I cant complain about this casino and have been playing a while. Some days you win, which I have numerous times, and others you dont but thats part of it! My game crashes very rarely but if it does it goes back to where it was when I reload. Withdrawals are in your account within 10 mins. I recommend this site.

I agree with all the bad comments on here, no bonuses, wins are pennies n iv spent a few hundred in 2 sitting. Im really shocked with Grosvenor, these are meant to be reputable. OK completely honest review . First time using this site .spent a few hundred in same game and won 400 but I had opened all features and thought I would see what happened. 900 later not 1 free spin. I emailed the company to see what their excuse was but nothing so now I am warning everyone out there . DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There is far better honest reliable sites out there but not this one.

Terrible customer service from the start, I joined as they had an offer on and a friend had a horse racing that day, the horse WON and Grosvenor refused to pay out until I sent them various different documents (which should have been requested FROM THE BEGINING as per Gambling commission rules:”If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.”) They then proceeded to mess around with the documents for WEEKS which is frankly bizarre ( and very telling) and would lose them, customers, if this was done on the opening of accounts. They ONLY function via live chat which is awful, if you send an email you get an auto-response basically saying they don’t read their emails or reply to them(?!) Refused to provide any sort of manager email or details…still waiting to receive my winnings nearly 6 weeks later so we’ll see how the independent bodies get on with investigating them!

I just joined 3 days ago and like everyone else their slots keep malfunctioning and I’m sure it’s done deliberately to sabotage your play. I also received a 1 bonus that had to be wagered 30x. Dont know where these bad reviews are coming from? Signed up last night. Deposited 600 had a few spins on roulette, live casino from one of there London casinos. Got a small win on free spins but wasnt credited to my account, so I contacted “customer support – HA!” There i was told I would be emailed in a few days. I was NOT. I am really surprised at the amount of negative comments about Grosvenor online casino here. This is a genuine review. I have had nothing but great experiences with this casino and there has never been a problem with them paying any winnings. Okm when I first joined it took a little time to sort out the verification ID stuff but once that was all approved it has been plain sailing. I only play the one slot game and as I often win a lot on this I am superstitious so I keep playing the same game. I have won a lot each time I have been on this game, yesterday I actually won the jackpot, I withdrew the majority of it then carried on playing, won more on the game and withdrew a set amount of those winnings, the money for both amounts went into my bank account this morning. It’s not just these wins though, I have won a lot on this before and again, absolutely no problem with the money going into my account. I don’t understand the issues with the negative reviews as my experience is great, the payouts, winnings and customer service. Any bonus you receive you can only use if you lose all of your cash balance first, and if you withdraw your cash balance, you lose the bonus. Seems to me to be a subtle way to make sure people are not gambling responsibly

I play the ‘Beat The Timer` promotion on Grosvenor and never really win anything of consequence?? If you win free spins they are all but dead spins, and if you win the slots bonus of 1 or 2 it has wagering requirements attached; why??
