Still waiting on a resolution for the error that occured on the 30th of May 2023. Bets were placed, payment taken, bets won, and no payout. Apparently a technical issue. I would be curious to know how many others this has affected, and has anyone had resolution. Very poor customer service contact, and no expectations set, as to when we expect this to be fixed!! reading on back over the previous reviews, its very clear that these people are not over exaggerating in any way, and very turthful and honest in their feedback about this online casino!

Where do I start, I have spent thousands on their site, and never had any issues. Yesterday I contacted the customer service teams as I was currently winning on a slot with a large sun and their website crashed and went down for maintenance. When I logged back in i wasnt credited the winnings nor could I carry on the game. They have admitted its a know issue but no real answers of when or why, just thats its being looked into. I spend a lot and due to issues their end Im being punished. You would think as a regular customer that has contacted multiple times now they would look into and resolve it for me this was 30/5/23 11am ish, cant quite remember and Im still being told they are unsure and have an issue. I have been promised Ill have all my winnings but its just seeming more and more like a con. Can someone resolve this for me, Ive contacted your team 10 times now at least and NOTHING

I used to love Grosvenor. However for several months now, it's really bad. Promotions are rubbish, the site is always malfunctioning, you rarely win (even playing daily). It just takes, takes and takes. Not to mention that today I tried, and its deducting the spin and not crediting the win. So I go on poker... sitting waiting for the table to fill up but it didn't. So I "successfully" unregistered and it didn't refund my money. Stay away from this site. It's been so bad since an update that took days, months ago.

Awful. So laggy and would not load a single game. When I did eventually manage to get on a game after 50 times of trying I would do one spin and it would kick me off the game again. Wont be depositing again that’s for sure

Visited a casino in London . Met by a pair of snobs who took my sons details then we were belittled to our faces . One of the snobs said what is it with T-shirts and started laughing . We may have been wearing T-shirts but at least our attitudes are a lot better than yours. You are a vile snob who should have been raised better. Have a word with yourself . I've been a member of Grosvenor casinos fir around 20 years and have played quite big & small bets on roulette in person. Now, as I'm playing online, they want to know all my finances, bank statements, tax returns, income, expenses Tax number, national insurance number, just to play a few quid. What's next, send them fotos of my kidneys so they can sell them to make even more money from me? Time to give Grosvenor a miss and leave them and their MI6 tactics alone. I won't be going back to them again. Another dissatisfied punter.

Great games and some really decent live games!Recently withdrawn a larger sum and spoke with Joshua on the live chat, who of which was incredibly helpful with the information he was able to provide. Unfortunately he was unable to confirm exact timeframes for my withdrawal, even though website says 24hrs for PayPal withdrawal. Which is not ideal but did confirm that they do internal checks so no need to verify myself - so hopefully that speeds things up.All in all, good experience so far after being new to the casino!Will upgrade from ⭐️⭐️⭐️ To ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For sure once my withdrawal has been processed and paid.Look forward to continuing playing!

Visited one of their casinos, and after queing for one of their games for over half an hour for their “games night”, other customers were able to push in/jump the queue. After speaking to one of the floor managers, i asked how they we able to go next even though there is a virtual queue, they replied “they are Loyal Customers”. The £5k i spent that night (not being a loyal customer), is the last amount I’m going to spend on this company!!

I liked grosvenor until.. their promos disappeared!16/05/23 I played last Tuesdays deal of the day “prize share spin to win a top prize up to £1000” on diamond spins Cleopatra. With 800 prizes up for grabs, £53 total. To be awarded the following Monday being yesterday 22/05/23. But nothing was awarded. Live chat advisor encouraged me to send screen shots of wins as they couldn’t find anything to ‘support at grosvenor casinos dot com’ (email format not allowed) so I did this and explained all. But there’s been no reply because they’re not accepting quieres this way or responding “we’ve been busy improving our site….no new emails to this address will receive a response” but the advisor I spoke to this morning reviewed the email/screen shots?? And told me again to send all info I have plus photos to them again using the same email..Awful service…

Grosvenor online currently have a Beat the Timer promotion. However when you win, they don’t honour the prize. I’d won a free sports bet but despite it saying so, they didn’t credit it. When I contacted customer care, they implied I was lying! Why would I lie over a very small free bet?!?!? Clearly there is a glitch in the system however the customer care was dismissive and arrogant. Thankfully I wasn’t arguing over a significant sum of money but the principal is the same. Their system has issues, as I’ve experienced it first hand. Just be careful when considering this as your site of choice as there are system flaws but the customer care is dismissive and amateurish.

Honestly, I’m terms of fairness and enjoyment. This is the best casino I’ve used. It seems to be the only casino that actually feels fair. I’ve won and I’ve walked away with nothing but I was satisfied. It has the best range of games and one of the quickest payouts.

My experience with Grosvenor Casino left me feeling let down and frustrated. I can't help but share my disappointment with this casino. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, it turned into a major headache. Their verification process felt like a never-ending maze, and I began to question their intentions. I decided to get started in bit7casino.com instead. A lot more nicer casino.

Was playing a poker tournament today and was sitting 2nd on leaderboard when they logged me out and I couldn’t get back in! Emailed customer services who admitted it was a problem on their side and offered me a 5 euro ticket and when I said this was not very acceptable as I’d paid 20 euro for the tournament and was looking at a 1st place prize of 800 euro! They have now blocked my account! Not the 1st time this has happened to me either logging me out in the middle of a tournament! Anyway my advice is stay clear there are plenty other reputable poker sites out there with customer service teams who know how to treat their customers!

