Actually I rate them a star and a half, the reason is they pay atleast fast sometimes.But they are scam maybe the company if falling slowly. I made a deposit they were so quickly to deduct my money but they dont wanna put it in my account and its not the first time they attempt to rob me. What I hate the most is; alway when I want my money their unprofessional service providers will fool you telling you that the matter has been escalated and you always dont come with fruitful results after all. I haven’t got my money even now its a second day and I wasted a lot of airtime and data and my time, more than the money I deposited, only looking for my money back.There few things that I can tell about Hollywood that are foolish, even when we refer they dont always pay us as par promise. And they forget that their opposition have the better offers and faster aviator than theirs that gems and take our money says time out when you cashout instead of paying you.Hollywoodbets is a scam please spread the word and minus that second star they dont deserve it. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠I think I will also have to report them to the gambling board.

I rarely bet with this company and I deposited £10 the other week. It didn’t show up in my account, so I deposited again and this was added to my account. On checking my bank statement, it showed the money had been taken out twice. It shouldn’t have done as I have a £10 limit. I contacted them via email and passed on my personal details, they then wanted me to send a screen shot of my bank statement. I photographed the transactions but they said this wasn’t good enough and they wanted the full list of transactions to present day. I did have a problem with this but I relented and took photos of all the transactions. They have now said that this wasn’t good enough and want a PDF of my bank statement. Why? What couldn’t they see from what I have already sent? There is no way I am sending my bank account details to somebody I don’t know. Surely all the transactions with their company could have been seen from their end. This has been going on for nearly a week, for £10!! I’m actually bored with it now. It’s either send my bank details or lose a tenner? I think I’ll take the hit.

My first impressions of Hollywoodbets are mainly positive. Was able to open an account pretty painlessly, and depositing and withdrawing have been hassle free too. There’s plenty of sports markets to bet on and it’s relatively easy to navigate around the app.

Highly advise to avoid this company. As you can see by the poor reviews, they’re clearly doing something wrong. Another bookmaker who closes accounts for no reason. Stay well away.

Absolute Joke, started off ok, support was good.Didn’t credit welcome free bets after losing nor the free spins.Restricted bets after winning a few.Steer well clear people. They don’t answer emails either, well they do when it suits them.Update – Closed my account. Seriously people these are the worst outfit I have ever placed a bet with. Save your self the hassle, believe the 1 star reviews they are correct.Further Update – Do not believe there response for one second. They are an absolute joke. They false advertise welcome offers and don’t pay up, then when you question them they close you down and don’t respond.These lot haven’t just done it to me look at the 90% of 1 star reviews, very similar issues for them customers as well.These lot are being reported. At last! A site that has a customer support team who respond. I had an issue at the point of registration due to a typo in my address (my fault) and the Hollywoodbets team helped me resolve it super quick. Having used a number of online casino sites it was a refreshing change to use a product where the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Lets hope that the experience at point of withdrawal is just as slick!

Don’t honour their promotions. You wager the required amount but never get the free spins. Had to ask every time, and in the end they stopped responding. Don’t bother with these guys.

Absolute shambles. I complied with their offer terms to bet 10 x £1 bets on Tut for 50 free spins. I never got the spins and despite sending multiple messages for support they never responded.I tried sending an email and they don’t listen to what you are saying and keep saying you should go on their South African website. I have no idea what this has to do with anything, especially as I’m in the UK.They send emails saying “how was your recent experience with customer service”. They will know how I feel (if they bother to read it, which I don’t think they will).Another asked “how was your recent experience with the purple family?”. I had some luck and drew out around £50 and they then reduced my maximum bet to £1.61!!!!Don’t even bother with them… I’ve just tried three times to withdraw my money and it’s still not gone yet.I did a few bets with them and also played a little bit on slots. I didn’t win a huge amount but suddenly found my bets limited to a maximum of £1.61.I contacted them about it and they just said it was a company decision so I was very disappointed and pulled my money out.I’m a pensioner and just do this for a bit of fun and entertainment and I do not believe they had any reason to take the action they did so yes I was very unhappy with them. The worst casino I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have special offers on their site that offer free spins if you wager £20 on certain slots. The spins are due within 24 hours from the time you wager. You never get your free spins and if you have the audacity to go on live chat and ask for them…they exclude you from taking part in any more promotions!!!! Give them a wide berth. Deposited and won some money so withdrew half my stake then after a couple of hours went yo withdraw another £400 however would not let me as I had a pending withdrawal!! Live chat said it was policy to only allow one withdrawal at a time (nothing in ts and cs) they also said first withdrawal could take up to 48 hours! So I continued to play when I finally stopped five minutes later they cleared my first withdrawal so I took rest out of account.I put in a complaint to them they ignored it so emailed them again and they say its explained on their frequently asked questions! And then closed my account saying I had a gambling problem!! Don’t do it you will regret joining them look at the reviews….I reported them to the gaming commission and they were very interested in this behaviour so contact them if you have any issues

I opened an account with this firm and provided them with the required documentation. I then made my first deposit of £20 on the 15th of December. I won £40 and with my initial stake, had £60 in my account. I noticed that I was being logged off every 60sec or so and decided that this site was not for me. I then attempted to withdraw my money and was met with the message,’Client restricted for action’ and was prevented from with withdrawing the said £60. I messaged them on the site twice and also sent an email, asking why I could not withdraw my money. None of these got a reply and now I am left with the only conclusion left to me, they have stolen my money.Now, £60 is a relatively small amount of money and if this firm can refuse such a paltry sum, I wonder what they are doing to other customers?In conclusion, the lesson learned is, always read the reviews before joining one of these rogue sites.

Dont know why they purposely delay delay and delay the withdrawl process it all has to be verified by a member of their team apparently , long story short I’ve been trying to withdraw 40 euros from my first bet win for almost 3 days my account is all fully verified and I choose to read the reviews and I see this behaviour is happening regularly infact it seems to be common practice , now i will just wait and in the meantime I will look at ways to leave a complaint with whatever body regulates them but my advice is forget the tasty bonus they offer you they seem to be doing their best NOT to process any withdrawals

Joined , then about 3 hours later got a message saying they had closed my account because I have self excluded in past we gamstop , I self excluded in 2017 because I won a large amount of cash so thought I’d had a break , there trying to make out there not letting me have an account to protect me very strange …

Signed up and won with their bonus and they refuse to pay out they ask for a new document everyday. Day 1 photo of card no response then when chased up 4 days after told need ID send them that then no response chased up then told need selfie and id and card just delay tacticsm amazing how they took my deposit in 5 seconds and so far two weeks from when I clicked withdraw they still aint sent it. Bonus is just a scam to get you to sign up and if you win you won’t get your winnings. Brentford FC should be ASHAMED to be partners with these scammers

This is a follow up review about this site because I hope people will read all these reviews about this abysmal site and I want people to know they broke UKGC regulations. I self excluded here due to the worst run site I’ve ever witnessed and after several ignored complaints support have spammed my email today asking to rate their customer service which they’re not allowed to do when you’ve self excluded especially when it was almost 4 months ago!!
