Over 6k down to them since January last year, no wins at all, any time any money-10/15min and all in.. i have stopped paying money to them around february this year by started keeping with other online casinos and i'm up almost 3.5k.. if i would stay with coral probably i would loose more by now. Keep yourself well away from them. Dont chase your money, go somewhere else instead

I’ve never had any problems with pay outs. Usually in 24h my winning were in my bank account. Had some nice winnings but also big looses. Seems like every time I win a bit I have to play all that back to get a chance win again, but overall I love this site, one of the best I am playing on. Customer service been great and kind always, helped me. Site is fast.

Absolutely Shocking, deposited and bet 20p on a random 10 race accumulator. Estimated returns was 5726. Actual returns 2 . What a joke!! Asked customer services and every time cancelled my call. Then had to give all my details every time. 4 times. Finally got somewhere and he referred me to a online free bet calculator.WHAT A JOKE!! Asked why are the estimated returns for my accumulators so high if I can only win peanuts (cut off). I didn't swear or be impolite like they were. Now going through a complaints procedure which is also a joke. Realistically NEVER going to see any money. If the bet return was 2 I wouldn't have bothered. It was high odds low stake unlikely to come in bet. Anyone else had this scam company problem??

Site is incredibly slow, games did not load or stopped running often. I've had not had issue on other sites, nor am I a bad loser. The game BeetleJuice Megaways was not functioning as advertised (bonus never game up in over 1000 spins, nor did the "mystery ghost" feature). The absolute worst customer experience ever when I connected with them to complain, it felt like the agent was being deliberately obnoxious just so I would disappear.

The site as a whole is on a par with most others. However, when it comes to paying out, their process is scandalous and designed to trap you into reversing withdrawals. Why on earth should it take up to 3 working days for a withdrawal to be processed? That's without the time the bank's take! If you withdraw on a Friday afternoon, it may not be processed until the following Wednesday, meaning you'll be lucky to see the money within a week. And all the time that the withdrawal is waiting to be processed, the temptation remains to reverse it rather than pay in a smaller amount. This is clearly an unethical process. How do the Gambling Commission let them get away with it!?

What's happened to everybody's jackpot on Coral,it was my favourite game,now I cant find it since they switched to party poker platform..The poker itself is dreadful, the writing is so small I cant see how much am betting,so need to wear glasses while playing, I never had this problem before with coral..Its changed for the worse since the move if you ask me.Not happy at all now ..

So you switch to another betting company. I used William Hill. Placed bet first time no problem. When I re log in to Corals the bet has been accepted 4 times and there is a reduction in account balance big time. I call this computer gliche. Contacted Corals uslss customer service would not refund. So I now use William Hill all the time with no problem. Avoid Corals use William Hill. Corals are a bunch of thieving >>>>>>>

First and foremost, don't be fooled by the .co.uk website address, the Customer Service department is not based in the UK. Write a lengthy, wordy Email to them and see how it gets handled- they give themselves false (English) names, like Syvia but they cannot grasp simple English. If their (non) understanding of your written word isn't enough, read their poorly worded replies, along with their awful grammar, it tells its own story. Collectively, everyone needs to complain to the Gambling Commission, The Senet Group and IBAS. These complaints need to result in a hefty fine for Coral, or GVC Holdings as a whole. I joined on Friday to be told I need to provide proof of who I am. I sent the proof in and 3 days later still have not been credited with my money or corals account after numerous emails and phone calls I'm still waiting. What I thought was a weekend of betting has now gone by and not a apology for the way I have been treated.

1 word awful , i tried to log in they dont know me i had to change my password so i changed it with the same one i logged in., then log out , log back.in they they dont know me , change my password to the same one and im back in , log out and they dont dont know me , im still.wauting for the money back i put in my account , my advice william hills is exellent keep away from coral

there games suck, went on big banker and went on high roller 30 for 5 spins with 2x stacked wilds multiple times and got a measly 2 back, im shocked games even pay out this low, never had a problem with other sites, avoid coral.
