joined in march but never actually used the casino. Seen positive reviews so thought I would give it a try. Deposited £35.10 total and it says there is a promotion period between 01/03 until 31/05 for new players tog et 50 spins. Met the wagering but no spins credited, when spoke to the customer service had me on hold for 20 minutes and then said I did not qualify which I cannot understand how. Made a withdrawal request at 11:20 only for £40, still in new status. Seeing a lot of people on here saying the withdrawals are sent swiftly but these must be robots because this is not the case. Overall negative experience, don’t have promotions available if you are not going to honour them. Won’t be using again and wouldn’t advise anyone to use, shame as it has some great games on offer also.Mark K

They are handling promotion is the worst, inducing players in error by keeping promotion in the players account which shouldn’t be like that. Once the promo is achieved should disappear so players don’t try again to play on the same promo without receiving the free spins.

Great casino always seems to play fair but for some reason your app and when I play on safari your games are always crashing. Never happens on other sites apart from that would have been 5 stars especially with better promotion.

Used the site for sportsbetting. The site itself and markets offered are ok, albeit a bit slow and clunky. However, despite being a customer for a long while and staking significant sums of money, there are zero free bets or loyalty bonuses ever provided. Genuinely is the worst in the market for this, so you will get better value from any other provider.

Went ahead, placed two bets, one won, the other lost, but I haven’t received my free bet, as promised.Emailed their support service. No reply for a day, after that, I got an email that they’re still waiting for me to answer their security questions (which were never asked). I asked which security questions they would like me to answer, but alas, no response whatsoever.Dodgy company, horrible support. The worse betting site I have ever used. Entice you with offers to get you to gamble and then when you win they try everything possible not to pay out winnings. They want every bit of information possible from you and when provide it it then is not good enough and they want something else that you haven’t got. It’s only a £40 win but they won’t pay it. I use numerous sites and have never come across this before. They are very hard work. Please be aware if using these they will do everything they can not to pay out. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
