Has anybody ever got a full withdraw from funbet casino? They tryed to pay me out in bitcoin which ino nothing about so I refused it. Feels like customer support is passing me from pillar to post. They have assured me that they are dealing with the withdraw process. I’m just looking to know am I wasting my time with them because they can’t stick to there own withdraw rules which is maken me very suspicious. I have 4000 in my account which as for now seems stuck. Any input about this would be very appreciated. I’m not saying the company has committed fraud on me just yet but I am getting very suspicious about the whole thing. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Please Please stay away from this site! They are absolute criminals and have robbed MY money. I feel so stupid to have believed they were a genuine site! I won quite abit of money and tried to withdraw, told my the level I was at that I could only withdraw up to £500 every 24 hours, tried to withdraw this but it would not allow me, let me choose £400 but just pending, 24 hours later I tied again and have got an error message ever since, I kept contacting them daily asking why and done all the steps they told me to, still no luck. I kept contacting them and told them I wanted my money back and they said the only way I could have it is if I made a crypto account which I wouldn’t do. I did inform them that there rules state that you should get your funds back the same way you deposit. I then tried to contact them again to find my account had been put under review and I have been trying to contact them for 2 days to understand why and why my balance has not been returned! They keep telling me to be patient. Please stay away from them!! They are scam artists.

Absolute robbery of a company. allegedly have a max daily withdrawal of £500 but after withdrawing £90 told me I had reached my daily limit. Fine, I’ll withdraw tomorrow but I still got the same message. With £400 in the account I went on their useless live chat feature and was told to wait 2 hours, clear cache and cookies etc… to no avail. 5 days later still unable to withdraw and I highly doubt I will at any point. Utter scam of a company don’t go anywhere near it. Have a dodgy history once you look into it as well.

Paid a deposit and used my bonus claw credit. Won 20 free spins with the bonus claw. Out of the 20 spins I won £24.80 immediately after the last free spin completed my balance went to £0 as If I never won from the free spins. Avoid! I have not been able to withdraw for over a week. They ask for screenshots, tell you to clear cookies etc wait an hour, turn phone off etc and it’s still saying I’m exceeding my daily limit yet I have not withdrawn in a week. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another.
