I love the quick and easy deposits, withdrawal is usually instant with my method of deposit ( and i mean instant), the few times it hasn't been instant, its been a few hours or the next day...I have just had a really unfortunate incident where Support messed up and i ended up losing quite a bit of winnings due to their mistake saying i had to wager my bonus before withdrawing... However, once it was explained fully and clearly they escalated it, looked into it for me, and i have indeed been given a refund...Most casinos would have simply brushed me off and not given me the funds im sure.... Genting handled it wonderfully, i'll be playing there instead of anywhere else now.

Absolute con, they let you deposit no problem but when you want to make a withdrawal they ask for documents, you upload the documents and wait for an email to say they are been verified, once you receive the email and try to withdraw, you still cant withdraw they still ask for the same documents that you have already sent and have already been verified, they ignore your emails and their live chat is a joke, its a machine and you type your message which they say they will respond within 6 hours but dont. Please do not waste your money on this site because they probably wont pay you out if you win. They will make you continuously keep logging in to see if you can withdraw until you lose your money. This is the worse site I have ever used. I deeply regret not reading the reviews on them before I was depositing.

Signed up to this site no wins for a while when I did win payout was the next day by 6am!I had already uploaded ID, driving license and picture of bank card with middle 8 number blanked out. Agree with others that the bonus added to account is annoying but cant fault their payouts

I felt I had to write a review because I read all the ones below and it scared me so much!! So, I won quite a large amount on roulette and requested a withdrawalyes I didnt receive any reply from email nor did I receive a reply from online chat. HOWEVER, the money landed in my paypal account in less than 36hours. To my knowledge, I have never received instant funds from online casinos the only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 was because I was unable to withdraw the full amount and went back and played a little and lost that haha! And the lack of replies, but overall not a bad experience.

The bouncers out side on the morning of June 4th-bald white man tall, & 2 x Indian men- I work as a shot girl and I got lost in Sheffield with no internet. I approached CODE the club and their bouncers refused to help a 20 year old in danger. I walked up to the casino. Very scared. The men instantly made me feel welcome! They heard what the other doorman said they brought me in the warm and helped me and waited until my mum came and Ill happily be back!!!!

They're literally holding your withdrawal to ransom in hope you lose it. It's dirty delay tactics. I was asked by one member of staff to get cash out to join. Tried to rejoin the queue and was confronted by a member of staff. Asked them to let me get through to my gf and accused me if being drunk. Then grabbed me. Asked if it was a race thing and he grabbed me by the neck. Site staff had to intervene (poorly). Already a member and would not recommend these bullies.

Decided to self exclude from there as it was pants, I had about 5 confirmation messages to self exclude saying basically are you sure This is some a sly move to make as I can imagine a lot say actually no I won’t self exclude . Don’t know if it’s even worth writing about this as I have pretty much experience what everyone else has on here, support team never respond, taking money out is like getting blood out of stone but depositing money easily done! They trap you deposit all play with emails and texts but when you need help getting that money out you beat believe they disappear. Clearly nothing is even being done about it

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

Dirty disgusting disgrace of a bookmaker.. opened account placed bets all good.. then I didnt bet for a week and then they send me 20 free Spins so I logged into play them.. less than 30 minutes later an email comes saying I now have restrictions on my account and can no longer opt into any kind of promotion Disgusting.. no wonder so many people hate this company... scum of the earth

Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don't think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.
