Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? Joined about 5 months ago, they asked about my opinion so there you go honest opion.Very poor casino offer deposit 20 play 1 per bet Didnt even win once lost about 200 Just to try never won more than 20 after bonus which is very rare scored it 2 Times. Site is very laggy welcome offer is rip off. Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300 which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste 10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn’t work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people’s feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that its hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips arent enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and its simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before Ive deposited thousands with you, its that simple. Avoid.

Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars. The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Very stable site.no crashes or freezes as Betfair does with annoying regularity.The liquidity for horse racing and mayor football leagues is more than adequate.minor or secondary football leagues is poor.overall I am slowly moving my laying from Betfair to BETDAQ.But I am not a high roller.However for the normal layer or backer BETDAQ is more than adequate .I had one interaction with customer services ,the speed of response was above adequate and my query resolved .The banking ,deposit,withdrawal also works faultlessly.However it is not instant as Betfair or B365 as example.overall very useable site.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing 12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID – including bank cards, oh no those aren’t good enough because you didn’t sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don’t work on) – bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get “Your council tax bill isn’t the address on your account?” (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief… Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

Joined and deposited money placed a bet won the bet and asked for withdrawal . Account blocked and asked for self employed tax Paypal screenshots etc submitted. Poor stuff I have deposited once and now waiting for them to process documents terribly slow live chat waste time just state 72 hours . Now sitting with 3900 of my winnings and I cant withdraw them .
