Something not right here.Playing the slots and my balance in the top right hand corner was updating before the reels had even stopped spinning. That doesn’t sit easy with me whatsoever. How can that be allowed?

Not a good experience having won £100 voucher / free wager at a golf day but now having won a bet they would not let me withdraw my money without providing my card details instead of my bank details! Not very impressed tbh

I have raised a case with IBAS the ADR. Awaiting their response to. I will keep very simple. Place bets on Charles town horse racing and they won. The casino waited for me to withdraw and cancelled them all. Then told me after I asked why? The bets was placed late after the off time. They refused to send me the official off time from the track. So lucky I decided to take a few screenshots and I have provided the bet365 official off time. I have provided the race official screenshot of the horse coming out the stalls clearly showing the date and official off time live!! The race number the off time the date all matches my bet. And of course my bet ID shows it’s week within time.. They have replied to my formal complaint and I have received the official response from them. They didn’t seem to care about the evidence I gave them. Instead told me to use IBAS. So I have asked the ARD if I can submit another case while I have one pending an outcome. I’m fair and honest so want to double check the rules with IBAS first. Always better to double check. Postoffice13

From amazing service, to the most shocking, awful service I’ve received.I was faced with a glitch via the sportsbook which was causing some bets to duplicate and place twice.As you can imagine this was not ideal, I reached out to Fitzdares customer service several times, and they are refusing to sort this issue out, or even let me know if the glitch has since been sorted (as I asked to be updated so I can continue using their sports book instead of Betfred)My service has been a delight all the way up until this past month, it’s took a huge dive and people simply don’t get back to you, I am a good customer with over -£5000 net deposit and they simply do not care.

What a site, tbh it’s a great site won a few times money in account within the hour, bit slower on a weekend but still no problems as of yet. Few glitches on some slots but it shows u the win before you win. Not tried out customs service yet so can’t comment on that.The bad reviews must be people who has lost and are angry 😠

But if you are really quick and look at your deposit in the top right corner, it shows what win overall you will get (or lose) before the reels stop spinning 🥴, so if your playing a game where it keeps dropping win lines you know before they have dropped what overall win you will get before the game drops the line in. THIS CANT BE LEGIT .I Actually now feel robbed. Don’t mind losing I know it’s gambling but surely this can’t be fair ???AVOID

I could write a long rambling review. But there is a consistent theme. Lack of trust and changing the rules as they go along. In my case they used safer gambling “rules” to consciously change the basis of a bet, whilst it was still running !!! Add in a customer service team whom seem to think the situation was funny and no apparent route of escalation. Bets win and lose, that’s fine and part of the game. changing the basis of a bet isn’t. Chastising your customers about it also isn’t fine. This all started because they wanted documents (which I wouldn’t trust them with) within three days and then used the basis of a “suspended account” as a way to not honour open bets. It is like using a back street bookies from the 1950’s. Make up your own mind, but any kind of dispute will be like trying to reason with a 5 year old.

I closed my account as you hardly get many wins and when you do it’s little ones hardly any big wins there are hardly any bonuses considering the amount put on (not saying want big wins all the time but occasionally would be nice) when I closed my account there was no sorry to hear that or anything just account be closed as requested would not recommend this site at all

Not even worth 1 star, winning on these slots is nothing like other sites, it’s disgraceful, definitely not about luck at all. Someone said to me try Fitzdares theyl take a bet i dont know anyone whos had an account restricted or closed with them…..I thought lets try them then,Opened account think i deposited a grand before i got the send the pic of driving licence and bank card used to deposit into account,Fair enough i dont mind that,Haven lost probably around the £1500 region i wasnt worried as i knew if these want to take me on thats good il get that back….NO YOUR NOT!!! First of all I don’t leave a bad review if I’ve lost money and I don’t leave a good review if I won money!! But this is my honest review and I am the first one to call out any dodgy casinos and please believe me I’ve had plenty in my time!! Recently opened account and so far so good, returned winnings to bank very quickly also got my £50 free bet and 10 spins the next day but then I got a message asking for personal sensitive documents ie. Copy of driving licence and registered bank card which I didn’t mind BUT then informed me they may want bank statements and also where I get my money from and this is a DEFINITE NO NO NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.But I will give them the benefit of doubt and stay with them until they ask for this information but REFERENCE THE GAMBLING COMMISSION THEY ARE KILLING THE FUN AND ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Avoid this company!! I joined even tho I’m on gamstop. It allowed me. After I won; they suspended my account. They rang me asking how much I’d be happy to spend. I told them and as I’d hit that they were putting a limit on. They did not and continued to let me deposit a lot then blocked my account. Disgusting.
