WORST BETTING WEBSITE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!Got my account up to £1500 from £50 and they randomly changed my balance to £500 and said I was using a bonus so they restricted how much I can win lol. Absolutely ridiculous, they literally stole £1000 from me.

Scam bookie, stay away, if you become a winner you can be sure of such reaction from them: "Therefore, due to violation of general terms and conditions, we have taken the decision to refund your last deposit of XXX GBP to Skrill and confiscate the remaining winnings of XXXX GBP. Poorest betting site I have used Cash out options miraculously disappear I was winning and they rejected my cash out which seemed ridiculas Not got the cards or booking markets, even corners are tough to find on in play Easy deposit option but seems to take far longer loading withdrawal Poor site lay out, and they charge you for withdrawals if it's a debit card Will not be using again

Dreadul! Took me 45 minutes to register, and I don’t even want to use their sites now, I wanted to bet on the matches and I completely missed Kick-off, don’t use this site!!!!!!!!!

They have a website that is easy to use and have a lot of markets for you to choose from. They also have a very good in-play betting interface where you can easily find any event to bet on. They offer really great odds and deposit and withdrawals is easy. Customer service runs from 9am to 12pm on weekdays and from 11am to 9pm on the weekends.

I wouldn’t of even given this one star if I had s choice! This has to be the worst online sports betting site I have ever used. Signed up deposited £20 and spent the next HALF AN HOUR trying to place inplay bets. SLOW doesn't even cut it, missed out on four different bets landing cus it simply wouldn’t let me place the bet, just kept displaying a message saying “NONE IS A PIECE OF STRING” What dose that even mean! Honestly I’ve opened multiple online bookmakers accounts and taken advantage of most welcome offers but this one can just keep there bonus and the £20 I decided, it’s not worth it! I can only imagine what there customer service is like. Probably 3 guys sat in a shed in Malta!

Functionality is okay for a while, but if you take a few good value bets from their promos they ban you from doing more promos. They are basically hunting down customers who are unaware of value to eplot them. I don't like this as there are much better bookmakers out there. Avoid if you just wanna good bookie to bet with.

A truly disgraceful and fraudulent site, DO NOT USE. If you have money in there you will have some serious problems getting it out. You'll be lead down a wild goose chase of sending document after document and they will do anything and everything in their power to not accept the documents/pay out your money. 1/5 from me.

Really easy to use site with plenty of choice, and the new virtual sports is really cool - never have to wait for a race! Not sure what the problem with customer services is? I had help on live chat and they were really good. I suppose the lack of 24hr support might be a problem if you're outside the UK, or you're an insomniac who bets at 3am. Their casino is one of the better ones too.

Useless advisor closed my account because I said I am not depositing again to get a promotion I should of already received. I wanted to know why I never received my promotion that I deposited for I was told it was because : We have noticed that you have not selected communication channel options on your account yet. Even though I'm certain I clicked on the box to be notified about promotions. She then told me if I deposited again I could receive a 100% match deposit with ridiculous wagering requirements. I told her I'm not depositing again for a bonus I should already have, and she then replied with your account has now been closed. When I asked why she closed my account she replied with Sasha (15:00:14): I informed you about the bonus that you have You said that " I'm not depositing again to get a bonus that I should of already had." Andy clare (15:00:28): And... Sasha (15:00:33): Then i was thinking that you would like to make an account closure. This company is a joke, she decided to close my account without my say so because I said I'm not depositing.

Terrible customer service from their live chat staff. Do not answer questions like ' what ID do i need to provide to verify account ' or ' how do i change the odds from decimals to fractional ' as they are not obliged to tell me. Very strange people work for energybet and they can easily infuriate calm people. Layout of the site is terrible and hard to navigate. When i click on a football match to check the markets it takes me to a different match. Horrible site, horrible staff! Steer clear!
