After tonight I would not be surprised if there site got shut down, there site goes down when you've put your bets on, big champions League games, soon as it's started it goes down, absolutely diabolical site they need looking into, when the games are finished hey presto site is up and running, that many complaints on there twitter page, it happens all the time, with no explanation, every single time they say we having technical issues, please be patient that's all they say, no other betting company does it, avoid at all costs, they have to be reported by higher authority

Every time you start to win on say live roulette , suddenly thier site start to play up with the live feed and betting not confirmed crap then you find out you numbers came in when you finally log in.

Basically they cheat where possible – try bet fair exchange much better

i have to say what a massive rip off,played diamond megaways the other day,i put 200 in and not got a bonus,,,,today iv gone one better,i put 450 through same slot and i still not got on bonus round and highest win was 13,,,have a look coral at my wagering and see how abysmal my average is,,,,it proves how much you are ripping your customers off,,you havnt got a slightest of a fighting chance to show any return,,,i have played all the sites and coral are streets ahead in how bad they rip you off,,,and the best is they always try to justify there excuse with the same rubbish they tell everyone..

Coral was my first bookmaker account going back many years. I back mainly Greyhound racing, and have always found Coral a top bookmaker. They offer great early prices, best odds guaranteed, and plenty of Free bets. Never had a problem todate, and can only recommend them highly… Stick with Coral & Bet365 and you can't go far wrong.. Many, many in the marketplace to avoid, such as Skybet, Paddy Power @ Ladbrokes to name a few…

Avoid. When you win they won't pay out. Simply freeze your account and then refuse to pay by making up that you breached terms etc. Crooks!

Bad with Shocking payouts! Slow withdrawals …Don't bother!
Worst payouts ever! In 25 years of gaming. App sucks. Deleted. Website sucks on mobile. App keeps crashing and rebooting? For a UK site it's embarrasing! Exactly the same problems on Ladbrokes! Same site, same issues different name. Try play slots, can't deposit from inside game. Have to go out. Deposit, then go back to home and try use recently played. But when you click recently played, get 404 not found. So gotta go back home to to go back to game. It's exhausting, amateur hour rubbish! Oh did I mention that payouts are REALLY rubbish! If I cut give 0 stars I will ! Really a bad side ! In hunderts of pounds can't get any bonuses or wins ! Deposits last only couple minutes and next deposit again ! I will not recommend this side to any one ! Stay away and keep your money for your self !

Terrible bookie I think it's run by mad paranoid people. Don't place a bet they will instantly restrict you. They never honour their free spins etc you have to constantly chase on live chat. Placed about 4 bets and then restricted, no great loss and plenty more out there. Just waiting for Ladbrokes to follow now which is the usual case with paranoid Coral 👍

Eastbourne-Coral is not very good but to be fair it's just the one guy that always seems to be there who I have encounted.
I only do the occasional bet and he had no time for me at all, set me up wrong on App that I had to run back to the shop to sort; that he then blamed me for setting it up wrong even though he set it up for me!
Treated me like a Leonard the FuthaMucka!!! ~ G.

App won't let you track your bets to cash out half the time! Online help is awful! Phone help not much better! First and last time I'll be using Coral! Don't have this issue with Sky bet or William Hill!!!

I've had a good experience with them. I put 10pounds on and got 50 bonus had to make 2 grand before it went to cash i thought yea right that not going to happen but it did i kept winning and getting bonus after bonus got up to 350 but then lost most of it still came away with 110 not bad of 10. fast payout. will use again

by far the worst bookmaker on the planet with issues upon issues… i am sick of having o go on live chat to speak to people based in asia, what type of bookmaker has their live chat agents based in asia, absolute farce, every few days theirs issues, i bet all the time so i win free spins for cricket or horse racing, the system hardly ever credits the spins so u have to talk to these morons on live chat who take hours to do their job, i cannot take any more of having my days wasted, yesterday or the day before i spent 3 hours getting free spins credited for the ashes, i think the company is a disgrace, i dont think i will use them anymore its not worth the stress, ive bet for 30 years and ive never had such a diabolical experience…MAYBE HAVE UK AGENTS TO STOP THIS HAPPENNG

I find it very weird that Coral's have e-mailed me with a special offer in that they are paying 7 places for the Porsche European Open. Why I find this weird is that Paddy Power are offering offering 8 places as a matter of course.

Placed a bet in store, all of my matches were winning at 88 mins so I tried to cash out online, but it was unavailable, spoke to customer services who told me they were experiencing technical difficulties, and that I shouldn’t rely on cashing out as it doesn’t always work! Why offer the facility then? somebody scored and ended up losing, so have they I won’t use them again!

I am absolutely disgusted in the attitude of the members of staff who work for this betting shop in Audenshaw, Greater Manchester. I am a novice better and went in for advice re placing a bet on the 1555 at York on 220819. Unbeknown to me this was only a 4 horse race but the staff took 30 off me for 3 each way bets comprising of 5 each way on Enable, 5 each way on Magical and a 5 each way on Lah to Fab. I was told last night by a friend that because this was only a 4 horse race then an each way bet cannot be placed. I was never told this by the "expert" in the shop and I am 20 down. Maybe not a lot to most people but surely if you ask for advice then the correct advice should be given. She even wrote the slip out for me!!!! I am absolutely fuming!!!

Absolutely horrific site!!! I was promoted fast to gold vip as they could see I was a high better and not only was the customer service absolutely shocking!!! To which of a “gold vip” as they like to call it you are meant to get account managers and to which never seem to be working EVER! No benefits of being vip except the trying to get you to spend more money like “if you ONLY bet 2000 this week we give you 100 free bet”.

Then to top it off after 6 weeks and spending net deposits of 52,000 they sent me a email after I made a formal complaint about the customer service and about the account managers if they even exist! They responded we have closed your account it seems your not having fun!

DO NOT REPEAT NOT USE THIS SITE LETS SEE THIS COMPANY GO DOWN BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RESPECT AT ALL!

Hello can the gambling commission look at this company I played for over 10 years on the fobt in shops. lost so much money and never complained. but few weeks ago was told with a friend to leave the shop as the cashier needs to cash up the machines 1 hour before closing. with no warning before hand. I contacted service service eon the phone and 1 day later the area manager of that shop ring meand told me we very sorry and offered a bonus to keep my going back to the Greenwich shop. since then I haven't been back to the shop. everyone I talk to about the fobt have lost a fortune on the roulette game since they was bought in 1999. these games are meant to be random. I think the gambling commission needs to start a investagion on the game play of these as I believe these have being playing the same as a fruit machine on a percentage payout and not random. roulette as a trained dealer which iam with my own personal license plays out 97.2%. so at casinos we always see losers and winners. on the fobt the larger percentage of the time players lose. so lets start looking at this please. you can track the game play and logs. sg gaming hold most of this and most players like me have a loyally card with out game play. I think this could be the next thing since ppi. I think a lot of players are owed money from the fobts.

Don't be fooled it is SCAM they lure you in with offers of free betting money, then place restrictions on the fact you can't claim if it deposited through 95% of the electronic means. I paid via PayPal, the minute you try to withdraw your money , they close your account and expect you to send Passsport etc.. via the post, no mention of this when you log in that your money locked away !!!

Play slots on a regular basis and get a wee win now and then. Withdrawal takes 24 hours – none of this "withdraw reversal" delays that you get with so many sites nowadays. Can't fault them at all.

Decent bookmaker in terms of markets offered (I’m focused on tennis). Very quick to limit though once I made a small amount of profit. Use the welcome offer and stay away is my advice. Make sure you read the terms and conditions so they can’t get out of giving incentives though.
