the worst experience ive ever had, i won over £500 from free spins, i then played safe and withdrew the money… i was so happy, until the transaction got declined more than 5 times i then went on live chat and asked why this was happening, they told me that it was my banks fault that im not receiving the funds…. i called my bank and they were adoment this was tottally grosvenors issue, back and forth 3 to 4 times with bank and live chat they then tell me its my card thats the issue, ive been using the card to deposit and withdraw for over 2 years, my cards in date and have no blocks on it and can send and recieve funds…. grosvenor then tell me “i have a gambling problem” (when i won this money with free spins), then went and closed my account so i couldnt access my funds at all. they then went and asked me for 3 months bank statements, and more identification and to email it to verifymegrosvenor email address…. i get an email back saying my £158.27 will be sent via bank transfer being that i withdrew over £500 i have photos videos witnesses to all of this… my bank accepts fast transfers and its been over 24 hours and i still havent received anything not even the £158.27 they plucked out of thin air. im absolutley disgusted with the service and how ive been treated. the worst service ive ever seen. i have so much evidence on my phone which was lucky as theyve shut my account now… dont not use this casino not ever. horrible horrible service its disgracful

I don’t know who came up with tye RTP but i seriously doubt a game (fishin frenzy megaways) can be over 95% when 20/30 or more dead spins in a row is so frequent. Also, i have noticed the game constantly crashes (server issues) yet takes the money for said spin that crashed and therfor didnt play out. You wont know what that bet would of been because it simply acts like it never existed. I have also noticed how rare bonuses have become in the last few months compared to before as well. Im not sure why this is but its very, very noticable. I would stay away and i intend to do exactly that.

Absolutely appalling!! After 320 pounds deposited and played, the wins were terrible… £20 and £15 and that was it! And for those that say it is the developers, I have played these games on other sites and they do not play and pay as poorly as these! Also the lag on this site is unreal so you can tell the slots have been manipulated…. Avoid like the f***ing plague!! Better sites such as 888casino and skyvegas etc have the same games that actually stick to the pay percentiles. We’re to start , absolutely awful company allowed me to bet money without any questions asked soon as I want to withdraw money start asking for ID currently haven’t got driving license or passport and gambling commission have told me .. All online gambling businesses must ask you to prove your age and identity before you gamble. Our rules say that a gambling business can’t ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. They didn’t do this until 4/5 bets after and still think they are in the right will go to the resolver to see if we can sort it before eCogra

after reading all the negative comments, I want to tell you individually that it is not the casino’s fault if you don’t win. It is always the provider who pays or not, for example Pragmatic play, No Limit city, etc. And if you expect to win large sums with small deposits and low turnover, it is normal to be disappointed. Well, what a joke this site is. I appreciate the RTP and other factors but these slots are not even payable. 3 hours gambling at low spend and I’ve not had ONE, yes you read that right, bonus activate. What is going on? After spending thousands, we decided to have a break and something eat as planned. Restaurant not open on an early Friday evening? Asked for a drink that was advertised on the online menu and got told they don’t do it. Asked for a bunch of menu items from the limited bar menu and they didn’t do those either, including fries! Politely Asked them to comp some food at thus food and git a rude dismissive response. Left and went to Genting. Lost loads but had a great night there in comparison. They couldn’t do enough for us. Won’t return and will guide our friends not to either on group nights out. Shame because we visited fairly often.

Grosvenor online casino is by far the best site for sports bets,poker, slots, roulette. Created an account, deposited and played some slots. Qualified for the chance to win a 2 grand holiday. Received a message confirming that I’d won and 2 grand would be deposited to my account.After some time my balance didn’t change, contacted customer services, waited half hour to speak with someone that advised it was an error and the winnings wouldn’t be honoured.Asked for a goodwill gesture for the disappointment, to be told I had an exclusive prize waiting for when I played. The prize was 5 free spins, the lowest possible prize listed which is available to everyone, whether they had the same “technical issue” or not. Site down yet again. DDOS attack? Very flaky site. Very slow to load after logon or switching slots / games etc. Uses Evolution Gaming for most ‘live’ games, a very untrustworthy gaming provider based in Latvia, look at their reviews on here. Their own UK- streamed roulette doesn’t give ‘la partage’ on 0 on even chances except the Grosvenor Victoria stream, and doesn’t allow bets after the ball has been spinned by the dealer, cutting off very quickly, even while watching players continue to place bets on the stream – I thought it was supposed to be the same as ‘live’? Advertised / promoted free spins (usually on the worst slots) are regularly not given / loaded. ‘Plus’ (VIP) memberships suddenly removed midweek, after that week’s opted-in offers have already been promoted from Mondays as inducements to deposit / stake heavily. All in all a very ropey site.

