Deserves less than one. Allowed me to open an account and bet in May 2024. Then suspended the account as they hadn’t got ID. Whatever I produce is not good enough. I can vote. I have bank accounts, credit cards, driving licence, passport, utilities… everything. They won’t release my money without a “selfie” that also shows my driving licence. Of the 16 versions I have sent, they have said one is blurry, that I haven’t sent them, that they can’t find them. Most of the time they have just not replied. They have admitted they confirmed my address, then keep asking me to confirm my already confirmed address. Absolutely the second worst and second least interested organisation I have ever had the misfortune to try to deal with. The worst one went bust years ago. AVOID.

I withdrew £500 and my balance was 0.00 then I added £100 which took my balance to £100 I then put £5.5 on no 22 when it came through. They never paid me they then cancelled the £500 payment. I can’t get through to anyone and it will take 2 days for them to reply. It’s a joke

Worst casino app ever. Be aware they will take your deposit then block your account.They ask for verification details that are out of this world ridiculous.Then not respond to you.Your money is now trapped and you can’t get it back no one is responding to the customer service request I’ve been on the phone five times and no response they can’t do anything apparently.The chatbot isn’t worth a toss I would suggest keep your money and put it into another app steer well clear of this one.

If I could put no stars I would. When playing online casino games I frequently get server error and disconnected, especially when balance is positive. Never when balance in negative. Bonus rounds hardly ever come and when they do they often pay tiny amount. I’m talking g between £0 and £3 for a feature. Usually cost £20-£30 before the feature comes. I never seen anything like it anywhere else, every game is dead. Doesn’t matter what time of day you play, or even the stack amount per spin. The only difference it makes is how fast they take your money. Promotions are bad, but that’s pretty standard across all casinos. The only thing that annoys me with grosvenor is. Since opening my account years ago, the only thing I have donenon it is play casino. Why on earth offer me a free bet on sports? I never use them a day don’t want them. Avoid this casino, worst experience ever, I was playing a poker tournament, and ran out of chips, I pressed the rebuy button, funds were taken out of my account, and I was not seated on table, I spoke with customer services online chat who refused to refund my missing funds, I’m in the process of closing my account as they basically robbed me if my funds, I am going to report casino to gaming commission and regulator, I’m not in the business of having funds disappear from my account with out using the funds, avoid this casino especially the online casino, the system is out dated, and they can not see what is happening on your account even if you provide a time line, and game reference number..

G. What’s with the 3hours30minutes late reg period in your poker tournaments! My gosh. The longest late reg that I know. Crazy! They must be suffering badly with numbers and getting that guarantee! Absolute disgraceful I have been a member of the online site for years not fantastic for wins so I’m not a regular user updated new debit card recently as stated on site accepts all major debit cards had a small win and could not withdraw funds as card is not accepted to receive funds no option to add another method of payment help chat online useless one couldn’t find my account and ended chat the other found me but no help what a RIP off. Been regularly using for nearly 2 years, £26.5k in deposits the site is ok, a decent selection of games.However, regularly down or running like you are connected by dial up Internet.Multiple occasions where games have errors after wins and are not credited to the account.Contacted customer services and you are quizzed like your at fault, happened on blackjack and slots.Had enough in the end and closed the account, which was a shame as they have good poker options

Personally I’ve had no problems with payouts, had afew nice little wins and some losses. I’ve read the reviews, I dont understand peoples comments about games eating money, you feed it! Borderline illegal. I’ve heard of many many investigations about Grossvenor now. Deposit. Win. Then be prepared to have you account blocked and deleted without any trace. I created an account on the 28th April, deposited £750. Lost some on football and had my main bet left which was winning. Ever since I then logged out. I cannot log back in with the details I wrote down. I went on the chat multiple times they said I can’t find any account with those details when I provided my address, phone number, user name and email. I then get an email saying I cannot locate any account! SCAMMERS, they’ll do anything to keep your money and not allowing you access. I’m taking this to a small claims court it’s embarrassing. What a joke this place in Manchester bury new road is. The valet staff are terrible and useless. Managers should watch them. They parade around not asking anyone if they want a drink. There’s a guy there and he works on reception sometimes and valet but he tries to ignore you when collecting glasses and then when you ask him for a drink he gives you a dirty look and never brings the drink. There is a tall foreign girl who just prances around thinking she’s beautiful what a joke. Not once has asked customers if they want anything.. they all try and avoid customer contact . It’s a joke their suppose to be valet staff. Genting is 100 times better the staff are brilliant in their and always come round ask of you want food or drinks. Grosvenor bury new road is gone downhill. The place is dirty and the toilets stink. They should get there useless valet staff to clean the toilets and the casino because they don’t do much else. The old guy on reception is so miserable they need some one younger and friendlier on there. Send some under cover management and see if I am lying. Terrible place. Rather go genting around the corner. People smoking weed outside aswell comes straight in to casino. This place and the staff are a joke. I use to come here years ago and know binish on roulette. Also lost your best valet Simone and macey Leigh who now work at genting casino round the corner and place is 100 times nicer than here.

The Cards are definitely rigged and made for you to lose indefinitely. I have played poker, blackjack and other card games all over the world and i have never tried playing online because I can’t see the cards in real life. After playing blackjack for example, I have never seen the dealer deal themselves 19-21 nearly every time, whilst the player is usually being dealt between 12-16. It is like the cards are always aimed at 20 and thats number you usually have to beat more often than not. My advice stay well away from this app and probably others.

Customer service is really poor.. cannot get through to the customer helpline… they have locked my account and are unable to retrieve it – with 1k sitting in it of my money.. up to now I would have given the site a 5 star rating but only a two as this kind of issue should be resolved quickly

I hope grosvenor online read this review. I am a loyal customer with you. However losing 19 times in a row is starting to make me think whether to unsubscribe with grosvenor and go somewhere else where I can actually win something. This is not good at keeping your customers happy. I understand winning and losing. However this is getting beyond a joke.
