I created an account on the 28th April, deposited £750. Lost some on football and had my main bet left which was winning. Ever since I then logged out. I cannot log back in with the details I wrote down. I went on the chat multiple times they said I can’t find any account with those details when I provided my address, phone number, user name and email. I then get an email saying I cannot locate any account! SCAMMERS, they’ll do anything to keep your money and not allowing you access. I’m taking this to a small claims court it’s embarrassing. What a joke this place in Manchester bury new road is. The valet staff are terrible and useless. Managers should watch them. They parade around not asking anyone if they want a drink. There’s a guy there and he works on reception sometimes and valet but he tries to ignore you when collecting glasses and then when you ask him for a drink he gives you a dirty look and never brings the drink. There is a tall foreign girl who just prances around thinking she’s beautiful what a joke. Not once has asked customers if they want anything.. they all try and avoid customer contact . It’s a joke their suppose to be valet staff. Genting is 100 times better the staff are brilliant in their and always come round ask of you want food or drinks. Grosvenor bury new road is gone downhill. The place is dirty and the toilets stink. They should get there useless valet staff to clean the toilets and the casino because they don’t do much else. The old guy on reception is so miserable they need some one younger and friendlier on there. Send some under cover management and see if I am lying. Terrible place. Rather go genting around the corner. People smoking weed outside aswell comes straight in to casino. This place and the staff are a joke. I use to come here years ago and know binish on roulette. Also lost your best valet Simone and macey Leigh who now work at genting casino round the corner and place is 100 times nicer than here.

The Cards are definitely rigged and made for you to lose indefinitely. I have played poker, blackjack and other card games all over the world and i have never tried playing online because I can’t see the cards in real life. After playing blackjack for example, I have never seen the dealer deal themselves 19-21 nearly every time, whilst the player is usually being dealt between 12-16. It is like the cards are always aimed at 20 and thats number you usually have to beat more often than not. My advice stay well away from this app and probably others.

However losing 19 times in a row is starting to make me think whether to unsubscribe with grosvenor and go somewhere else where I can actually win something. Got given q dodgy £20 in a payout from the cashier. Tried to take it back.but the cashier said he didn’t give it me. He has done it before.and unfortunately for me the manager doesn’t get on with me so after losing £400 at roulette he then stole the £20 note off me on top. I closed my account with this lot after they twice led me into deposit match bonuses that were for casino use only. I don’t play casino, only football on sportsbook, so they clearly don’t match bonuses to their customers preferred option. I told them to keep their bonus and close my account. To be honest, it’s not a great site for football gambling – a lot of games are not available and the site frequently has connection problems. Add to that the negative of poor rewards for good custom and the choice is clearly to move to a different provider who value their customers and tailor bonuses according to their gambling habits.

Criminals buy and sell phone numbers and email addresses in order to attempt fraud. I started receiving SPAM text messages from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth on 5 Nov 23. Naturally I report them all to 7726. I also googled the name, surprisingly found a website and so emailed their General Manager who did reply but informed me that “We only send SMS to our customers that have registered with us and said yes to contact.” She was either ignorant of the facts or blatantly lying as I had never even heard of them before receiving their texts. I replied that no I had NOT registered so obviously Grosvenor has bought my contact details and signed me up without my knowledge or consent, but she hasn’t responded any more. Why should I be forced to pay even 1p to text GCSTOP to 60215? And all that does is hopefully stop the texts, not remove all my data from their database. I don’t even know how much information they have about me or how much they have sold on! They obviously don’t know that I have zero interest in gambling but they might have my bank details! All I can do is continue to report their SPAM texts and check my bank balance. I’m not in the least surprised by all the other negative reviews – if you walk like a duck and quack like a duck then you are a duck Grosvenor.
