I have always had a positive experience playing on Grosvenor not sure why there are so many negative reviews, Withdrawals were fast and whenever I had a problem the staff were very friendly and resolved my issue, I feel like all these bad reviews are from people who lost a lot of money.

I’m only rating this 2 stars as at the start it paid ok when first joining.
However been using this and Sky Vegas on the casino style games can safely say this site is awful. Sky Vegas much better.
Never repeats features hardly and takes forever to hit one. Took thousand off me In no time over a duration of a few days. Tried same games always poor hitting features. Put hundreds in one game and hit a feature 3 times and everytime just 20.
I’d give it a 1 star but it paid me at the beginning of joining a few decent times But the withdrawals take forever to be processed.
Definitely should be better especially as more people are gambling online due to lockdown.

Following my review on Saturday, Grosvenor are still not withdrawing my funds, to add to this my account is fully verified, and they're claiming this is down to their sports provider KAMBI who after three days still haven't confirmed the game result which resulted in my winnings. They've fabricated some terms to claim they require the scoreline verifying but cannot provide me with evidence of these terms, I've received no emails or updates, I'm literally having to chase them daily to see if it's been withdrawn. Only to be told it's with their sports provider and they can't control how long it takes!! I've been through their term only to find nothing other than withdrawals over 15k require you to contact customer service…

The company are making their own rules and are purposely not withdrawing my money, using any excuse they can find not to, the game I placed the bet on was a Belarus premier league game, all result evidence can be found all over the internet with ease.

Avoid this provider if you actually plan on withdrawing from the account at any point… Now claiming its due to reduced staff, after twenty minutes it's changed from being on their sport provider KAMBI to confirm, to themselves being under staffed…

Ok, so won an amount on Grosvenor, already had account verified, withdrew the funds last night at 7:30pm, no confirmation or contact, came on live chat, so far 1 1/2hours, being told although they paid out the bets into my Grosvenor account that they cannot pay the withdrawal until they have the final score confirmed by a third party, can't give a timescale an claim it's their policy, although almost two hours in they can't yet find the t&c regarding this so called policy they have. They clearly don't want to pay out an trying to delay as long as possible!! It's a high profile Belarus game so results are easily found online. Plus again, they already paid out my Grosvenor account, just don't want to pay my bank!!!

I'll update on how long this takes, an if they ever find these so called t&cs….

Ok two hours into my chat now, no terms and conditions found, they're not there apparently.. So now we wait on Kambi the sports provider to confirm result!!

Before I start this has nothing to do with loosing, But it has everything to do with how their slots play like no other slots out there. Over the course of playing daily for 5 days, not a single feature nor a single win.. its just take take take.

I joined Grosvenor Sports, I have been betting on football games recently, I placed two bets on the esports game between Blackpool fc and Motherwell fc yesterday the game kicked off at 6pm and ended 2-2, meaning my bets won, plenty of online evidence to show the final result. I waited over an hour for payout only to not receive, I contacted Grosvenor to be told they couldn't see any delays and to come back if not paid out in 24HOURS!! Woke this morning to find that Grosvenor have in fact voided these bets, WHY?? so after already sending online screenshots of evidence showing the final result I heard nothing back, I've done an online chat with Ian this morning who states their sports provider KAMBI need to look into this and review the bets they have already VOIDED. I get an email stating it could be upto 10days for a resolution on the payout, like seriously??!! As a customer you place bets on these sites with the trust that the provider plays by the rules and pays out for winning bets, if they can't get this right even when I provided them with evidence it leaves you with little hope for placing future bets etc.

I will be in touch with updates over the coming days as and when I actually get any…

UPDATE:-

They have now settled my best as won! I will update with any future issues I have with this site.

My current issue is they show no live football whatsoever.

I wrote to this casino asking for a breakdown of my play I was interested in the return to player on the slots. I asked for this information because I felt I was not getting a good game compared to other sites I have played on. That was the only comment i made

I then recieved a email saying my account has been suspended because of the email i sent asking about the return to player and the comment about other sites giving me a better game.i will provide these emails if requested. I have since been in touch and I cannot get on support or even on their phone number

I suspect the reason they blocked me was to stop me finding a way off getting the information from the site its self as they took 2 weeks to reply and then said I would have to wait up to 20 more days for the information I requested

I have since asked for both my online account and land based account to be closed and again no reply

My advice is this go to a company that puts customer service first had they been better in handling my request I would not have posted on here at all I would not trust this company at all

Do not use! They do not let you withdraw big wins. I have been forced to continually log back on to try and withdraw again for it to say rejected 5 days later.
I conntacted support who claims it should work fine if I try again, for it to get rejected again 5 days later.
I contacted support 4 times before getting furious and accusing them of fraud and scammingz they suspended my account and took my winnings.

