I loved playing on guts casino, which I lost alot of money on which I dont mind as that's gambling. I used gamstop self exclusion and I didn't self exclude from there site. When I went to log in they sent me an email saying I'm permanently self exclusion. With no explanation why, just saying I did it.

I signed up on guts.com last week. I am more of a sports gambler than casino, but I thought I would check them both out. I had no issues with the casino but the sports betting is a complete scam! I was able to place bets, no problem, but to get into my tickets, it would just scroll around and around and my tickets would not load. This past weekend I spoke to Andre, their "customer service rep" and we tried everything to get my tickets to load and nothing worked. I tried my phone, my PC and I had issues with the same on a different PC and network. I was told they would escalate it to their tech team (if that even exists). Later that day, my tickets were loading perfectly so I thought wow, it's fixed. I spent the whole day betting Saturday and no issues with my tickets loading. I was winning! I placed 2 bets later in the day, both had cashout options with the live games going and I decided to go their casino to play some slots while the games played out. One of the games I bet on was getting close, so I wanted to keep and eye on it, I tried to go back to my tickets and BAM same issue! My tickets were no longer loading! I spoke to Hayden and told him the urgency in my issue that if I can't see my tickets, I can not cashout! He replied that he would check with the "sports team" and find out what was going on. He came back and said the cashout option had been removed (at that time). He had NO CLUE how the cashout option worked and how it comes and goes with the live games. I was livid. I was not able to view my bet tickets until the next day and saw that I lost 1 game on both tickets. I have received a follow up email asking if i've tried logging on with another device or network, which if my report from 12 hours earlier was really file, they would have seen i did! I sent them the chat log. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard a word since. I followed up yesterday and they said they are waiting to hear back from their techs. TOTAL SCAM!!! I should have been given at least the money I bet, back in good faith but they have no concern whatsoever and refuse to see that this is THEIR issue and that it cost me my bet and any possible additional cashout amount. DO NOT USE THEIR SPORTS BETTING!!! I see other reports of the same issue so I am not alone and they have yet to do anything about their technical issues. Funny thing is, you can't see your tickets, but you can still place bets! BEWARE!!

Software not bad but way behind.
Glitchy at times
Cards not very clear, sometimes get messages going through them that won't clear.
Account was locked for no reason at all couldn't tell me why and couldn't even resolve the problem.
In summary; mediocre software, poor customer service, not much variety, much better places to play poker

Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available. Still have yet to receive a withdrawal or any confirmation. I’d recommend a few other sites before this one after my initial times playing here.

When I request a withdrawal, it is sometimes credited to my prepaid credit card within 45 minutes.

Stay far away from this site i sent for a bank withdrawl for $170 they sent me $140 plus my bank deducted $17 off of the $140 the live chat says they sent $170 in which i produced a screenshot that shows the exact amount customer live chat are beyond uneducated i dont think they send funds in your local currency they are sending euro and guessing how much the exchange will be they also have so many stall tactics so you reverse your withdrawl ans get this i asked them to change my acount so i cant cancel withdrawls which most top site do and they said this coudlnt be done

I love guts, they got a great website and lots of markets to bet on. I must say they have the most user-friendly in-play betting interfaces among bookmakers. The odds are also pretty good, and as for promos and bonuses, there are a few one being you get a welcome bonus of 10 if you bet 10 and lose.

They'll do everything to steal your Money.
They closed down my account and told me I need verification, so I send it to them and they start lying and lying. The livechat support is completely dumb (mostly bots).
If you're trying to cash out a bet it will say 200€ for example, after cashing out they say it's 100€.
The criminal energy of this site is really big.

Sent a scan of passport, it was listed as accepted on their site. I then sent photos of address ID and payment method and these were accepted and was told I need to resend Photo ID. When I questioned it and stated I already sent it, they said they don't accept scans.

Okay, that's fine but they approved it initially, I could have sent the photo and be done with it by now but thought it was fine. I've sent a photo now, was told 24 hours and low and behold its still pending. I have a substantial amount to withdraw and I feel this is a deliberate attempt to prevent the withdrawal now. If rejected I'll take the matter further as the photo of my photo ID is crystal clear!

I understand the need for ID verification, but to mess a customer around to prevent a withdrawal in hopes they will lose the money is disgusting.

I wish I had read these reviews before I even looked at guts, which has ben favourably elsewhere. TP has trusted reviews and the ones I can see here about Guts is spot on! Terrible service, terrible games and terrible payouts. Then they refuse to pay you.

A rat of a company. Not interested in helping problem gamblers like my friend. They wouldnt close his account even though they said it was closed. They should and hopefully will be closed down for this. They even gave him free bets to encourage him and removed the 20 per day deposit limit he had set.

False advertising welcome bonus was apparently expired on 29.1.2019 but was on the sign up page and after making my account, deposited £20 to receive no bonus, and after reading these reviews be lucky to get my money back without messing around sending ID etc to get back what I worked hard for. Their odds are super competitive which is the main reason I signed up.The biggest plus for me tho was the withdrawals. A chap called Jonas told me he wasn’t sure why I couldn’t withdraw with visa, the only options available to me were Trustly and Paysafe. This worried me a lot at the time and I gave Jonas thumbs down after our live chat. Angry as I was I went ahead and tried withdrawing with Trustly et voila the money was in my actual bank account, liquid, within 2 hours.I can’t fault Guts at all.Fantastic and I hope your Trustpilot score does come up to where it should be.

Took my 10 deposit and gave me 100% bonus. Played on book of dead for around 5 minutes and the money was gone. At least with other sites I get a good 100-300 playthrough with my initial deposit. Guts literally just ate my money! I got 3 bonus rounds with my total of 20 balance. One for 2.50. One for 3 and one for 50p! Pretty bloody dire!!! Keep away

WARNING! They will refuse to accept ID documents despite other bookmakers accepting the same images. Avoid these at all costs. They are scammers. It doesn't matter that my ID's were rejected anyway due to the fact I never went above my starting balance after countless spins on their slots. Baffles me why anyone would bother using these jokers.

As for the ID problem. I upload several different scans/pictures then was told that all my uploads were scans, when in fact I'd just taken pictures. Absolutely disgusting when you're trying to withdraw money. NO other bookmaker I've signed up with requires such hassle and you failed to explain WHY you need to reject images that were accepted at every other online bookmaker. Presumably it's to withhold payouts and hope people go back to your scam slots. Nice.

Awesome site, saw that it was rated highly in different places so thought I would give it a try. In game notification of play time and amount won is a nice feature. Overall thought this was a really clean site with a very good game selection. Deposit and withdrawal easy and hassle free. Made my first withdrawal last night, was back in my IDebit account by this morning. There was a small inconsequential $2.00 service fee which I am more than happy to pay to have funds returned within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this casino. I’ll be back to try my luck again soon!
