Would leave a zero star review on this occasion but I can't. My partner and I planned to visit the casino in Bolton this evening, we were allowed to arrive and be given new cards at the desk, as well as hand over coats and a bag from shopping from earlier in the day. The security guard on duty at the time asked my partner how much we had had to drink, to which she replied '2 or 3' and he decided to refuse us entry with no reason. My partner questioned this when the head of security (that we are familiar with) made his way to the front desk, and he stated his member of staff had made the decision (which was respected) that at least one of us had had too much to drink. I am hard of hearing, which may have been confused for being drunk, but the young lady at the reception desk looked confused about our refusal and the head of security seemed confused about the refusal also. However we accepted it as it would be bad management to overturn the refusal, but the security staff that refused us then proceeded to stare at us until we got into our taxi (30mins later) as if we were criminals (which CCTV will show) We accepted the decision as we're respectful of the fact that the security guard felt that he was doing his job, however we left as quickly we could. We have not had cause to complain in 7 years, however, this is disgusting how we were left to feel and I feel unjustly so. We did not make a scene and left the building but had to wait for a taxi being stared at by security which does not encourage us to come back as customers that used to be regular visitors on first name basis with staff in the venue.

You have more chance of winning the lottery than on these slots. Takes takes takes never anything back every single time. Everyone says the same on here too. Await Grosvenors automated response of "our slots are fair" instead of them actually listening to customers and doing something about it as they are clearly not fair. Wont be using them again you have lost a customer and i would recommend you do the same. They need investigating.

I went to Grosvenor Casino in Manchester riverside. I couldn't find my phone. Shockingly, the casino refused to help. They refused to simply call my number, or check the camera. Terrible experience. You would thought they would care about customer who they rely on? No. I will never go to this place again.

avoid them, they are absolutely useless. support is no existent. They just lie to you. My issues:I had an email for a cashback bonus offer if lose money. i lost, they never credited the bonus. i have chatted with them at least 4 times now to resolve this and get it credited. the last 2 times they have said it will be credited with 24 hour and someone from support will follow up via email. complete and utter lies. its now coming upto to 2 months since i first raised the complaint and they have done nothing to resolve it except lie to me. Wasted hours of my time trying to get this simple issue sorted.

Like numerous other reviews on here, the games on this site offer very poor returns and their games all follow the same predictable pattern of play that precludes you from ever being in profit on a single game.In short, you will wager several hundred times your stake just to receive a win at a fraction of that. This continues for several different sessions and then for one session you will be in profit to the tune of 30 to 40 times your wager and that is all they return and the whole pattern starts again so over time your losses simply increase. I would estimate the RTP I have witnessed at being between 40 and 50% not the 96% they like to dupe customers into believing.As for being regulated, well it's not like regulators often fail to to regulate the sector they are supposed to is it?? This why we have scandals on a periodic basis and my instinct tells me, online gaming is the next multi billion pound scandal to be exposed.

Sorry for long read but complete joke of a casino fair dues it did use to be alright till recently i have deposited on before won fine but for their daily spin not fair at all use to be good their wheel spin daily got between 2-10 free spins, slots bonus, live bonus etc, but last month they changed it to a vacation daily pick everyday for that whole month so 30 days all i got was 1 spin im not even bothered about losing on spin which i did but the fact that for 30 days i only got 1 spin not good, then this month it changed back to the wheel i thought decent but no i kept still getting 1 spin so think to total was 33 34 days in a row just 1 spin, went on live chat twice took ages but got through both said its random and tested fair and second person says thats what im only eligble for, what 1 spin when i have deposited and played before and got different prizes but now only that really? and if it was random would get different prize like what it says and what i can see so i decided to close account but no self exclusion so put highest 5 years or something then get email saying that that exclusion has been put on other sites which they ran which i didnt know least 5 sites including Mecca Bingo which i use or did use and was an alright site now cant even go back on that what a waste of time and joke that is!!

Con artists. Deposit money no questions asked, however try to withdraw your winnings and your account is suspended with no notice or explanation. Silly me, why should I expect to be able to withdraw what I won. Then when you send perfectly good ID they refuse it on spurious grounds. Valid passport and debit card that made the deposit are refused. Avoid at all costs. They have made a nice experience into an absolute nightmare. I hope they enjoy the money they withhold and steal from their clients.

Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery
Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven't got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don't waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus's as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that's gambling... no that's ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus's and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus's which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. This is a scam online by these company's so you have been warned and I hope the gambling commission investigates them properly.

I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. I thought very highly of them in the beginning but now is just a big disappointment. I used get a bonus every Wednesday now is been more than 3 months I dont and every time I contact them theyre saying try next week. I been so loyal to paddy power but I feel theyre taking the P..s especially when Im a VIP customer but they dont treat me like one far from that. I told them if I go to a casino and Im VIP I get free meals or tickets for a show or a night in the hotel . If I was an online Casino owner and my customers are VIP I treat them like one and make sure theyre happy!!

All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.
