Avoid this company!! I joined even tho I’m on gamstop. It allowed me. After I won; they suspended my account. They rang me asking how much I’d be happy to spend. I told them and as I’d hit that they were putting a limit on. They did not and continued to let me deposit a lot then blocked my account. Disgusting.

I seen the reviews before joining but know how some people can be. I joined today and won, my account was suspended. They rang me and asked me a few questions about my account then put it back on. I withdrawn my funds and was in bank within an hour. So far so good. It does take a good bit of money to get a bonus. And I did notice since they suspended my account and put it back on didn’t land a bonus in over £300.

I really wish I read the reviews beforehand. I’ve sent a letter to my local mp as these sites need shutting down. No way on earth is it fair play I can take a loss but never to get anything is absurd. Started off fine as usual and being able to deposit freely as I was automatically verified. Wagered around £1800 in total with some wins/losses along the way. Then get an email for some KYC documents, I thought that’s fine and sent them everything they had asked for and was told that all my documents checked out. Forward to a couple days later and I’ve never really withdrew a big amount until one evening I hit a few bets in a row and request a withdrawal for £1000. Now here’s where it gets interesting (you already know where this is going)All of a sudden after I’ve made that one withdrawal my stakes are heavily limited and I’m talking £20 or less… Ain’t it funny that as soon as you start to win some money, they do everything possible to stop you winning again. I messaged their live chat traders and was told that my account has been restricted by their team. All of this within the space of two weeks. All in all a huge red flag from this company and I would not recommend joining them. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and avoid!

This site is very dodgy. Takes hundreds of pounds to get a bonus, then its full of dead spins. Never known anything like it. Doesn’t matter what game you play, the win spins are non existent. Save your money and go else where. I’ve now closed my account. They need looking in to big time!!

Recently joined . Lost a few days ago so gave it another try today. After I didn’t manage to get on the bonuses for any games . Essentially, all bookmakers are the same – they will not tolerate winners and will eventually restrict the accounts of winners and withdraw the ‘privileges’ enjoyed by customers that lose money to them. Fitzdares are the same, just marginally more tolerant than most of their industry peers.No complaints on time taken to withdraw money though which makes a nice change. However, their odds are generally not competitive and the website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate.

Poor customer service team. Rigged games. I earned a recharge bonus every week and you can only play it on computerised games like Roulette and blackjack. They let you win first few rounds but then dealer starts getting 20 and 21 every time and you never win again. This happened every week. I complained so they suspended my account. Not once did they do an affordability check either. Not good for vulnerable customers.

As everyone else here, I absolutely loved it at first, quite personal approach, Private Office etc. After a while it became worse and worse. In the end after 1 years I was basically kicked out as I wanted to take my case to IBAS. I had good moments with them, loyalty bonus is interesting but once things go wrong there is no response whatsoever. Not recommending.

Honest Review.Started off ok. Don’t mind the app. Bit slow and clunky at times but not many aren’t.Over time customer service has gone dreadful. Extremely abrupt and rude at times. Especially Rupert.Compliance randomly suspended my account with no warning or email etc. Found this poor. To be fair someone called Lee called me up. Was resolved speedily. He apologised and agreed the behaviour from customer service was poor and advised me to make a complaint. Reassured me that making a complaint wouldn’t lead to account closure. That was last Sunday.Received an email today saying my account was closed. I was owed money. Never once in all my withdrawals have i had any issues and as soon as my account is closed they said in an email there was a problem withdrawing to my card.Just being extremely awkward and causing unnecessary frustration now.Disgrace of a company.

They also e transfer to the email you signed up with no matter what, I had an email I signed up with not my primary email and it sent it to that email instead of my actual email I use to receive transfers, the money is now lost in limbo..
