I am going to admit, I was really sceptical of this site at first, especially when I won a big bet on this site. Not only they have approved my documents within hours! they did actually send my money in less than 3 hours since it was processed. They have a lot of competitions and do give a lot of free bets and cash matches which helps a lot.

Accidentally created a duplicate account, placed a bet, won 350 pounds, they confiscated all the winnings returned the deposit, I asked what happened if I lost the bet would you of returned the deposit, they replied no, it was a no win situation for me, AVOID AT ALL COST

I have had so many issue with this joke of a company, my advice is STAY AWAY from this site and its sister sites. Im in the U.K. and all I did was deposit and play. They close my account with MONEY AND WINNINGS still in my account. Its bn an absolute nightmare trying to get it back. Worst site Ive ever used

From a dreadful start, where the site wouldn’t accept bets and the staff seemed clueless, they appear to have progressed somewhat. A major irritant remains the location pop-up stating that if I am outside the UK, functionality will be blocked. Of course I’m outside the UK. I’m in the Republic of Ireland. Time to get your act together.

Deposited in the casino blocked my account due to verification which I understand so I went to withdraw my own money back they’ve kept it until I send verification to them I dont have any documents to verify with. BEWARE: Do NOT bet with this so called bookmaker. I placed numerous bets on a certain market with them over a 4 week period. They voided them all as they say the odds were wrong. It took them 4 weeks to say there was an obvious error in the odds !!!!! I have asked them what the correct odds where and they won’t reply. I am now taking legal action. Shocking company. BE WARNED.

Started using them because they were local and you could get junior games etc . But there always crashing in play is always off the screen cash out is off more than on . As I type there down again . Sky bet it is . All you get is yes we know were down I.T are on it . In the meantime no cash out . Horrifically bad .

Very honest. More importantly caring. Accidental big deposit. Rang them after withdrawing excess amount and they said they could not do anything as I had already withdrawn so I would have to wait 3-5 working days. But then they rang me up following day and exceptionally cancelled withdrawal and sent me back the extra funds on the same day. Words not enough to praise customer service. We all lose to bookmakers, it’s just a question of losing small as betting is a mug’s game. Frankly, I’d rather lose to Sporting Index. Good people.

Liars with unprofessional staff.One agent told me i was eligable for a welcome offer through an affiliate Next day different agent (LUKE – MORON) Outright lied and changed his lies througout a 30 min chat, claimed the offer wasnt valid, then that it was expired, then that i didn’t come through the link, then it was a random site offering a fake offer (complete lies).Have filed an official complaint and contacted the ADR.ALSO THEIR COMPLAINTS EMAIL DOESNT WORK!

Truly awful company. Nice colour scheme and pretty website is the best thing I can say about them. Website very clunky and frustrating. Chat just doesn’t work. Preferences change as soon as you click on a different section i.e. fractional/decimal, time frame. Just avoid

Bad bonus now and way too big wagering. 100 euros deposit you have to wager 1600 euros :Dd And now you have to have 2 bets on one slip, thats very hard to get right. This casinos supervisors are poor and they are just stealing your money. There are so many casinos that don’t have wagering at all or its max 600 euros. And yeah I didn’t lose my moneys I took 700 euros out but that was just 200% luck. Go play other casinos until they change the bonus terms.

I had an account for about a week, havent even won amything. Constant loses and they restricted my account. Cant bet more than 0.50-0.60 on certain horses. Steer wide away. I dont know how they earn their money if they restrict everyone in few days.

It seems deposits from cards transferring manually and it takes time. I read the comments below and the same problem seems for most of people. You deposit but it takes a couple of days to reach them. Didn’t had a time to try the site but deposit system needs a bit work.

tried to join last week. filled in details and got all confirmed on screen. went to log in and says account suspended. tried to reset password with email and says theres an error. so mailed them requesting assist and never heard back. sent another email today and eventually got 2 line reply that they need id. doesnt sit with me poor customer service and i aint even deposited yet…not gonna happen

I was playing twister on the poker software and i managed in two days and 2 nights to create a bankroll from 20 euros to 800. The third day when i started playing i was losing every single one twister in the most ridiculous, unrealistic,rigged way possible. Out of nowhere suddenly the low stacker on the table managed to make the greatest comeback of his life in the most innacurate way. I like tote for couple reasons. Single bet markets only. Tote place pot. Old school betting one thing I don’t like is you can’t take SP. That’s a big no no when comes to online betting. Many horses drift in the bookies favours especially favs at the start.

Pirates! I did a welcome offer with this lot. Never bothered again until one day I was checking my list of bookies to see what funds I had in each and when I tried to log in, a message came up saying my account had been closed. Why? This company is registered and operated from Malta so beware of submitting personal data as they may not have the same data protection standards as UK. Submitted my UK driving licence (valid with the DVLA) when asked by RaceBets for verification. A few minutes later received a message saying they could not accept my licence as it was out-of-date. (verified by DVLA that it was in-date and currently valid) Then was asked to submit alternative verification such as a utility bill which I did! Again, I received a message from RaceBets that they could not accept this but did not give a reason. Up to that point I had spent a lot of time during the verification process and simply gave up in disgust. Personally I believe their verification process is a scam to entice people to give as much data as possible then probably promulgate it on to a Third Party so BEWARE.

I at first really enjoyed playing slots on the website. When it came time to providing my proof of identification and payment for making my deposits to the website and retrieving my winnings is where I came into many round and round jump through hoops over and over again with still zero results and still no results till this day. I provided approved identification repeatedly and also provided documentation in regards to the pre paid credit card that I made my deposits with. Also gave documentation in regards to my personal bank account that I never made any deposits to the website as per required by the website even though I never made any deposits from my personal account but asked that my withdrawel be made to my checking account from the website. I didn’t understand why they would be needing bank statements from an account that I never made a deposit to the website from. I was so excited about my 700.00 winnings right before Christmas and like most other people out there obviously had made plans on how and who I would be spending my winnings on for Christmas that I was eager to send all documentation that was required in order to recieve my funds. I had done this at least a half a dozen times In all different formats and sizes and it was always rejected. Never did recieve any of my funds to date. The website locked me out of my account denying me any access to my account or funds and still to date wouldn’t let me access my account or funds. I recently sent my identification documentation yet again to the website only to get an email back informing me that management has made the decision to close my account indefinitely and was advised that if I opened up yet another account that they would again imediately canceled my account and seize my funds and or any winnings I may have. And along have seized my 700.00 winnings that I originally tried to withdrawel. Are casino websites allowed to seize money that doesn’t belong to them? They will do everything in their power to not pay you out your winnings, I have been using online sites for over a decade, and guts is the one place where every withdrawal is almost impossible to make, no matter how much you deposit, when you want it back you will face every single argument and issue under the Christmas ?.I have made a withdrawal to my bank that they canceled sayng It can only be withdrawn by card, then when I do the card they said that I can only withdraw to my bank acct?The customer service reps, lie and use advanced delay tactics. Quick withdrawal of winnings. Good variety of markets although couldn’t see any Horse Racing or Greyhound markets and had to wager my entire deposit but other than that not had a problem here.
