of happy smiles haha.

Have played recently and it's nothing besides loosing no matter how much you deposit to this site.Games are rigged and players get scammed with Errors during the game or other buls…,did anyone ever get to consideration what actually Internal Error means it means that not game server has some kind of issue only casino,internal means inside casino system.Another thing which is even more hilarious is that ridiculous talk about RNG(Random Number Generator) first things first it's not RNG as the actual name for that is Pseudo Random Number Generator as none of the machine/computer can't really generate a random numbers.So if the outcome can't be random someone has to set up the whole RNG to work and for me the answer is obvious who.Simple example if on every slot and on every outcome of single spin works that RNG (as every casino is trying to explain this way why someone loosing all the money) how on earth there is possibility to buy a bonus or spins?Also another small detail where is the point of giving to the players an option to use bonus booster with additional cost of few pence per spin when the bonus possibility is random.I have only one answer there isn't any kind of fairness in any of the casino as they just do whatever they like simply because no one is able to control them.

Been playing for a long time, spent a lot of money. Now I'm simply not having fun.
The slots keep freezing, saying something about a certificate failure.
The roulette is good, though.
Depositing seems to glitch out.
The grabber has been ruined, used to get 5 free spins, now I go 2 weeks without anything, and if I do win I get 1 free spin on a bad slots.
The tournament seems rigged, people getting 2000+ points, I can't even get past 30 points. The points system is better now, but I've been playing from the start of the new updated score system, and it simply won't let me gain any decent amount of score. My dad also plays the free tournament and grabber and he has the exact same experience. For the free stuff, it should atleast be fun and give you a chance at winning something every now and then, but no luck for me, ever.
Customer service is atrocious.

Awful service and due to my experience I will no longer use this service. This was awful experience. I feel like I have been scammed, they stole 300 from me, I will have to go through my fraud department since they will not refund me. I will go to sky bet now – they actually care about their customer’s and they void accidental bets. They are continuously commiting financial fraud so I will be contacting my bank fraud team and get my money back from this cowboy business

I have complained about my experience and what they did is banned me from ever using any bookies or any online service.

Anybody know why Slingo Centurion has been removed? I suspect that the much vaunted Random Number Generator was a bit too random for Coral.
I had some decent lifts and there was a way of playing it. Doubtless it will reappear when the backroom boys have tweaked it into line with the other Slingos, on which any win above a tenner is a Blue Moon event.

Not worth while for much, far better sites around that reward you for playing. Personally I've always bet on football (soccer) or played slots but either way, and especially with sports betting, the rewards are nothing. Can't think of many sites worse for giving out bonuses and rewards.

Internal server error every time I play. Never when I'm up just when I have spent quite a bit of money and I get kicked out and have to start a new game that hasn't bled me dry. Terrible company and the customer service is shocking blatent con artists who will do anything not to pay u out winnings.. Im a adult with mental health issues i had no bank card due to having to order a new one as i didnt have a debit card i asked a friend to deposit the money onto my account for me if i give him the cash iv done this in the past with no issues(infact in the past 5 diffrent people have deposited money onto my coral account them times id never won anything sobtheybdidnt bother soon as i did it became a issue all of a suddrn they wasnt concerned about terms and conditiins wen i lost my money only wen i won) anyway i won a decent amount of money from the money deposited as i had no bank card i rang them to see if they could withdraw the money to a friends card for me as i didnt have one myself they then blocked my account and told me i had broke there terms and conditions by using a card that wasnt in my name i was unaware of this apparent rule i then contacted coral to explain this was a genuine mistake i was unaware this was in terms and conditions and that if it breached there terms and conditions why did they allow the money to go through in the 1st place arnt they breaching there own terms and conditions by allowing the money to be prosessed??
Anyway after a week of ringing them getting constant lies and excuses phone put down on me i finally got through to a manager who said they would pay me the money out if i sent bank details which i did wen i recieved my card they then sent a email saying they tried to pay money on my card but my card was invalid another excuse so then i sent a picture of my bank card to prove the details were correct to then be told they cant pay me out because i sent a picture of my bank card then they accused me of having mutiple accounts out of the blue with no eviedence atall to back it up said theyd closed my account so cant pay me out they never had no intention of paying me out after futher investigating online i found hundreds of people who had the same done to them some for thousends of pounds this company is known for this and i tbink the general public should be exsposing them to the press so no more vunrable people or anyone for that mater has to go through what i have and so many others have do not use coral!!! i went in to place a bet for tom dean to win gold and they had no odds! i then asked the girl if i could put the next race he is in ……the girl phoned up and got odds, 14/1 she wrote the bet out wrong for me. she put he was in 4×100 freestyle and it was 4×200 freestyle! i knew i won but they won't pay out because she wrote the bet out wrong! i never checked it i put it straight in my purse. even the girl said i have won and she would do all she could which was to no avail as they aren't giving me my winnings and not even giving me my money back! absolute shambles of a bookies! the area manager has apparently listened into the call the girl made for the odds and he won't even speak with me – because i KNOW he is lying! A very polarizing place to gamble.

I have been with Coral for a number of years and have won big here and lost money. Their website/app is honestly terrible. Slow, unresponsive and outdated. Their promotions are also really bad, smart rewards for example is really poor. You could stake 1000 and only get 2 back. They have the same promotions on week after week with no change.

The free game rewards grabber is also terrible but it's a free game so I guess it is what it is. I also notice that when you win some nice money Coral will not pay you again until they taken all that money back with interest…call that a gamblers mindset or whatever but 10 years of gambling it always seems to happen that way.

All in all you can do alot worse than Coral, they have a very nice range of games to cater to everybody and their withdrawals are fast and no hassle but there are better alternatives out there that offer you more incentive to deposit.