Joined15/07/23 played for 2-3 hrs and then at £383 in winnings £50deposit I’m thinking I’m on a streak here,next I’m automatically logged out so I log back in and I am suddenly self excluded,went on chat to find out why and was told because I’m self excluded with Gamstop.My Gamstop expired beginning of June so I told them I’m only excluded from casinos where I’ve called them out for being thieves and liars and can still play now without problem. The site on a gaming level is fine, Cant complain if you win or lose while gambling ! My issue was that I decided to put a spend limit of £50 a month, To keep myself in check, And only for the practical reason of keeping an eye on my spending. Realised that if I won say £100 . my set deposit limit of £50 is suddenly raised by £100 , This totally takes the ” SET ” out of a “SET” deposit limit does it not? So I decided to send a quick email to them to say that this seems a tad unethical and plain confusing . Especially on a tool supposedly designed for the safety for the vulnerable .I also pointed out other sites have set limits that are truly SET! I really like Grosvenor Casinos. The website interface is really smooth and user friendly. They’ve got nice offers and bonuses as well. Do your own research on this company. See how they prevent a huge chunk of their customers from being able to place more than a couple of quid on bets. There are lots of forums where people have provided details of how Grosvenor go about their business. Why contact me offering promotions with a max state of £20 then limit me to betting less than a pound. What exactly is the point? Again, this is normal behaviour for Grosvenor, it’s well documented online. Why offer me a weekly promotion with a £5 free bet if I stake more than £25 in a week, but then limit my bets to less than a pound?And when you do manage to get a £5 free bet, they restrict it again and try to prevent you from placing more than a few pence. You have to go through the process of waiting for your bet to be approved….all for a £5 free bet that they gave you. I would not advise anyone to sign up. There are many more, far reputable companies to give your money to. Off the top of my head I’d advise Paddy Power, William Hill, Unibet, Skybet, etc. instead of these jokers at Grosvenor. Avoid!

I can’t understand why so many negatives reviews or i was lucky… but my story.. I opened account long time ago, but decided deposit yesterday, (I saw all negatives reviews before deposit) so I deposit 400£, played only live roulette after couple of hours I withdrew 3500£ (I did screenshot just to be ready) (I was thinking I am f…t to get my money.. after so many negatives reviews, weekend, after documents and more problems in this way) (actualy to provide documents this is normal, in any casino or betting site early or later you have to do it, proof address, bank statement, ID, pictures of the card etc. this is normal).. so, after 3-4 hours money was refunded in my bank account Saturday night (I have screenshots I can prove).. I am trying to be unbiased. I have been with grosvenor for over 8 years however in the last year their online gaming has taken a twist. I won with £30 spins (per spin) the Eyes of Horus bonus which usually returns 50x – 400x when your lucky enough to get the 3 pyramid bonus (main bonus). I got 19 spins and watched as I got £0 return. A bonus that returns £0 after £3k of spins is not a bonus. It’s a scam and the persons who wrote the game know it. They rank on most sites as a top 10 game but the payout is £0. £0

They come across as a scam company and certainly a lower grade gambling company.If you win a bonus you have to use your own funds first. If you want to win money, Grosvenor will close your account.Set up account, placed a bet, lost. Next day placed another and lost again. 3rd day, able to place another bet and won (up overall now) so I withdrew winnings. 4th day, could not log in and told to contact support desk. Basically they let you keep betting as long as you lose, as soon as you win, they close your account. Absolute criminals, they belong in prison. DON’T EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE CRIMINIALS. I give these a 4 star when I first joined probably down to the fact I was one of a very few who beat their wagering requirements by playing a game I knew was paying out across other sites at the time. Since then it’s been downhill each time I’ve deposited. Today I played their new game 75p minimum stake I think I won 4 times and none of the wins were over 50p ? won’t be using these no more and another shoddy site I’ll be excluding myself from.
