Absolutely shocking.I have deposited a fair amount of money. I lost a few bets and then they asked me for verification, passport, bank statements, and addressEtcI have sent these over about 10 times now and I just got an email back saying I need to send them gain.There is no human you can call to discuss. There is zero customer service I still have over £500 in my account from 2 weeks ago and my account is frozen.Absolutely furious!STAY WELL CLEAR

Ive had my account for just over 3 weeks now. I have had zero problems with them. My Account wasVerified is about 4/5 hrs. I have made many deposits and withdrawals with no problems at all. A very trusted bookmakers in my eyes.I will update if I have any problems down the line but so far its been smooth sailing

By the sounds of it, others have had the exact same problem as me. They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn't even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can't provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so. As they haven't given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend 100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it's not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.

Refuse to payout on League winners this season as the leagues were incomplete and void, all other bookmakers that I've seen ARE paying out, won't be back with them..

Opened and verified an account placed bets won some lost some. One day suddenly limited to 1 bets.This after I had lost 20% of my total bet amount. Apparently they ban losers, now no way I can ever get that lost money back.

Dreadful! Tried to make a small bet today, only for it to be cancelled by them.Then I received an email telling me that restrictions had been placed on my account.I contacted them asking why, and their response was as follows:"I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rose and I am a Customer Support Team Leader here at RaceBets Please note that in accordance with previous correspondence, this was a business decision and one made at our own discretion. May we remind you of our T&Cs "8.2. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet made by you through your Account at any time. We are not obliged to give reasons for doing so but will make reasonable efforts to give reasons where possible". Should there be anything else we may assist you with, do return to us by Email, Live Chat or phone and we are happy to assist. May I wish you a great rest of your day!"My response to them was a bit childish but it sums up how annoyed I am"Hi Rose,Thank you for your swift response. I am surprised that your decision is considered a business decision, as I have hardly had an opportunity to conduct any business with you. Opened account but immediately restricted because I had logged on on another device. Like millions of people I regularly use a laptop and a tablet to log in to various accounts depending on my circumstances. Contacted customer service but got no adequate response from them. Seems like they want you to sign up but the decline any offers that should be available to you. Avoid.

Tok out some money and verified my account.Recieved the money i wanted to withdraw but they closed my account afterwards and it still had a balance of around 6600 kr that i had no access to.I would not recommend mobilebet at all.

What a strange company. Joined up. Played once. Got a weird, robotic note from them saying I was an unacceptable risk and that my account was being terminated. Makes no sense, but following the welter of criticism on this site its clear its their loss, not mine. Good riddance.

Ante post- Terrible company, as previous review states, I have accumulators with settled winners but they are returning only stakes, I am waiting on a 1/1000 shot which wont settle in time, they are stealing 1400 in the process. I have raised with gambling commission and ADR and suggest you all do the same

Very bad. Belong same company with ComeOn betting site. You gona waste a lot time listening their bull* chat comments. Always need to go there and ask your freebets they promised you and they make it some long and difficult. Just go and find another betting site, your life is much easier like that. Don't care whatever they promise you couse theres always some tricks you need to do before betting bonuses they say they give you.And don't believe them being so good and honest when they come here and comment these negative comments about their company. If they would really care their players these comments would not be here. It's like they come here to talk us while they ignore us when talking their page chat. Very low moral company!

BEWARE KEEP AWAY FROM GUTS i only won 250 and they closed my account saying it was a business decision. When i asked for a withdrawal they want me to send them a selfie but it doesnt state this in their verification t&c. I have no problem sending them my driving license, utility bill and proof of payment method but no way will i demean myself to holding up a piece of paper with the date on it when i did not sign up for those terms. I stay away from casinos who ask for selfies as they are usually the ones who are reluctant to pay out winnings. They have even stolen my initial 100 deposit. BEWARE and keep away if your thinking of signing up as you will regret it.

Stressful experience. Provided all ID documents as required. They then blocked my account and had to answer questions about my experience with gambling. They then unlocked my account and after winning a few times with Sportpesa, and made a few withdrawals and deposits, I decided to deposit some more money and play this morning. They suspended my account whilst playing an online casino game. Checked my emails and they sent me one asking for source of wealth information requiring bank Statements and wage slips. They should clearly have information on their systems that I won a large amount of money from them very recently and have clearly deposited less money than what I have actually won with them. To me they are clearly trying to make excuses and as hard as possible to not pay out my recent pending withdrawals and haven't a clue what they are doing. So the request is unnecessary. This is the second time they have blocked my account in my opinion for no reason and certainly wont be using them again. Appalling customer service and clearly dont want my custom. Complaint to Gambling Commission pending.

Their website is very clunky and difficult to navigate. I had to e mail them to request my bonus and the bonus scheme is a complete con ( I had to wager 10 x the bonus. I built the bonus upto over £150 but only revived the original bonus of £40) which I feel is disgusting . I’m still waiting to receive my funds And it has been over 7 days. They are constantly using an excuse not to pay. Avoid this company where possible and stick to established online companies

I got in to horse racing this year following the Cheltenham Festival this year never previously been into gambling, with little other sport currently on I have been following the US racing. This company are advertising on a horse racing site - at the races - offering 20 in free bets if you place 10 qualifying bet at odds greater than 1/2. So I clicked the linked signed up, placed a 10 qualifying bet on quite a famous horse in a main stream event which actually lost. I thought oh well I've got a couple of free bets. These were never received. I have contacted their customer services, sent numerous emails, proved my identity, given them ample opportunity to rectify this, they never properly or directly answered my questions but I'm no longer eligible for any bonuses or promotions and they sent me some copy and pasted terms and conditions about duplicate accounts. Like other reviewers have stated earlier, I have never registered with this company before and they have not provided a specific reason why they have not honored there side of this offer. In short, I would not recommend using this site, I certainly would not bother if you are expecting any free bets and given my limited experience of online betting the worst betting company/site I've come across.