Complaints procedure when these clowns set up an account in your name with your address then refuse to tell you when and how set up. Can’t get through to anyone who can tell me what credit card or debit card was linked to the account. No complaints procedure online that makes sense. Was told by advisor to ring the police. Our Grosvenor in Leicester is based very close to Highcross. Well sign posted so you cannit miss it. Great atmosphere. Very friend and Lovely staff. The layout is bit awkward though. Less sit and chill for the partners who are not playing or just taking a break from machine. Downstairs Machines are all over if you want to dine downstairs than there is just a couple of table and chairs which are always occupied. I suppose its tge managements choice. Overall, I have no complain about this place, well apart from the layout. Food is great and month of January been half price but than the portion also half the size.

Extremely inept social responsibility gambling tools. If you are, have been, or have the possibility to become a problem gambler, avoid Grosvenor Casino llike the plague.

They allowed me to deposit, using the same card as on a Gamstop excluded account, to deposit and compulsively gamble — I had no way to ever win or withdraw, given I couldn’t have passed identity checks.

As a result, Grosvenor Casino have withheld all deposits and I am pursuing further action.

Please avoid Grosvenor Casino online — I am not the only one affected by bad Grosvenor online protection.

I was at Grosvenor Casino yesterday. I was made to feel most unwelcome and felt as if I was a nuisance
The male staff at the cash desk was most unhelpful and sounded angry and annoyed with me for asking him to reset my PIN number on my loyalty card

When I tried to reset it with the PIN number it requested that I see the staff

I did to the annoyance of this man
Then I asked him how to get my free plays as it showed up on the loyalty card screen, to which he replied if you got it you got it
Huh? What is this answer? To date I don’t know if I was awarded any free plays as I can’t log into my card

When I reached home, I received a text stating I need to see a staff to reset my PIN number

Dare I go back again to get such unfriendly treatment?

Terrible company.

I had an issue escalated to director level as this company fraudulently set up a subscription service on my card! When I raised this with them they advised me to contact the payment issuer to get the money back.. which I did.. opened a case and the company told lie upon lie that I had agreed to this subscription service (complete opposite to what I'm told by them directly)

Not willing to help at all and complicit in fraudulent activities.. happy to steal 100s from struggling individuals who don't even use their services! Beware people!

I have been using grosvenor casino online for years. I enjoy the games. However I did not meet a promo due not being able to open up a msg in time to qualify.
I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of BEN.
He was understanding and very concerned. He is a great listener and resolved my issue regardless of other agents who didnt.
He is an asset to this company as had he not been so caring ilI may of never played with grosvenor again.

There's no way their poker site isn't fixed. If you're a regular depositer the river will always favour your opponent, as long as they're a new(ish player). It happens all the time on this site, but today was ridiculous. I played a quick small stakes game and got 'rivered' 3 times in 20 mins, these were like 10-1+ rivers, specific stuff. 'Only two 9's can save you turn and river? There it is!'
I've had bad beats and i'm OK with that, but this is ridiculous, The site owners need to realise that real poker players can see the 'lottery win' style odds that they give to some players, obviously the players they think will deposit again. It should be a crime, it probably is.
I've seen miraculous river cards in live games and in private games. But they're rare and it's fun and interesting when it happens, because it's a freak occurrence.
For any poker players interested this was my 3rd 'high percentage in my favour' call in 20 mins I had AhJh Flop *AsQh4h* Turn 9d, River 9s. My opponent had 2s9c. We went all in after the flop btw

They inform me run by third party might/might not be working later, try later.

Never give bonuses. When asked about loyalty program, told they don't give bonuses or free spins despite there being a section on promotion page ragrding random cash bonuses. Baccarat Shuffle procedures in Georgia which is a generic feed are disgusting, cards horrendously clumped. Unpredictable Streaks of 12~15 literally occur everyday, whereas in the real world, you might see such events once every 6 months. Shoes producing 3 streaks of 8, along with streaks of 7's and 6's. Or 10~14 chops, shoes consistently mainly of 2's, shoes composition utterly bizarre. Nothing like what you'd expect in a real casino. Lazy Shuffles consist of single riffle, then cards are split 1 deck at the time back into each other. You end up seeing the same card sequences continually. Unfortunately it's all about speed instead of decent procedure. Don't blame shufflers, they are doing what they are told to do, it is up those taking the feed to get them to do something, so the Baccarat shoes resemble those of a real world casino.
