Hi last week saw the review about dafabet,After that open an account and deposit 500rs and made 3000rs and withdrawal the money also.Now its 1000% safe this is not a scam its legit,The negative comments May be but it will resolve soon.I think while making payment deposit try to upload and put reference id or utr number correct they will upload your balance.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

Smarkets warning So, this probably comes to no surprise to anyone who uses Smarkets that they can be plagued by technical issues and as part of the terms and conditions they basically take no responsibility for any problems that arise because of that. In my case a bet that I placed appeared on their website as matched but after the site crashed it appeared that the bet was not in fact matched. Smarkets admitted that the bet had appeared matched due to technical issues, but refused to honour the bet because they are just an exchange, they dont take bets but simply match them. I am writing this as a warning for anyone who uses Smarkets that there is no certainty that just because your bet appears matched that it is and you have no recourse at all when Smarkets refuses to payout.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had 16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Da evitare come la peste. Avevo vinto una bella cifra e hanno ritardato il prelievo di diversi giorni proprio per fare in modo che mi rigiocassi tutto e perdere. Oltretutto alla roulette non hanno voluto pagare una puntata vincente sul numero secco (che è una rarità) dicendo che c’è stato un problema tecnico e non potevano comunque pagare la vincita. Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn’t accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people’s reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don’t bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past… and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but its been two weeks and the money hasnt appeared in my bank account yet. Ive sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think theyre trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really dont know what else I can do. Its been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

The only reason I am giving smarkets 1 stare is because I cant go below that, please avoid using smarkets at any cost as they have closed my account and have not refund my funds and its been over 4 weeks and they are holding my 7k. And the reason for that is I could not provide source of funds according to them , where they have been asking me to provide bank statement of third person who has got nothing to do with smarkets . Basically smarkets blatantly asking me to breach GDPR where they have been asking me to provide bank statements of my friends whom I have transactions with. Neither I have any rights to ask for third persons bank statement nor it states any where in smakets terms and condition. Anyone else have same experience please let me know as I have been going thru some stressful time ? And if I now need to get some legal help ? But please do not use their services rather have Betfair exchange account or betdaq or even matchbook but not smarkets. And they even stopped replying to my emails.

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can’t withdraw my money) for support you can’t talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query “we will send you an email”.

I deposited a substantial amount only to find that the one and only game I like to play had been removed, so I requested a withdrawal of that amount. It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently “a relivant department” will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I’ve not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it’s just kind of hard to be too positive
