Definitely a fraudulent casino. I’m 100% sure and if you want any good advice today regarding saving losing your money then this review is it. Every game, you are almost guaranteed a pop message stating “internal server error” and I believe these pop ups are actioned when you’re on a winning cycle. Almost every session consists of multiple crashes. The website is pretty much not fit for purpose. Total scammers and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. P.s I am not a sore loser, this is genuine experience.

Deposited and every single game I played crashed, I like to stick to the same game but found this impossible. Tried several different games and every single one crashed within 10 spins. The new chatbot is the most frustrating piece of utter s!it i have ever had the misfortune of trying to use, just use humans for god sake honestly id get better results shouting at a concrete pillar and expecting water to flow out of it, the £6 bonus for wagering £100 is an absolute insult too i may add, why cant you do better? Like come on youre making millions of pounds every year at least offer a deposit bonus for current members ffs so annoying

Gone from good to the worst , support used used to be almost instant on live chat now they have a bot that won't get you anywhere and then when you do get to a live agent you'll be given the option of them getting back to you by email which they will never or you have to wait minimum 35 minutes . I made a complaint in regards to a bet I've never heard back and everytime they give me a new case number and tell me to wait

Signed up 17th September and deposited £20, thanks to some fortune I made £240 profit. After logging back into my account later that evening I received a message saying account locked. I contacted customer support, 3 days later they replied saying I need to send in a photo of my driving licence, a selfie with me holding the licence, utility bill and a photo of my bank card (Couldnt do this as i used Paypal). I promptly sent the required but despite chasing up, 4 days later I've still received no response and locked out with no access to my money. Its just not right they can be this slow and keep you locked out. It really appears this only happened because I was winning.

What an awful experience. Do not use this casino. First, you only win "bonuses" until you reach a certain wager. You can't see the wagering requirement. For each bonus your wagering requirements increase. Then there is a helpline, if you are prepared to wait half an hour to an hour you will get a response. If you have too many questions the chat shuts down.

Blocked My Account For Winning too much I had a winning streak for 2 days straight no glitches no problem.Just small withdrawals every time I won something. Locked my account 2 days ago. They said its technical problems on their side and my account will be back soon as they are working on it. Told yesterday issue was fixed and would be unlocked but today was told stiil have the issue. Asked to withdraw my cash but told could only be done through my account when its was back up running. When asked if they had a back up system to allow withdraws when techical issues occur was given no reply. Filled out customer experience form they emailed gave them a bad review. They emailed me a reply that they are doing checks to improve the quality of the service! They had the audacity to say "During this process, you may not notice any immediate changes to your interactions with our services. We aim to keep any disruptions to an absolute minimum. "What a joke ! How can they say we aim to keep disruptions to a mimimum when customers cannot access their accounts or withdraw cash. The whole saga is shoddy and they risk losing many customers over their inability to address technical issues promptly and have no other systems for customers to withdraw their cash

Recently ended their 'Clash of the Casinos' promotion. Fair enough, up to them. However the promotion was advertised & running the previous week encouraging play during that week, the promotion was then normally awarded the following Tuesday (based on play the previous week), yet it completely disappeared on the Monday! Then its replacement requires a £25 stake on one of their own live roulette streams (three of which don't even offer la partage), yet when the conditions are met nothing is given the following day! as the advertised 'pop-up message' doesn't appear. This happens repeatedly. Their other new daily promotion requires a message to be sent to the customer's message inbox with a link to the promotion, this either doesn't happen or messages in the inbox have been deleted so the customer can't access the promotion they've qualified for! Grosvenor there is no point in running promotions if you don't then honour them, this just antagonises your dwindling customer base.And why no Grosvenor live baccarat stream? As no punter with any sense will go near Evolution Gaming, check the reviews on here & youtube etc.

The site itself is fine and was really enjoying it until I won..... then the problems started. The account was suspended to check my ID this was sent and waited 72 hours for them to say that one of the photos is not good enough quality so i sent a new photo immediately to be told that I will have to wait another 72 hours for this to be checked. Asked customer services to close my account and will not be using this site again. Shame because I did enjoy the site.Very quick to take your money and use all delaying tactics when you ask for a withdrawal

I have reached out for support so many times with this company. I have a new bank card and while I can deposit money, I cannot withdraw money. The live chat is NEVER available, regardless of it being during business hours. I emailed at least 4 times and each time they have told me I can only sort this issue by live chat. The 2nd last email, they gave me a number to call. I made sure i called during business hours and guess what! A recorded message told me no-one was available and it would be easier if I contacted via live chat! I can't access my own money, just sitting there and there is nothing I can do to get it.
