All of the one star reviews made me skeptical about my withdrawal, however, yesterday I withdrew 630 from a 25 deposit and today (less than 12 hours later) the money is in my bank. I provided a picture of the debit card and a picture of my passport and that was it. No issues at all.

Don't waste your time or money on them - you're not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I'm sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn't transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting 'Customer Service' is that it was 'a management decision', but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don't think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I'd bet my last 10p they won't respond to this glowing review with anything other than 'it was a management decision'. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.

Absolutely terrible they send you emails and phone you when you do as they say no free twister bonus or spins anywhere. Try to deposit it fails ask you too call. DO NOT USE. Vile company, basically thieves. I have money in my account which I wish to withdraw and they won’t let me unless I send in numerous copies of my passport, driving licence, bank statements, etc. Pretty convinced they are trying to steal my identity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Once you beat their wagering requirements you have no pop up to say congratulations you’ve beaten the requirements so you have no idea how far into the requirements you actually are! Anyone who has unusually bad losses from genting casinos should write reviews. And maybe gaming commission will sit up. Just appears they are recouping lockdown losses ive observed for 8 hours or so and noted how unbelievably low peoples features on slots were, on the rare occasion they came in . 3k later I could count features on one hand . Hardly random it seems

If you want to lose lots of money, very quickly then choose this site. The only way to genuinely win big with an online casino, is to literally play for several hours at a time. You need to start off with very small bets and gradually increase the bet size. Casino's say that machines are not rigged. Well this is debatable. As soon as you hit the spin button, the outcome has been decided by the server. There is no big reels that actually spin round, what we see are just graphics. Genting will take a few thousand off you, then restrict your account to a small amount for each month. This is a very clever move by genting, as they pretending to show that they care about the customer, but what they are actually doing is, making it virtually impossible for you to win any money. By genting restricting accounts, it's just basically a license to take money each month. It would be easier to set up a standing order with your bank and just pay genting a fixed fee each month. This would save a lot of time. If it was possible to give genting a minus zero, star rating then I would have chose that option.

I am a 39-year-old man who lives in Nottingham. I have Cerebral Palsy, which severely affects my hand control, speech, walking and general movement. My disability does not affect my intelligence. I am particularly good at maths and calculating risk and probability. I studied Virtual Engineering at Coventry University. I live independently with a team of Personal Assistants. On 27th Dec 2020, I joined the bookmaker http://www.gentingbet.com and went through their verification process by emailing them documentation. However, they did not request evidence of wealth. There were some initial difficulties because they wanted signed documents and I do not have hand control. Eventually, their manager accepted the unsigned documents. Unfortunately, they then emailed me: "Thank you for your email, and apologies for the delay getting back to you - given your situation I wanted to discuss your account with our safer gambling team before making a decision on it. Having done so, I'm afraid we've taken the decision to close your GentingBet account and refund your deposit (the refund will leave our account tonight, please allow 2-5 working days for your card issuer to process the funds.) We apologise for any disappointment that this decision may cause, and fully appreciate your point about making our services accessible, but as a gambling operator we also have to consider our responsibility to protect potentially vulnerable players from being harmed by gambling, and are concerned that given your circumstances accepting play from you would be an irresponsible course of action." I am disturbed and confused over GentingBet's refusal to allow me to use their website because I cannot use my hands. Pre-covid, I regularly went to Bingo without difficulty. I've also have been to physical casinos and I have accounts with other online bookmakers. While I accept that GentingBet has to protect vulnerable players, they also have a duty to not do this in a non-discriminant manner. Refusing to offer services based on physical disability is discrimination and therefore unlawful.

Had a phone call off a rep about a 100% bonus for the their online casino. I haven’t been on this site for a long time, but thought I would give it ago. I put 40 on and had a total of 80. As soon as I started playing my account balance started to but up and down for like 70 to 30. nothing to do with with what I was playing. I wAs playing 2 a spin. Anyway played my money turned out the bonus disappeared and when I questioned with customer service about it, I was made out to be a liar. With any questions I closed my account straight away. Have been here a few times but my last experience was not pleasant I don’t know what the managers name is but was very rude after I had a situation with a young inexperienced croupier who did not know what he was doing when I asked the pit boss to sort the problem I was treated like a id—-t reception for head office phone number and name of manager which she gave as ray and a phone number of a local takeaway will not be returning.this place at one time was very busy including all the local Chinese who have since left this casino and moved on to Leo’s on the dock road can’t blame them that’s where I’ll be from now on shame on you keep this up and you will all be out of a job .☹️

Gentings Casino Liverpool Queen Square . What a joke this place is . Ive been here on several with friends . I was tolled I was not a member and had to register again after all my friends got in. The reception was rude and didn’t have time for anybody . One roulette table open and one Jack blackjack table open only . Couldn’t get never them. Had to ask for table to be open and was tolled 20 minutes. Staff where all none helpful . I’m a 58 year old gentlemen and was treated like a child . Won’t be going there again. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else. I would like to give them no stars .

GettingBet is a bookie with a pretty much easy-to-use website, the design is also really nice, although, the website can get cumbersome as there is a lot of information sometimes. They have a working customer service that runs 24 hours a day, an email as well as live chat. As for bonus and promos, you get 10 for your first loss.

Nice list of slots but I have never come across a casino where every slot you play is suddenly completely dead. It is proof these casinos are not audited because I got around 50% RTP off 3,000 spins hitting 1 bonus round which paid around x30 bet which was my biggest win in all those spins! They have just said I cannot withdraw my 200 winnings into the account I have registered on the site. I have sent them all the info and ID they asked for now they are saying I can’t have my winnings. I put 100 in and they took it within seconds but when I won they won’t give it to me. We’re not talking 10’s of thousands it’s 200. Let’s see how long before/if I receive it.
