I’ve played on groves or online several times now and limit myself to £50 a time. Every time I play £2 a spin I get a £4 win around half way through regardless of the game and I’ve played many and to bet £2 and see a £0.20 win is shocking, No bonuses ever no other win other than the one mentioned and to top it off the games are glitchy as anything. CLOSE GROSVENOR DOWN!!!Please stay away from GROSVENOR they owe my hundreds of pounds from last year’s ascot 6 fold horse accumulator. Even the safer gaming self set “deposit” limits don’t work! edit: It appears what is misdescribed as a “deposit” limit is actually a “loss” limit. I can’t deposit more than my daily limit in one go (which is good) but if I win, and withdraw my winnings, I can deposit again (which is a bit underhand)!

I like Chris Rock I guess I just paid him a chunk of money by playing the online slots at Grosvenor casino. As a new customer thought would try big bass fishing game that’s the number one featured game. Spent last hour losing £700 on £1 spins. Not once did the main feature game come in. SCAMMERS….. HONESTLY STAY AWAY. My usual play is £1 per spin slots, usually topcat or fishin frenzy. I only ever deposit £40 at a time and with that I have 40 spins at £1 each. In the last 3 days I have deposited over £550, only played the slots. in all that time I hit the bonus twice, the 1st bonus was on topcat and it payed me zero, yes, ZERO, no cats no cops no wilds nothing. the 2nd bonus was again on topcat, this time it payed me a whopping £3 as my bonus round. DO NOT PLAY “Table” games, they are a con! I have just played 20p roulette and covered 25 numbers (the same ones each spin) and in the FIRST 14 spins I only won 3 times. I then played 50p Blackjack and played for 15 minutes (maybe 60 to 70 hands) and only had a two card hand 3 times (plus one blackjack), 18 once and 20 twice, the dealer had blackjack all three times. Whilst these are statistically possible, and will happen at some stage if one plays long enough, for them to both happen “randomly” (I filmed both) immediately from the first plays is virtually IMPOSSIBLE (thousands to one against)! Just give the money to a charity instead.

Crap beyond compare.Started the process of joining, deposited and made a qualifying bet for their ‘new customer’ offer.Went back in to get my bonuses only to find the account had been locked.Turns out they wanted documentation, ok, they’re not alone in wanting this so I sent it off.3 days later I then get a ‘Source of Funds’ request. A SoF for £10, I kid you not. Recently joined Grovesnor Casino online to play slots. I took the new player bonus of deposit £20 play with £50 this vanished very quickly only a couple of small 2X/3X wins with no bonus features won. I then played a few more times over the next week only too find every game I played had a similar vibe, 20-30 dead spins then a token win of 2 or 3X and still no bonus feature not surprisingly my balance quickly fell to £0.00 each time resulting in further deposits. The game play is not great quite a few games glitch and freeze only for a message to pop up saying “Technical Error Occured” Zeus & Hades was glitching every other spin! The loading process also takes forever on some games. I cannot comment on bonuses or payout as I did not win anything and none of the games I played gave a bonus feature. Overall experience was very poor. P.S Just finished online chat with Grovesnor regarding closure of my account. If I could give zero stars I would.Site has been glitching all week, taking bets but not logging them and not refunding. Today not a single game is working leaving players to believe the issue is on their side, when you ask a dealer they tell you to contact support.There should be an error message to stop players topping up and standing on their heads. Any reported issues are met with a request of a screenshot of the issue and a promise it’ll be looked into within 10 days.If I took someone’s money, asked them to prove it and told them to come back in 10 days, I’d be locked up. Really poor service!!!

NO WONDER GROSVENOR HAS VERY BAD RATING!..Few months ago I joined this site and I provided what ever they wanted from me!..They then did welcome me and Account was up and running.. My monthly deposit limit is £700 and I had no luck since the beginning until last week.
