I opened an account with them, made a deposit of 7 pounds and 18 pences and made a single bet with that money, the bet was a winner and I made the withdrawal of the money to my account, the same one that I made the deposit, however they blocked my account without any warning, call, email or text message, I got in touch and attendant said that I had to check my account, and gave me a wrong email; I contacted them again and they gave me an right email address (I Guess) , I sent the necessary documents and a day later they didn't say anything to me. The next day I get in touch again and the attendant tell me the waiting time is no 48 hours, the day after I call them again and they said the waiting time is no 48 hours is 72 hours (What????) this is ridiculous, they want to keep the customers' money by force.1 - checks must be done before any deposit2 - After depositing and winning the bet and withdrawing the money, they decided to do the verification. I think this website is a fraud.

So, I've used Grosvenor Casinos for some months. Not the best of sites but I've had no problems until last evening. I got a new debit card, uploaded the details and made a deposit (200) No problems. I worked it up to 400 and went to withdraw part of that. Withdrawal not allowed! Grosvenor wouldn't cancel my old card, and when I tried to contact one of their 'customer champions' (!!) no one was available.So I left it, meaning to do it later. Played a little today. I was playing a 10 blackjack table (maybe 10 or 12 a hand) and next thing I saw was that most most of my bank had disappeared. I glanced at the pay out box and according to that I had placed a 412 bet, ... which was beaten ( by a dealers blackjack !) Never, in my better than 50 years card playing have I placed a 400 wager on a card game. I find it suspicious, usually when you place a bet there are a few seconds before the cards are dealt. Not that hand, ... practically immediate & no chance to cancel. Well, our 'customer champion' was giving me the runaround. Said he would escalate my complaint but it could take 2 weeks to get back to me. 2 weeks !! Anyway, I'll give them 72 hours and if nothing I shall get in touch with the gambling commission who have been helpful in the past.

In this case, you have to wager 10 so that you can meet the wagering target and once you have met it, the remaining winning will be converted into cash now it didnt state any of what he said on the actual bonus it said 1 not 10 so dont come here it is shady practice.

Money went missing from my account balance. I had over 2 cash on my balance, played free spins, won 26p. Went back to the home page. My balance updated to 28p with 26p bonus. Contacted live chat, what a surprise they couldn't see it lol I know it's a small amount, but it's beside the point. I log all my bookie balances, first time I've had money actually disappear. They're website is also painfully slow to load. One to avoid.

So apparently I needed to proof who I am even though I already have photo screenshot of agreed withdrawal into my bank. Never got prompted to give any details just told me what reference I'l see in my bank. Pathetic. Won't be changing my review unless someone sorts me out fast

Utterly shocking company. This isn't a disgruntled "loser", I closed my account while in profit with them, however they lie and their communications are absolutely dreadful. Maybe an email every 10 days in response to a complaint.Honestly, go elsewhere. The customer services are just dreadful

I am absolutely livid. I went to exchange my cash points and it says I have insufficient amount to do it but there is no minimum so I contacted customer services, sent 3 emails with screenshot to be told they no longer offer this and yes I have points but I won't be able to use them!? 45 minutes I spent chatting to customer services, sending emails, multiple screenshots and constantly having to log back in. No offer of any gesture of goodwill or anything for wasting my time just tough basically. Not impressed at all!!

They do not honour their offers or promotions, they tell you if your bet is 2nd to an SP favourite you will get a cash refund but they do not pay it, they tell you as a member of their weekly club you will get a 5 free bet if you stake 5 x 5 but they do not pay it.Live chat wastes half an hour of your life and tells you they "do not know why" and advise your query will be passed to support and you will hear 'soon' and when asked what 'soon' means you are told 'shortly' - in fact it is never, no reply at all.You are given an email address that does not accept emails and when you try messaging through the web-site you are ignored, repeatedly.False advertising on the promotions and non-existent customer service.Combine that with the reviews already written and you shouldn't be surprised.Very poor.

site is actually ok for slots quick withdrawl for my payment method but the promos are a mess in todays climate the ammount you have to stake to get them is unreal in some cases for examplePlay 500 across one or multiple Live Casino games to qualify.Get a 10 Bonusnow paddy power gives you a 5 pound bonus for playing 100 a week with paddy rewards and i think that is bad so you could imagine what i think of your 500 for 10.

