This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I’ll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company

Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Would give 10 stars if possible. Great range of slots and really good customer service. One of the most important things about this casino is you can trust the withdrawal system. Once you’re verified you are verified! None of that sending endless verification documents through like so many casinos do – all with the intent of slowing down payments and making you spend your winnings. Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later Im still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. Avoid this company!

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma. I only bet on Sportsbook (horses). I am not at all interested in Casino or Slots (fixed odds where you will always lose over time.) So why are all the bonus emails about wager x on slots/casino to get buttons back.Its a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting 5 x5. My average unit stake is 100.Other sites regularly send me 50/100 free bets. Even the likes of PP and B365 issue weekly bonuses of 10. Ive decided until I get some recognition I am going to bet elsewhere (which is what I do most of the time).

Betway stole my winnings. I tried to withdraw my account. Received an email stating they couldnt process my funds. Tried to contact customer services and email and live chat shut down. I left a bad review and someone contacted 4 days later from the UK. Said they would look into the matter and would call me back 2 hours later. Its been 2 weeks now. I checked my account and they deleted my withdrawal so there isnt a record of it. Its a 100 percent scam.

Twice now they have refused to give me the free bet they told me was available if i followed the link, each time they have claimed it was for the previous day. Absolutely disgraceful. Let me deposit no problem and also withdraw an initial 50 pounds but when I won a few more bets and went to make my second withdrawal magically my account was suspended. I contacted them and they said I had to send a ridiculous amount of info and documents in for verification. I finally caved and did this today and have sent 2 different copies of my documents that they claim have all been blurry and cropped and they cant read them. Everyone photo is perfectly legible and complying with their requirements. Given up at the point PLEASE dont considering joining .*update* refusing to accept any letters with my address and name and dated within 3 months. Saying they need a bank statement. WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) Ive wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the free bets werent always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and its almost as if they couldve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I dont feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH dont care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

Everything everyone have written about these criminals are COMPLETELY TRUE. If you ever had the chance of winning anything in the donkeys of years you are with them. Be prepared to never ever win again. All they do is take your money without ever giving a bonus. And recently they have fixed the games to not give a single bonus. I have been playing for 1 month.
