This is land based not online .After going to most of this franchise over the last few years I think it’s fair to say on my experience they only cater for regular seen to be OAP who are in everyday. I don’t go in everyday but I’ve heard conversations some saying they lost day before then going through different days previously what was won on each machines. They will take your money with no verification . If you try to draw out even a tiny amount they will refuse . They then send a load of security demands for personal details. If they had done this before taking the money I may have agreed . They didnt. As such they will take money from anyone at all with no care for any legal considerations . They wont pay out .

Grosvenor Casino Nottingham. Pleasantly surprised they had the Euro Football 2024 Final showing, A mate and I enquired and yes, it was going to be on, in a secluded area, with table service. We’d booked a 6-7 seat table (3 of us), cost of £75 (£25 each). There was half price promo on drinks/ food from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. It was brilliant! Before hand we’d gone around some of the bars and they were asking anything from £20 – £50, standing room only! That would’ve been standing up, squished, beer spilt all over you, and with shouting to speak to anyone. Grosvenor, wow, did an amazing job, thank you!

Deserves less than one. Allowed me to open an account and bet in May 2024. Then suspended the account as they hadn’t got ID. Whatever I produce is not good enough. I can vote. I have bank accounts, credit cards, driving licence, passport, utilities… everything. They won’t release my money without a “selfie” that also shows my driving licence. Of the 16 versions I have sent, they have said one is blurry, that I haven’t sent them, that they can’t find them. Most of the time they have just not replied. They have admitted they confirmed my address, then keep asking me to confirm my already confirmed address. Absolutely the second worst and second least interested organisation I have ever had the misfortune to try to deal with. The worst one went bust years ago. AVOID.

I withdrew £500 and my balance was 0.00 then I added £100 which took my balance to £100 I then put £5.5 on no 22 when it came through. They never paid me they then cancelled the £500 payment. I can’t get through to anyone and it will take 2 days for them to reply. It’s a joke

If I could put no stars I would. When playing online casino games I frequently get server error and disconnected, especially when balance is positive. Never when balance in negative. Bonus rounds hardly ever come and when they do they often pay tiny amount. I’m talking g between £0 and £3 for a feature. Usually cost £20-£30 before the feature comes.
