Verify account scam? Customer service is really testing my patience! I have been waiting well over the 72 hours for account verification - I was instructed originally it would be completed quickly having providing everything document possible to ensure account safety verification. I have a lot of my own deposited money sat in my account I am unable to access and now in a struggling position! Customer services just keep making excuses up! I need my deposited money!

Suspended my account after only 1 day of having it open. Provided my ID & utility bill to prove and waited a week back to say that I breached the terms & conditions so my account is not going to be reactivated. No explanation why and won’t be able to get my winnings . DO NOT USE

Did not solve my issue.....I have used grovsnor Online and regulary use there physical premises to for years,an for no reason or warning stopped me making deposit or withdraws to the account.... when contacted all I got was a useless copy and paste response. On plus side i have saved thousands of as this issue has prevented me using site for a while...... Some rubbish about wanting to see my wage slips which is completely unessarry for someone who spends as little as I do

Based on the experience I’ve had with Grosvenor Casino for the past year, it’s been nothing but great, they’ve been loyal and sometimes good with bonuses, I’ve deposited a large amount overall, but i withdrew yesterday and it went through, all was completed, money hasn’t hit the bank yet. However, I’ve gone to log on today and it’s saying technical error, I hope you haven’t tried to pull a fast one.

Put 100 quid on a game not even a bonus 20p 40p another game nearly 250 at 50pence or a 1.00 not even a bonus when get a win nothing much if win will take it all back even if switch to a different game found ut to expensive hence why took a break was no fun playing any more rather go to casino instead as no will get get a bonus at least

Seems like a great casino, I've only just joined and have not won anything yet, the layout is really nice and I'll keep using it I think and hope I get some wins soon as the slots do seem a bit like they don't want to give any features or bonuses, I guess that's just gambling.

I was winning over 6000 an lost it back then deposit another 3000 an they've suspended my account under review been on live chat for the past 4-5 days an theyve hold onto my balance of 3150 an was told once complete they will call. I think it is a total disgrace that they didnt do all check before so each person no what they are betting. I think they are thieves an didnt do anything when I was winning an now I'm losing an they have hold onto my money. Account suspended for playing regularly. It's a total mess. I call them thieves an if they dont sort out my problem I will be commenting on trust pilot every day with a copy of there live chat. An will say to gambling commission for holding my money an not giving me it back.

Site is rubbish not a reflection of being in casino, basically most wins are half at best of what they should be for your stake. When you try and play games outside top 7 they rarely work , and usually freeze. Genting has far better platform that works.

Avoid at all costs! Really wish had read this site before joining and depositing money with this company. It's so re assuring companies like trust pilot exist to give the public a true reflection of companies like this in the eyes of the public. Play their online roulette it's a joke yes they will quote all games are random blah blah but a calculator could not even work out the odds the casino will produce everytime you play to stop you hitting a winning spin. Software seems really dodgy always seem to hit closest number to best staked number. Really hope the regulator reads sites like this and can investigate some of these companies

After signing up and uploading over 700 pound then another 400 the days ahead. I won nothing more then 5 pound and no feature on rainbow riches or any other game on 2 pound a spin or 1 pound a spin. I attempted to log in the day after and they'd shut my account. I rang up an was told I was shut for suspicious account. I was told to call back and never got through. When They did answer the line kept cutting off. Stick to sites you know. Gala. Buzz. Coral. All the big name places. These are con artists and nothing more

Although the slots are numerous and a good selection and variety, in my opinion it's impossible to have any sort of success as the win ratio is awful. Having tried on numerous occasions without any kind of decent win I am speaking from experience, I have used many many different slot sites and this one is probably the worst when it comes to having a fair and decent chance of showing any sort of profit. Yes there may be a win from time to time but you have to play the individual slot forever to get a decent return. I know slots are based on luck, but this site feels more like it will only drop a win once you have invested heavily. As I say, nice look and feel, but certainly not the place to go if you "feel lucky" and think a win may drop. I have tried my very best returning on so many occasions to give it another try but sadly with the end result. The cynic in me would claim this site is 'rigged' but no doubt the reply I would get would be the standard "we are monitored independently". Personally I would keep away from this one.

Enticed to place bets with this company with the promise of a promotion. When it came to receiving the promotion I was told I’m not eligible. No forewarning of this , only after bets had been settled. Refused to honour promotion. Had to involved IBAS who rightly found in my favour.

After previously writing a good review how wrong I was. Not only have they since scammed me out of my money but when I complained they suspended my account. I spent 400 on the site across different days and on a number of different games, and not one payout. Maybe got free spins once which gave a 20 pay. Absolute fix. When I challenged this I was told that it is all done randomly etc, but clearly it is not. Don’t play unless you want to lose your money and be told the same rubbish- it is not random or monitored. I will be making a complaint specifically about this site and the games I played and the individual who I spoke to who cancelled my account without my consent. They have my 400 now anyways so I’m sure they don’t care, but for everyone else thinking of spending your money on this site don’t do it! Go to casumo instead! much better payouts and better customer service, this is a fix.