Was with Grosvenor for around 3 years loved never had a problem that was until I won 4700 and I couldn't withdraw so basically I had a prepaid card which I was to deposit with but they won't withdraw too told me I need to another card in my name to withdraw which o didn't have I asked them could they do a bank wire transfer as it states in there T&C you can request got told no I need a card otherwise can't have money I tried for 3 days sloek to countless people and got told the same thing so basically you can deposit what you like but you can't withdraw to same card as they don't accept than what a joke I have since closed my account and lost 4700 BAD BAD customer service telling lies upon lies

They do their best and they really do but the company needs to reassess what there reps are allowed to do or not. Also the bonuses are the worst on the market. You spend weeks completed chests for it to then upgrade but you get nothing for completing it so what's the point it upgrading? 🤔. If you like a loyalty bonus stay well away from this site but if you are just looking for a good poker app then it's great 👍

False advertising, they give you casino bonuses but then make you use your real cash money first. I had £200 cash in my account after I won a sports bet and would've had to wager and lost all of that before I could use a measly £1 casino bonus. They are preying on people not reading T&Cs and hoping you loose a ton of money that way and falsely advertising their promotions.

Being a new member of the online site. James was the 1st person I spoke with on the live chat. The reason for the contact was the survey on the email did not work when selected. So I decided to get in touch to ask about this and weather it was for verification of my identity. As on the FAQ is states no need for id..This is checked via a 3rd party. James was efficient and helpful to all of my questions raised and provided great customer service using informative information to support my needs and questions. One of which was clarification on my identity, to which I was told it was not needed. After opening an account and withdrawing. My account was restricted and my identity is needed. This process is 72 hours. Why can't you upload id when joining ? This will cut out the long process I will be waiting, 72 hours. It's also inconvenient and could be resolved at the moment you join. Derba today was helpful and reassuring to me when I contacted live chat to confirm receipt of my identity. Debra was refreshing and helpful.

Went to a Grosvenor on my hen do for karaoke not gambling. They refused to let us into the casino without taking out phone number and email address. Since then I've had a text pretty much every week from them about gambling when I have never gambled. The only option to opt out is to text stop which my service provider doesn't allow and they would not let us remove ourselves whilst we were there. This is a gdpr breach I was not told I'd be text constantly once I gave my number.

I opened an account with them, made a deposit of 7 pounds and 18 pences and made a single bet with that money, the bet was a winner and I made the withdrawal of the money to my account, the same one that I made the deposit, however they blocked my account without any warning, call, email or text message, I got in touch and attendant said that I had to check my account, and gave me a wrong email; I contacted them again and they gave me an right email address (I Guess) , I sent the necessary documents and a day later they didn't say anything to me. The next day I get in touch again and the attendant tell me the waiting time is no 48 hours, the day after I call them again and they said the waiting time is no 48 hours is 72 hours (What????) this is ridiculous, they want to keep the customers' money by force.1 - checks must be done before any deposit2 - After depositing and winning the bet and withdrawing the money, they decided to do the verification. I think this website is a fraud.

So, I've used Grosvenor Casinos for some months. Not the best of sites but I've had no problems until last evening. I got a new debit card, uploaded the details and made a deposit (200) No problems. I worked it up to 400 and went to withdraw part of that. Withdrawal not allowed! Grosvenor wouldn't cancel my old card, and when I tried to contact one of their 'customer champions' (!!) no one was available.So I left it, meaning to do it later. Played a little today. I was playing a 10 blackjack table (maybe 10 or 12 a hand) and next thing I saw was that most most of my bank had disappeared. I glanced at the pay out box and according to that I had placed a 412 bet, ... which was beaten ( by a dealers blackjack !) Never, in my better than 50 years card playing have I placed a 400 wager on a card game. I find it suspicious, usually when you place a bet there are a few seconds before the cards are dealt. Not that hand, ... practically immediate & no chance to cancel. Well, our 'customer champion' was giving me the runaround. Said he would escalate my complaint but it could take 2 weeks to get back to me. 2 weeks !! Anyway, I'll give them 72 hours and if nothing I shall get in touch with the gambling commission who have been helpful in the past.

In this case, you have to wager 10 so that you can meet the wagering target and once you have met it, the remaining winning will be converted into cash now it didnt state any of what he said on the actual bonus it said 1 not 10 so dont come here it is shady practice.

Money went missing from my account balance. I had over 2 cash on my balance, played free spins, won 26p. Went back to the home page. My balance updated to 28p with 26p bonus. Contacted live chat, what a surprise they couldn't see it lol I know it's a small amount, but it's beside the point. I log all my bookie balances, first time I've had money actually disappear. They're website is also painfully slow to load. One to avoid.

So apparently I needed to proof who I am even though I already have photo screenshot of agreed withdrawal into my bank. I went to exchange my cash points and it says I have insufficient amount to do it but there is no minimum so I contacted customer services, sent 3 emails with screenshot to be told they no longer offer this and yes I have points but I won't be able to use them!? 45 minutes I spent chatting to customer services, sending emails, multiple screenshots and constantly having to log back in. No offer of any gesture of goodwill or anything for wasting my time just tough basically. Not impressed at all!!
