When you play online poker or games on your site you keep getting disconnected. This is a massive problem, the user experience is not great. I know it's not my internet has I don't have problem with other gaming or other online website's.

Website crashes all the time, especially poker. Always having to relog yourself in.
Absolutely no care taken over customers. Once deposited 20 ended up losing 1200 in an hour through multiple deposits with no attempt to stop me.

Unfortunately I have to give one star so I can give a review. I would rate 0 stars!!!! Terrible customer service. I played 2 weeks ago and reported an issue with a BlackJack game. About 1 hour later they suspended my account and told me that they had tried to contact me ref Safer Gaming. They hadn’t contacted me at all and 2 weeks later after a number of e mails/live chats etc they are still yet to contact me. I had advised of the times I was free for a call as we can’t contact them. They have contacted me on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks and every time that I said I wasn’t available as I was a key worker on frontline and couldn’t have my mobile with me and take calls. They ignored me completely. I was only asking the to phone me at a time I was available and answer my issue about the BlackJack game I had been playing. I’ve played on a number of sites and dealt with a number of gaming companies. This is the definitely the worst by a mile. Still haven’t received a call or talked to anyone. Please folks their a more providers out there who will look after you and treat you with a bit of respect but this is not one of them!

To be honest if there was a minus i would give it a minus 3 completely unprofessional way of doing things i deposited over a grand . I first saw the website and signed up and then sent me a email were giving you amount of 20 pounds on us . So i clicked it and it didnt go though at all. So i continued on without it . Then few days later i have found out that i had deposited over a thousand pounds . Then i contacted the company and then i spoke to the guys on chat . They said you had signed in for 400 pound bonus so i argued over the 20 pound bonus email which they sent out them selves telling me have 20 pounds on us he replied we couldnt do anything secondly then i asked i put in over a grand is there anything you can do then he stated that i had a 400 bonus which i couldnt use due to fact there was no credit so i asked i deposited over 1050 pounds in with you guys and least put 20 pounds of bonus you guys stated or give me the 400 pounds bonus either i dont mind . They said they couldnt do anything seriously this undoubtedly and completely wrong unprofessional and unrealistic and unreliable i dont know why i signed up just shows the lack of service and one of those companys that just want to take and give nothing back . Would even invest init and poor commucation skills BUYERS and PLAYERS beware use a better site .

Quite ok, judging by the variety of games and the customer service. Not a heavy user, but consistent, probably gonna stay loyal to this one. Payouts not amazing most of the times, but happens to surprise with massive wins at times (that's just random probably, depends a lot on the providers/type of gambling you enjoy). However, would've given excellent rating if it wouldn't use so many resources, my iphone x doesn't boil, but gets quite hot after 40-50 mins of use

In my honest opinion, this software and pretty much all online poker sites are a complete CON!! At the end of the day, they just want your money off you, its a business!! As a result of this, i am convinced that they bias games towards the players who have spent the most money and, when you think about it, its probably possible from "behind the scenes" using mathematical algorithms and percentages!
Personally, i am done with these jokers now. I gave them a chance! Consistently losing with the best hand against joke calls like 4 9 o/s and, just today, i had a Q in my hand and it flopped me 3 Q's!!! It is truly ridiculous and other malicious things tend to happen occasionally such as being logged out whilst you are doing well and about to add on!
So, to conclude, my advice to anyone who doesn't have more money than brains, avoid this dodgy site, dont waste your time and money!! Avoid all poker sites would be my advice and only play LIVE in real venues with real cards and real dealers!

Yet another crooked casino.

My aim in my reviews is to put across how much these online casino's steal their clients money through deliberately lying to them.

If you contact a casino and ask them how their online games work they will give you all the talk of random number generators, how one spin of a slot machine or roulette wheel has no bearing on the previous spin.

Absolute rubbish. Do not get fooled into thinking you are getting a truly random result.

If you play or have ever played a fruit machine in a pub/arcade etc the same principle applies – a random number generator. But guess what? They work on a principle of 'percentage payout'. And online casinos work exactly in the same way. They speak a good game but ultimately they work to the same bias as fruit machines. I.e. regardless of how many people win or lose, they will always win by virtue of a fixed percentage payout.

And just like the pub machines you are not playing against the house but playing against your peers. They lose, you win. You lose, they win. The house takes a cut.

Not enough decent high-value promotion for someone who gambles a lot on all verticals. Issues with games crashing on web (mobile and desktop). Slow cashout is the killer, it shouldnt take 3-5 days when other operators take 1.

Thought I would try grosvenor online casino , sadly does not come anywhere near reality , very poor play experience thankfully I put 100 limit for the month played the 100 plus 20 free within 10 days I did not get any fun as it was just constant Losses with no real features,
I don’t think I’ll be playing grosvenor casino online again it would of been 1 star had they not given a bonus ,but the bonus had a play through didn’t really matter as no wins really,I’d say keep your money in your pocket and wait until you can go to a real casino.Or better still book a holiday for when all this is over .

Although the website is set up well, it seems that the ratio of payout is very poor of late. I don’t believe they are all completely random. An email is sent out offering free credit at the end of the month to antagonise you in then when deposits are made you end up losing money as they all seem set up to take take take.

The Grosvenor website and app I find to be inferior to other similar sites/competitors.

It’s buggy and works vastly different from browser to browser. The app (for poker especially) is difficult to use, often crashes and tournaments don’t appear easily.

They do have some of the best selection in games, slots but the website/app could do with improvement.
