Deceitful company from top to bottom, false information given right up to adminstratuon in march Any 5star reviews after this point id assume are fake as company has welched on bets placed and not active still

Incompetent company, from start to finish, top to bottom. As a previous customer, the directors are completely misleading and acts of criminal activity will be filed in the courts.

Brilliant stock market game.I think if it gets over some tiny hiccups it could grow to be bigger than sorare.I love the drama of matchday,the great fun of winning top media top positional award getting dividends.Cant see a downside.If they reboot it would be like Xmas. Dreadful decision making during the pandemic saw them go under. Governed by the gambling committee but clearly an investment platform so should have been FCA. I also wasn’t impressed when just days before they collapsed I was made to jump though hoops in order to get the small amount of money I could. They said it’s for my welfare. My agreement was that surely this should be done as I transfer a 4 figure sum into the platform, rather than withdrawing a 3 figure sum. Total shambles and will now take action via a solicitor.

As I have warned people for a long time, but i was forced by Trustpilot to change my wording, this company The football Index is now being investigated by the UK and Jersey Gambling commissions. No wonder really they have been scamming people for months (and yes Truspilot I CAN SAY SCAMMING NOW as they woul not be investigated if it wa not true. Sadly both the Football Index as well as Truspilot are complicit in this. One was overly scamming and the other was covering it it up.

The company have conned us all, recently entered administration after reducing the value of our bets by 80% yet in recent weeks were saying the company is in its strongest ever financial position and would be looking to increase dividends soon, 100% fraud. They continued to take bets up until Thursday night, when they finally announced administration, but had tipped some people about this days in advance. Squeezed us for every last penny.

A lot of posts on here that its a great concept that was badly run. The fact is, is that everyone was making money, and as long as the user base grew all the people before made more money. With a stable user base the market would stall. It was simply a variation of a ponzi scheme – the gambling commission has a lot to answer for.

A great idea and product, the problem stems for continually changing and tweaking and the misleading statements from CEO stating company is in a good financial position, which of course is not true . Hopefully under proper guidance , leadership this can be saved but needs new heads at the top end to repair damage done .

The concept of football index is a thing of beauty. There is no where else you can essentially bet on a young footballer to become world class. It’s like football manager for gamblers! UNFORTUNATELY however, those running the company are sneaky, corrupt, untrustworthy and dishonest. If the management ever change and the reputation of the company is restored, this could be the best gambling product in the world.

Trust is gone Based around a 3 year bet with no guarantee of any dividend payouts so impossible to value any player for longer than 30 days as we have seen 3 times in the last 4 months changes to the dividends and therefore the value of your ‘bet’ can happen anytime with no warning so dont put money in your cant predict what your trading

A betting platform that is consistently feeding it’s users lies and false promises, taking no accountability for the mess they have created. Rather than addressing problems they would much rather make erratic decisions to stimulate growth whether that is increasing payouts or decreasing payouts, a clear lack of planning and modelling when making decisions which has lead to the demise of the platform.

Lost a bit since multiple changes and player prices crashed.So I cashed out what was left to buy bitcoin instead. No wait, don’t go. The chances of losing your money with bitcoin about same as losing it with FI. However, the upside of bitcoin is massive compared to FI.If you have a few hundred to waste on FI, waste it on bitcoin instead.

Recent activity has caused turmoil for loyal customers.But the current format is a no brainer for someone new looking to invest. Prices ar low, great for people with low budget, but new customers should be aware that the dividend structure will be changing in april, with reduced dividends (which has caused the recent crash, along with misconceptions and deciept from the owners

Been on the platform for 3 years, and FI can wipe out all your profit in 30 days if they want to, and they did. Their T&Cs state they can change your bet within 30 days notice, so if you are happy to place bets that can be devalued to next to nothing at a moments notice to save the company money then sign up. Otherwise best to avoid and stick to a weekend Acca, at least then you know what youre betting on

Joined a year ago. I would be careful before re depositing any money. Remeber this is a gambling product but run very unethically. I believe Gambling commission are looking into football index but also many articles around with examples of what the leaders Mike Boden and Adam Cole. You are unable to contact customer services so any issues you have won’t be solved. Beware of this company and please do your research.

Unfortunately this great concept and idea has fell flat on it’s face after a series of very poor decisions. Whilst they claim it is to secure the longevity of the business, the fraudulent activities and timings of recent decisions begs the question of the product being a Ponzi scheme and one last cash grab. They should do the honourable thing and return any cash reserves back to the customers and wind up the business.

Completely fraudulent management in charge. Do not care about their customers nor the platform, and only care about their pay. Didn’t even even tell their investors about the continued losses and complete ‘restructure’ of the platform. Broke their own terms and conditions with the changes too. The platform itself is excellent and if there is complete management takeover then I would recommend. However, avoid at all costs until new management in charge.
