Don’t play this site I’ve been playing here for 3 years I’ve never won I must be 60000 down without 1 win this site is so rigged Ive gone gambling commission I’ve recorded every session I’ve played I’m sick to death of these sites just taking and taking they say it’s random if it was surely I would of had a win

Has anyone had experience as bad as can be with grosvenor online slots? If you want good choice of games and good staff its great. If you want features or to win avoid like the plague!! Features are rare and if you are lucky enough to get one I guarantee it will be disappointing. I recently got 0 on a 10 feature i got 4 on a 4 feature and regularly only get double figures on 3 4, and 5 pound per spin defies belief and yet I keep thinking site will do something to no avail yet if I play on admiral or genting I may lose in the end but at least I get a fair game that plays rather than a continuous decline .

I just joined this site two weeks ago and have had a good run of luck, I have withdrawn multiple times and been paid within 3-4hrs to pay pal no problem if this site is a scam I don't see it.

Good online games but everyone will find that competitors genting is at moment paying much more often by 10 fold . Bonuses are very small payouts and hundreds of pounds between features

Be very wary of this company – they lack decency integrity and any honesty. They have withheld winnings based on some random spurious "audit" one day after speaking to an operator about my winnings. Next day they refuse a bet and a "random" audit is started. Basically they are fine when you lose but do not dare win as they will not pay you – a disgrace of a company who should lose licence.

I am yet to find a poker experience that is not completely rigged. Then I thought Grosvenor they are a reputable company. But yet again a pile of S**t. People going all in on 2/4 and flopping 229. I played a tournament and in the 15 minutes I played I saw KK 4 times QQ 3 times. It’s just not real. These online poker games resemble more like bingo it’s just luck. When you finally get forced all in a big stack will play against you and it don’t matter what you have you will lose. Even if you have AK someone will go all in with 5/6 and hit there straight. Grosvenor you are ripping everyone off just like all the other apps. It’s so frustrating during lockdown when the only option is to play online. If one Company come up with a true to live poker app I think they will clear up. Please do not come back with your usual patter “sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience but we can assure you all the cards are randomly generated blah blah blah – BS

They settle bets incorrectly, don't stick to their own promotions. Raised a complaint and got no response, a customer service agent offered me a 10 free bet but never added it to my account. They've settled bets wrong again and just tell me wait 10 days. customer service have no clue and are consistently unwilling to help, complaint team don't respond and they also seem unsure about subject access request and the information commissioner. Avoid this company at all costs if you enjoy gambling. I'm sure they will respond apologising but it doesn't sort any of the previous issue and the fact it got to this point

Nevertheless I just feel that if I am playing a 1.50 bet on a game – I expect a better return on a game then 40 in bonus when I know this game has the potential to pay over 1000 which I have had many times..
Yes I know games are random but having tried this for months just feel that for money put in it’s just not paying as it can…
I have been much luckier at the casino winning thousands on 1 and 2 bets so just realise I am at a loss playing on line on games that have potential but are just flat..
As like I said the bonuses do come often but you seem to pay out little bits knowing the customer won’t walk away comparing to what’s been put in…

Online is strange, in the fact that everyone i have spoken to say all games not paying out at minute. It seems its same for everyone across the board . I've had one feature that payed nothing after depositing 800. Previously had a feature on 4 pound per spin which paid 4.00. And that was one of the high moments. Unfortunately gaming commission say they check regularly but how can you possibly check the percentage payout in the life time of a machine? And if its a known quantity of 96 percent payout then how can payout be random? It can't be a known percentage and random at same time! Also what is reason for rtp online being different on line to land based casinos? Anybody know? Other than push online edge for the house.

Sports part of site showed a meeting. Placed a bet in good faith and looked at the screen showing the event and the event had already ended and the site was still taking bets on the event.

