So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being 1200 down with no bonuses or features! To finally get one and receive 80 from it. Got the usual generic message about the RTP and what not! Anyway we are now nearly in November and haven’t had another bonus since on that slot or taken any money back from these lot. I have a limit of 50 a week and only play this one game! These lot are scammers! Don’t be like me and keep getting robbed! Go else where! these guys are legal criminals!!

I like Grosvenor they have the games I like and it's not overwhelming.
I have made a withdrawal today my first but not my first win I like the play sometimes.
It was a easy and fast process depending on your bank?

I haven't had to speak with an Agent which I find very good.
If u keep having any problems on machines make sure your phone history on Google as been cleared all other apps are closed and do a clean on your phone.

Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste 10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all…poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn't work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people's feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

Very,very, very bad experience! The worst in fact…I deposited 350 pounds, lost them all of course.Free spins rarely came and four times free spins ended without winning a single pence! Never happened to me and I tried many online casinos. I was checked three times if I am a robot.I made a 60 pounds deposit following a free spins promotion. Played this site, deposited 20 got 40 don't know why not 50 but either way I was bored, played only 10p/20p stake won 40 quid with my 20 equal 60, withdrew it thought that's OK, to be fair it was in my account quickly, but got an email the account is closed breaching terms and conditions, I'm lost??? I won 40 quid meet the wager and now I'm banned and there saying they may take back the money I won!!! WHAT!! Don't reply on twitter. Don't answer phones. Make it more and more difficult to play wheel of wins on their site. ( which crashes everytime its a guaranteed win weekend and they dont compensate you) Dont honour the promotions you opt into (Daily spins split etc) . Make you chase it up and then constantly fob you off. I have complained before and it took weeks to even get a reply. I have screenshot all my conversations with your "customer champions" and all my bonus pages and what I've opted into. 120 pounds down the drain. Some games give me bonus that pays 1 pound 30 pence after like 40 spins. After playing colors in roulette and winning 15 pounds cleaner came to clean the wheel and put a new ball with magnet on wheel. Also always winning on smaller bets like 10 20 pence but switch to 50 and it took 40 pounds when I was at 10 pounds site reloaded as if to not let me win anything. 120 pounds down the drain. Grosvenor has another few billions while regular people like us can fk urselves. Used to be a good casino. But not any decent wins on a Friday?? Horrible. I'm not dying from hunger but literally that is all my spare entertainment money. And I'm living in a flat 4 x 4 meters.

I did a 20 deposit. They gave me 50 bonus with ONLY 5 times wagering condition. ( which is excellent compared with other casinos which offer 30 to 50 times wagering )

Reviewed this site recently from first joining. I did set a limit on the site from when joining the site. I didnt win with my deposit the first time however i did receive an email with some free spins. There was wagering requirements for this as bonus funds. I did manage to withdraw.. which is for the 4 stars.. it would of been 5 stars but during play i had to keep going back checking wagering requirements as it didnt tell me once that the bonus had converted to cash. This casino in sheffield is as bad as the online site .
Went in about three times in one month to play slots . OMG first time i went was about 5pm there was about 12 players on machines and not one of us got a bonus in a hour was eating and eating cash . Left after that. Thought it carnt be as bad every time so went back a week later around same time this time after 100 in dropped a bonus paid 20 lol. Then just was not paying out on every bonus appalling not even half return on what I'd staked. The website seems amateur at best. They have a weekly competition where you can win a million pounds for predicting 10 first goalscorers correctly. Sounds good, and it would be if the website actually worked. You're meant to be able to change your predictions up to 5 minutes before each game, but once the first game has started your choices for the other 9 games now become "locked in" due to a website error, even if that player doesn't make the team! Everything worked fine until 2 weeks ago but this has happened the last 2 weekends. Last week customer services just told me to clear cookies (which didnt work). This week they're saying on the off chance it happens again then ring them and they'll manually change the prediction. Just try getting through to them in the hour before a premier league match starts! I think I'll go back to euromillions where its at least mathematically possible to get a win.

Was just on a little flutter on a slot machine at the Grosvenor Casino in South Kensington after a long and hard day with my partner when suddenly a lady dressed like a peasant came in accusing us that she reserved the machines, not just one but two, while she was not to be seen for most of the evening and definitely over one hour!! Then two staff members came and asked us to stop playing in order to check the log entry while they could have checked at what time this person entered the casino prior disturbing us, two other loyal clients!! I cashed-out while winning and left asking those staff members if they were serious as they should go back and study Customer Service and KYC (Know Your Customers). One outcome… they won't see us again in any of their premises and RECOMMEND TO AVOID ANY GROSVENOR CASINOS if you want to have a nice evening with a great service!!

I won 920 GBP on August 1, 2021. I was aked to provide verification docs at once. The docs were sent the same day.

As of today, my account is suspended, no reply from the casino. The chat team, actually bots, provide no info.

Been going to Grosvenor Casinos to play live poker mainly GUKPT events.
The structure and management of these games is excellent. The Poker App is also very helpful when looking for cash games and tournaments to play. Also the live feed of main events is really good.
Online poker is basically the same format as others, for me Grosvenor excels in live poker at the Casinos.

Verification staff have very poor maths skills. I was asked to send all sorts of documents to get past verification (funny how they didn’t want it until I finally won a bet!).

I sent several pictures of my card but e verification teams aren’t able to read the numbers 0-9 asking for several different angles and shots. If you’re reading this maybe type into YouTube how to count to 10 and this may help.

I went with a friend to Grosvenor casinos London recently. My electric wheelchair wouldn't go down their portable ramp and trust me they tried really hard. Eventually we were taken around the side and used the wheelchair lift inside. Only trouble was that the lift wasn't working properly and the staff spent the next half an hour trying to free me from the lift. They were brilliant though and couldn't do enough to help. Apart from that we did have a really good time in there. It's nice to get genuine help from staff for once.

In breach of money laundering regulations with regards to verifying the source of funding. This is a genuine concern that I've also raised with the Gambling Commission. They accepted my deposit initially after I had completed the account set up process but when I went to deposit a second time, my card was refused as they were claiming that they couldn't verify the name on it?? If that was the case, then how did my initial deposit get through the verification process?? Money Laundering Regulations state that funds deposited must be verified before acceptance and not after acceptance. As I asked when logging my concerns, how can Grosvenor Casinos be sure that they are not laundering money from criminal sources if their system allows unverified (allegedly) payments to pass through their system and into their financial records?? I told them to stick their requests for me to send my bank card details via an unsecure email as they should have basic system checks in place prior to accepting deposits. Rank amateurs and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. The clown I contacted in customer services for over an hour was absolutely clueless and couldn't give me any form of answer as to what had gone wrong and their attitude was one of zero interest. Not a very good experience.
