Worst betting company ever. Cash outs never availanle plus if you win they will void your winnings and refund you the stake by force no matter what you want to do .
disgusting customer service so avoid this scamm Coral trash.I contacted A.D.R. and the gambling comission to let them know about this and apparently they sort of knew something wrong is haplening with Coral. AVOID this THIEVING BRAND!

Some of Coral's features are okay but it is seriously frustrating when you consider cashing out and find that they have suspended 1 or more of you selections for cashout while the selection is still available for customers to bet on. The only conclusion is they want to prevent winning bets being cashed out. Its not a feature if you go out of your way to stop customers using it Coral. I wouldnt bother, there are better more genuine providers.

Awful by far the worst pay out odds almost impossible to actually win now, when you get onto a bonus it pay either nothing or less than your bet… This is in many games that use to be reasonable at paying, money grabbers

Was betting with applepay and at no time whilst taking deposits was I advised I needed to register and further deposit with a card in order to withdraw. I have no physical card they wouldn’t let me withdraw and I played on and lost my initial deposits when I wanted to walk away. No where on their site does it state this it’s only when you want to leave with your money your not able to do so. You need to have a card registered and deposit further. It’s ridiculous you need to withdraw via the same means as you deposit with but you can’t with applepay.

Worst customer service ever I spoke to 3 agents within a hour because I set up a coral account and put 10 euro into it and few mins later I was locked out of my account because I was told I have another but the third agent said I didn't have a duplicate account. Third agent was good and helped me get my 10 euro back. Keeping away for coral.

Good betting company that has an excellent daily poker freeroll with decent stakes.
I have only positive experiences from their slots too. When used occasionally.
All the one star illiterate and semi literate reviewers are obviously spending big on slots and roulette and losing big. Which you will do on slots and roulette due to the house advantages.
Always get the cash out within twelve hours too.

About 5 days ago on Monday I set up an account with coral on there app.

That evening I deposited roughly 60 euro.
At first I lost 40 and on my final 20 euro I then hit a perfect pair twice on blackjack and won a total of 675 euro here's were the ordeal begins.
I decided to quit while I was ahead and begun the process of withdrawing my money I then was asked for documents to verify my account.

I sent off everything and continued using my account. I also withdrew the 675 to PayPal which it siad was pending
I knew It wouldn't go trough until my account was fully verified.

The following morning I tried logging into my coral account and a banner appeared stating your account has been closed please contact customer services to which i siad omg what will happen to my money.

There phone service was down so I rang GVC in gibrater they couldn't help me either.

There live chat is joke they just say the team is reviewing it.

During a conversation I siad to the live chat person that I badly needed the money.
Which is a lie I just wanted them to give me an answer quick.

2 days later I receive a weird email stating that the team had reviewed my account and siad that during a conversation with one of or live chat workers you made a concerning comment that led them to believe we need to exclude you from your account. To which in replied no because you blocked me from my account for no reason.

I taught if I had continued to DEPOSIT money and lose my money they would have siad nothing but because I won your trying to keep my money and not pay out.

So now its been a week and I still can't access my account I still haven't received any money into my PayPal I'm so pissed off

Has anyone had a similar experience and could anyone recommend anything.

P. S I have a picture of my withdrawals with reference number and picture of my conversation with live chat and I've saved all my correspondence over email

Hope fully this gets sorted.
675 euro may not me a lot for someone but its alot for me.

Been a member for about a year made my first withdrawal back to the same card I deposited with and they put my withdrawal on hold said we can't let you have your funds until you have verified your identity but they were fine taking my money but once I tried to withdraw any they just made it extremely difficult and delayed the possess. I've never had such a problem with withdrawing funds and to top it off they did not even tell me I had to ask why it was taking so long so do not use them as it's probably the worst casino site I have used to date.

I always enjoy the Slots on Coral, you win some days and you lose others, at least you know you have a chance of winning when you deposit. Excellent selection of Slots and never had an issue with withdrawals or games crashing. Plenty of promotions on offer for regular customers.

I also like a bet, and Coral provides a good selection of Sports to bet on, again never had any issues with my bets after using them for around 4 years.

Overall an excellent site for me, although I understand not everyone will have the same experience.

Keep away! This betting website take your money and erase your registered username, password and email address. When you contact their on line customer service, they will tell you registered details are not matching as recorded, to verify the email address, however you won’t receive any email from them either!!!! Definitely like a scam website

Love coral. Have had few great wins on with them inc best odds on irish lotto 700-1 for 3 numbers. Pay out of winnings within 2 hours as I use paypal to fund and receive money. Have a few other accounts betfair, 32 red ,and William hill etc but always use coral.

Won and withdrawal several amounts to PayPal but did not receive. The following day I was in deep on blackjack when they decided to reverse my withdrawal against my wishes.
UK law does not allow this and caused me serious problems with betting higher amounts. I am still waiting for my last withdrawal but have been suspended due to complaining.

I have been using Coral bookmaker and on alternate day they settle my winning bet as lost. Then I contact their customer care and customer service will contact trading team and they will take 2-3 days to resettle my bet. Meantime there would be another bet settled incorrectly. This keep happening every couple of days. How can be a betting system so inefficient & a trading team so incompetent in betting market ?

I am not sure why Gambling commission does not monitor such irregularities by this bookmaker.
Every time if I do not check my bets settlement carefully, I would have lost lot of money in lost bets.(which were won otherwise)

you are thief, I made a bet and I was winning, I tried to make the cash out at 1228 and magically it was canceled because they were making a correction on the Madrid athletic game, in the 66th minute from 1-0 was 0-0 and after a minute more magic time passes to the 58 th minute and always 0-0 when it was winning 1-0 from the sixth minute. I took the pictures I contacted them and they told me that everything is normal. thieves.

I'd only recently opened an account and placed 2 bets, both of which lost.

When attempting to place a third bet, the maximum amount I was allowed to stake was 0.52 and my account was later confirmed as "restricted" by Coral's live chat.

I'm not sure how bookies like Coral continue to get away with practises like this; disgraceful to say the least!

I've put on just over 400 bets in the last year only for 0.01 and have not won a single one this to me seems impossible as some of the accumulations was only 3 teams. Setup to lose everytime. I THINK ITS ALL A LIE I will never win been engineered that way.

Decent sports section but their slots and games payout far worse than the advertised RTP. After several test sessions on max 0.60p spins, 50 a time, only 2 profitable sessions(very small profit mind you). The other sessions NEVER went above starting balance. Far more fairer casinos to play on. This isn't entertainment, this is theft. Avoid and go elsehwere.