I just love grosvenor casinos. I made a terrible mistake of using a fake ID when I was barred. I was allowed after that on my real name and I told the casino truth and a very nice manager allowed me on my real name. After long time a new manager came and banned me from all grosvenors casinos. I do not like going to other casinos to play poker but just grosvenor I love grosvenor and I will forever even if they never allow me in life.

Spotted an offer on their site. Played some spins and wagered around 200 quid. Got my free spins and won a bit extra from that only to find out that this needs to be wagered another 10x. No problem with casino t&cs but it was no where clear when it was encouraging me to spend that money. If you're more transparent with your customers - they will play with you more often. Would be astonished if the GC don't catch up with you at some stage. Also very interesting and notable that the only 5 star review you've had over the last few days is some guy who you let in after producing fake ID! Well done.

Walsall Grosvenor Casino is absolutely disgraceful. I have witnessed staff sniggering amongst each other after purposely ensuring that customers lose on the roulette table. I have witnessed this on two separate occasions. Which I find very unprofessional from a member of staff. They need need to work on their body language skills to ensure that customers do not pick up on their unprofessional behaviour while playing at those tables. I used to find this casino a pleasant experience over the years. Its got much much worse ( staff wise ).

Grosvenor Casino's used to be a good casino, this was the case a couple of years ago. But that's not the case anymore, in fact, I would strongly advise anyone who considers taking part in their promos to be careful. Grosvenor Casino's not exactly transparent with the promo's terms and conditions, and there will be a lot of dishonesty and deception involved with their promos. Just recently they sent me an email for a casino deposit offer, a deposit 50, and get a 25 bonus. On the terms and conditions, it states that all live table games, including live blackjack, contribute 100% to wagering the bonus. While wagering my cash I noticed that the progress bar was only going up by a little, I spoke to customer service who said wagering on live table games only contributes to 10% wagering. So either the customer service agent is lying, or the promotions team is lying. As bright as day, the terms mentioned all live table games contribute 100% towards wagering. It seems that Grosvenor casinos are deliberately making their promos and terms confusing and misleading, so you give up and do not bother following up. This is the last time I'll be taking part in any promotions or using Grosvenor casinos. They have lost all credibility with their shady practices.

Avoid and don't play on this website. Besides increasing the wagering requirements, this dump also has issues with its website's functionality. The slots are lagging and the payout is small (you need to make a lot of spins to win a decent amount) and on top of that you won't see your money on a bank account even after an hour of requesting a withdrawal. Instead your gaming account will be blocked. It's clear that the Rank company is dying and their situation is only getting worse.

Been with Grosvenor Sports for a year now, good sportsbook, great odds and promotions compared to many other bookmakers, never had any problems on the site until yesterday, placed one of their regular boosted odds came up the wrong bet,(twice) contacted live help and after explaining what had happened they investigated, took a few hours to check, expected that while the tech people checked the system. Result 40 back into my account, extremely pleased, specially since the horse lost, Thanks to Amanda and her team for being 100% efficient at their job .

Support dont care what you say, they just tell you to get in touch later. Betting is the same crap, my bets section says I have no current bet, of course I have you bunch of carrots. Grosvenor casino its the only casino from all online casino when if you win a bonus game on any slots game you will win practically nothing.Its happening nowhere else but in this online casino you can, get like 50 bonuses per year.. And none of them will pay..Its not unusual to get 0.20pence for bonuses when you play 1pound spins.This is happening like 90% of time.If you want to play some online casino games Please choose some other casinos all of them paying more then this one.This is without the doubt the biggest rip off!!!

Since then I've had a text pretty much every week from them about gambling when I have never gambled. The only option to opt out is to text stop which my service provider doesn't allow and they would not let us remove ourselves whilst we were there. This is a gdpr breach I was not told I'd be text constantly once I gave my number.