Customer service no use, second time this had happened and tried to wriggle out of it. do not use, complaint logged

Another that's sadly changed for the worse.
Not only have some of the Games I played for years been removed, But Truly even minor wins just dont happen anymore. But the most annoying thing are the popups.. they keep "suggesting" upgrading the account and even when you click dont show again it does. Then How would you rate the visit today. Its only nostalgia i've kept the account open, Even that is nearly gone now.

Wanted to give an update. The popup's asking to upgrade the account then when you click on the clink fails to work is a lot better. It only happened twice in 40 mins. not every other second.

Where to start. Playing slingshot roulette today. Ball landing in number 18 which I had. Nothing paid. Then automatically spun without me touching repeat bet landing in number 20. Nothing paid. Contacted live chat apparently malfunction. Yes on my best number cheats. But to top it off it happened again 3 hours later. When history of numbers appeared number 20 was missing. Don't use their poker site. It's full of bots which will call anything no matter what you do. Been noticing suspicious play for weeks now. I played for years without any problems but I wont play on there anymore until they manage to get rid of all the bots.

Do not use this site. its rubbish. they are probably the must incompetent casino on line. you have little chance of winning anything the b j tables are a joke never seen so many low cards dealt every hand. your doing well if you can manage 19. the dealer will always 9 times out of 10 draw 20 21, while you sitting there with 12-13-14 15. stay clear of the site there are plenty of top sites out there, OJO being the best

Signed up for a new account when you pay 10 and get 2 10 sports bets for free. Placed the 10 bet but never got the free bets. Went onto the online chat and they told me it was because the odds were boosted. If that was the case, it should’ve informed me of that or had a note next to say it stating that I’d lose the 2 10 free bets, rather than being in the fine print that I didn’t see.

Made even worse by the fact I was going to use one of the free 10 bets for Coufal assist v West Brom. Cost me a fair bit of money so will never use the site again.

My experience with this company is terrible. I lost my money to this people and no one was talking about a way out of the mess. The customer care representative I spoke to kept saying there’s nothing they could do and then they stopped picking my calls or replying my mails. It was after I involved Mrs(lisamaris 23 ?? G Mi!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money.

Your sports betting site is unnecessarily poor. Obviously same as 32RED Sports but with one big frustrating difference. It is very difficult to wager on 'in play' with the bulky cumbersome design of your site. 'The event has started..' message repeats and as you know timing is vital for in play betting so perhaps your design team might like to revisit?

Not interested in the Casino, only do Sportsbook. Decent betting site. Fairly good offers. Free bets when I least expect them. Fairly easy to navigate relative to some betting sites. They make it obvious when your bets not been placed, which I especially like.

So I give Grosvenor a try exactly the same as every other online casino. Let you win first few deposits, and then absolutely rinse you for every penny. I only play live roulette and the last 3 days I couldn’t get 2 spins on the row after covering 25 numbers. 10 spins on the row it went next door to one of my numbers. Dodgy site stay away

Been a customer for years. Had the luck of winning a large sum of money and my account has been mysteriously locked. My account had been fully verified since day, and even one of the staff helped me link my account. I hope they can resolve this issue pronto. Don’t want to stop using this site.

Have been a member for many years but not played online much until recently – was extremely lucky and had a fairly large win – that’s where the luck ends as, so far the win has not been paid to me – my withdrawal has remained as “pending “ in my grosvenor account for many days. – I have contacted them on two occasions and each time have been told that they are busy and will get round to it ASAP but are unable to confirm when I will receive my money! Very poor customer service and absolutely disgusting that they advertise on their home page that withdrawals are paid within a few hours! 5 days now and still no sign of my money. Cannot recommend this casino.

Nice first time bonuses in casino and online. Casinos are nice places IMO and the two in Glasgow each different and characterful. Nice place for a drink or a meal and a few spins. Absolute rigged roulette games. Seems to freeze you out when you may have a chance of winning. I feel this company has made the games so UNFAIR. I think i am a victim of a legal crime.
