Worst service from cal support and backend team.I have deposited 20k using UPI METHOD 11DAYS back, amount is debited from my bank accountTransaction is successful but amount is not credited, when I contacted dafabet via call they will say to wait payment is not yet confirmed, once confirmed amount will be credited but it’s been 11 days they are not able to verify my transaction.They will not even provide receivers bank statement to prove that funds were not credited in receiver account.One of the worst website I have been using from past 5years.Username: Sandy1431993.

I withdrew Rs.26,000 on 5th jun and it wasnt credited till date. When I email support team initially they asked me to check with my bank without even giving payment screenshot from their end. Now after so many replies they claim that IFSC regutered on their site is different from statement. I have withdrawn much bigger amounts to the same account and I wonder how the IFSC code changed all of a sudden. I still didnt get the money and not sure how to escalate further. I recently made a bitcoin deposit worth approximately 1000 dollar using cozeni method in dafabet. But they marked my transaction as failed while bitcoin transfer was in progress. When I contacted customer support, everyday they asked me to wait for 24 hours. This went for almost a week now. I feel they do not care about their customers at all. It is really pathetic to not credit customer’s account after getting their money. Bitcoin transaction is visible to the whole world . I have proof of the account address they asked me to deposit into. Nevertheless, I am extremely disappointed by their behavior. Regret having stayed in this site for 10 years. Site was good. Dafabet.com , dafabet.net is a scam … I deposited money through ATM machine(500 Ringgit ) they claimed they don’t accept pay through that means again but refused to give me back my money. I have provided them with my bank account for refund and they are asking me for government ID which i provided them with my international passport. They insisted they don’t accept international passport accept a form of government ID . I’m a student in Malaysia and that’s the only means for my to show and beside international passport is a government property and banks and others accept then how come dafabet refused to accept that?
