Blackpool promenade Genting Casino. As soon as pulled on to car park kids was in cars blasting music the same kids sit in the smoking lounge like place is a youth club. Playing roulette via the betting terminal and lost quite a bit but then started winning they changed the tables spinner and 2 mins after that security came and told her to close the table as I was winning. Spinners are for show rng for the roulette is via computer and disc program and was about to cycle some of my best numbers so they closed the table. Also cheat ball launch speeds between placing bets some lunches can take upto 2mins others was going off in like 15 seconds giving no time to back best numbers then them numbers hit. So over all feels like a youth club full of kids and they cheat the tables. FYI yes I could see the security observation or floor manager watching before end and before getting lady to close a table after she only just came on it.

I was threatened by another customer and the manager did nothing after a female dealer reported it. Baccarat deck of cards is shuffled using a card counting machine. And the result is not the game of Baccarat. Black Jack is same, dealer busts almost NEVER. I have encountered 2 rude dealers. I have been to this place 3 times now. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. No one ever there. And for good reason. Not fun if all you do is loose. Never going back there. Keep it moving to one of the west end casinos. And the other reviews with 5 stars MUST BE fake or referring to only the restaurant and not gaming part of this venue.

I have been so many times to this casino in china town. This is the most rigged and cheating casino i ever played. On an average, blackjack dealer wins 85 hands out of 100. I understand gambling is very risky but this is very ridiculous ratio of winning. Their shuffling machine is so rigged that I can tell cards will come out. 8 times out of 10 they will 5 after 16 so end up making 21. Don’t go there at any cost.

Fully verified,still can’t make a cash withdrawal,wrote a review yesterday,still waiting.Genting casino are asking for a copy of a visa card that was compromised and cancelled by me a year ago.A new payment/deposit visa card was registered and photo front and back sent and since verified.It has to be a withdrawal stalling process,it worked 800 euro,I was withdrawing has now been lost.

I can see why this site is classed as bad because this site is absolutely awful. There are no numbers in order to talk to an human being. Deposited £150 tried cashing out £630, money now in bonus funds.Cancelled bonus funds stating id lose £1 something no probs, it then deleted whole amount.Went on chats no human available only a bot, emailed, no number available to call for live chat.I suffer from anxiety and I’m autistic, fully incontrovertible of my gambling and this is the treatment I get.

The revised three card poker progressive game that came into the Sheffield in September 2023 is boring compared to the 5 card version, given there are fewer smaller payouts now too. It would be great if customers could be consulted before these sorts of major changes are made. Most if not all regulars would welcome the old game back tomorrow despite the progressive. TERRIBLE ONLINE CASINO – AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS I would give 0 if I could. On 24/03/2024 @ 01:06 to 01:07. I made a bet of around £200 – Manchester Roulette . The ball was spinning and then a pop up window shows up. I was still watching the ball spinning in the background. It had dropped into 22 black – which was a winning number. Only that my bet was taken and the number was not paid out. And then I couldn’t get any support although Romen who keeps asking me the same questions every time and restricts my account for 24 hours without my consent, had promised me I would get support. I have never gotten any support. I also tried to get someone on facebook, no reply yet after 10 hours. The Customer Support on the website is useless: they say we reply within a few minutes – no one even touches the chat to say hello for hours. Frankly I will file a case with the Gambling Commission if I don’t get paid the 22 black. OR at least you should have declared the bet void and give my money back. I like Genting slots ,they put me bonus without asking for that .Anyway the wagering was high and I couldnt withdraw. After that I deposited without bonus and made withdrawal.. I was sceptical about them as it took lot of efforts to get in touch for my first withdrawal but they paid out and sine then two more withdrawals came in. Could be a bit faster though as most site let you withdraw up to 1500 a day in few hours. Getting help o line is nightmare but guys on phone are great. Safe gambling methods are good as they ask you to take breaks etc. when withdrawal improves I will post a 5 star review as site is great with loads of games.

i have been self excluded from sister sites and also have gam stop against my name , i contacted the email address on the website to confirm ive got a gam stop against my name and also that ive been self excluded from sister sites however i was allowed to deposit still (190 worth . i was advised to send in details of gam stop which i did however when this was sent in they now want an email from gam stop , i logged into gam stop and sent screen shots of my information, ive emailed genting casino and not getting anything back now , i have raised this with gambling commission aswell