I have been using SportPesa fine and they were one of my favourite bookies. Then, corona virus hit and the UK (and world!) went into lock down. I am at my girlfriend's and we don't live together, but have my laptop with me. I signed into SportPesa and my account was closed due to logging in from different IP addresses.I understand that, but the decision was made without any chance of explanation from myself, my account was fully closed. This is more like a dictatorship and very sad as I thought SportPesa were ok.My advice: avoid this company, even though the world is in a pandemic, there was no understanding or flexibility. Disgraceful from them, use other bookies who are much more understanding!

Really disappointing experience so far with redzonesports, I joined the site on Tuesday, however didnt deposit until today, following a short run of some successful sports bets I tried to log in, it stated 'access denied - contact support' following an hour long chat the account is apparently frozen following a 'general inspection' and the account therefore now requires reviewing before they will reactivate the account. Really frustrating having only been with them for three days and making only one deposit!They didnt/havent emailed me since locking the account to explain or request any information and i have been advised to wait up to 48 hours for a response relating to the account being reactivated. I will update my review accordingly when a resolution is reached.

I must commend this company for their fast response I also had another issue which was sorted within an hour . I defiantly cannot fault. Dont know why there are so many negative reviews. Ive won and lost and i received all winnings within 48 hours.I would recommend to all gamblers who are thinking of joining this site is to read this first.They always block your account, wanting more and more details, why get verified in the first place.They want my wage slips, bank statements of all transactions. This could be a big headache for punters who have winnings in there account, lucky for me I didnt. they won't pay you even if you win! So I won something a small amount, everything sucks about them, the software is crap and not fair. I knew because I was getting better services at site like bitstarz and once I put in withdrawal hassles begin, they want gov id, when you send it they need id with photo, when you send it, they are taking too much time. All the while they keep it in pending withdrawals so you could play it and maybe lose it, but I was smarter I never used it, and finally came the message that we have closed your account for blah blah reason when they could not find a suitable reason to delay more that is a delay of over 2 months in paying out. Seems they are cuckoo in having the debts that they cannot pay already and now are cuckooing their customers.

Worst betting site ever. They attract you with a welcome bonus, yet after the first bet your max stake gets limited to ridiculous amounts, on most of the bets under 1,00 or even under 0,50. It is absolutely impossible to rollover the welcome bonus with these limits. They just want to steal your money. Customer support is non-existent. They always answer with the same unhelpful standard email.Stay away from this betting site. It is a scam. Better use the larger sites (William Hill, Tipico, Betway) which have great customer support and no such imposed betting limits. I can't fathom how this site can exist with such poor customer attention.

I have a lot of experience with online sports betting companies. Betstars is one of the worst for a variety of reasons including appalling customer service, questionable security of funds, and discrimination against customers who dare to win money.If you have any issues with your Betstars account, prepare yourself for a long and arduous journey. You CANNOT speak to them. Its email only and they take at least 48hrs to respond. Not even a live chat facility is available. You can imagine how long an issue will take to resolve with emails being exchanged every 48hrs!In terms of security of player funds, I dont believe it to be particularly safe. I know of Betstars accounts being hacked and funds disappearing which they will take no responsibility for. They will say that your username/password was compromised which is your own fault. What is interesting is that they seem to be set up for this kind of activity. They offer a facility to set up an app-based payment wallet and another facility which allows you to transfer funds to other Betstars customers. It seems to me that this only serves to make the fraudsters job easier! I dont know of any other bookmakers that offer these facilities. Finally, they discriminate against customers that dare to win. In fairness to them, all bookmakers do this by reducing the amount a customer can wager if they are deemed to have won too much. Betstars are not the fastest in the industry to restrict accounts (that would be Ladbrokes) but they will do so after losing a relatively small amount to a customer. This is a deeply unfair practice undertaken by all the bookmakers who are happy to take money from most of their customers but will not tolerate losing relatively small amounts to a handful of customers. Shame on them!

I deposited 100 and I received a 100 bonus. Next, they limited my account and my stakes, to keep out bonus wagering requirement from being satisfied. But I managed to do it, I won and my bonus was converted into real money (1'100). At this point, they removed 1'000 (real money, not bonus) from my account, because I won with the bonus. Furthermore, they hide the transaction where they removed my money.

I liked using this site for Sports Betting, now they accuse me of being associated with unknown accounts that I never have heard of.The Spin and bet portion of the site can win you big money, even though it can sometimes be a big risk for high stakes.I cannot recommend this site, since they took my money and winnings away, over something I do not have any association with.

I emailed support asking to activate it for me, and literally emailed them back and forth about 8 or 9 times before they finally relented and activated it. I am sure they do this with everybody! It sounded rehearsed. Blatant scam!The reason they gave was "You had to email us before you placed any bets. Now that you've placed a bet, I can't activate your bonus."
