Awful company closed my account for no reason. I have messaged them four times and got no response it seems to be the same thing in their reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS your better off going elsewhere and them closing my account makes no difference to me as their site is no loss to me.

Awful site and customer service is non existent. Sent messages from my account inbox four time in the last month and never ever got a reply. A joke of a site. Doesn’t matter how much you stake they never give you any free bets or bonuses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS go anywhere else it would be an improvement .

Buy far the worse betting site, signed up and they keep lieing around giving me my bonus , was very happy to take my money and bet but when ask about my bonus they say they ate having issues.. they then said woild be credited by end of the day and the. Later the same person denied saying that and avoiding the question even know showed them the screen shot of there comment.. clearly do not want to give out bonuses

I usually wouldnt care to write a review on anything, stay far away from this website. I have had accounts with some terrible bookies before, this is by far the worst.Your bets – are capped instantly. I only opened the account and I’m capped at 90eur and less.Withdrawals – take days, even though says 24hrs. Answer is, they simply dont want to cash you out.The website – absolutely atrocious. Tech completely crap and poor markets.Customer Service – appalling. They respond with the same generic crap to every request. As they will also under this comment. (FYI I have contacted your customer service, many times actually. Still not resolved any of my issues)

I placed a bet for 3 teams to win their games but they canceled after everyone won saying Tottenham didn’t win. Not the greatest. Stake a lot never get any free bets. Send them messages and never reply also very slow at settling bets my result was known over half an hour ago and still not settled and messaged them about it and surprise surprise no answer. A lot better companies out there I would suggest staying with the more mainstream as they lack customer service and free bets. Bet 365 are the best for everything great service bet settlement and free bets. Very disappointed with Hollywood bet

The worst company ever with staff based in South Africa them at were truly unhelpful and rude throughout. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to bet 365 they are far better and in fairness any other company would be an improvement . The customer service is very unhelpful. I got a letter that my account is excluded from all bonuses although I am not aware if I have done something wrong. I haven’t even started. All the person is saying it’s management decision.

Steer well clear. As a Brentford fan I thought I’d see what the fuss was about and suffice to say I’ll me making sure everyone steers well clear and will be also making a complaint to the supporters trust for allowing such thieves and cowboys to be involved in our club.Customer service is terrible. You don’t actually win anything, and if you do they’ll withold the funds or take weeks to transfer them to you. Very hard work if you win money and try to withdraw it, I’ve managed to squeeze out most of what I won but have abandoned my final £10 that they are claiming has been paid and told me the problem is my end and to talk to my bank

Very poor customer service I have played on many sites over the years and I normally test the waters at the beginning. When I deposit £10 and don’t get my free spins and talk to customer service and they reply you didn’t join from the link when I most definitely did sets alarm bells ringing. Not great cust support response times and not convinced knowledge levels of staff that great. On balance, closed the account today as we are dealing with money here and the support team can rather suck the fun out of the game. They might just be having a bad year or two. Good luck.

Actually I rate them a star and a half, the reason is they pay atleast fast sometimes.But they are scam maybe the company if falling slowly. I made a deposit they were so quickly to deduct my money but they dont wanna put it in my account and its not the first time they attempt to rob me. What I hate the most is; alway when I want my money their unprofessional service providers will fool you telling you that the matter has been escalated and you always dont come with fruitful results after all. I rarely bet with this company and I deposited £10 the other week. It didn’t show up in my account, so I deposited again and this was added to my account. On checking my bank statement, it showed the money had been taken out twice. It shouldn’t have done as I have a £10 limit. I contacted them via email and passed on my personal details, they then wanted me to send a screen shot of my bank statement. I photographed the transactions but they said this wasn’t good enough and they wanted the full list of transactions to present day. I did have a problem with this but I relented and took photos of all the transactions. They have now said that this wasn’t good enough and want a PDF of my bank statement. Why? What couldn’t they see from what I have already sent? There is no way I am sending my bank account details to somebody I don’t know. Surely all the transactions with their company could have been seen from their end. This has been going on for nearly a week, for £10!! I’m actually bored with it now. It’s either send my bank details or lose a tenner? I think I’ll take the hit.

My first impressions of Hollywoodbets are mainly positive. Was able to open an account pretty painlessly, and depositing and withdrawing have been hassle free too. There’s plenty of sports markets to bet on and it’s relatively easy to navigate around the app.

Absolute Joke, started off ok, support was good.Didn’t credit welcome free bets after losing nor the free spins.Restricted bets after winning a few.Steer well clear people. They don’t answer emails either, well they do when it suits them.Update – Closed my account. Seriously people these are the worst outfit I have ever placed a bet with. At last! A site that has a customer support team who respond. I had an issue at the point of registration due to a typo in my address (my fault) and the Hollywoodbets team helped me resolve it super quick. Having used a number of online casino sites it was a refreshing change to use a product where the staff seemed to know what they were doing. Lets hope that the experience at point of withdrawal is just as slick!

Absolute shambles. I complied with their offer terms to bet 10 x £1 bets on Tut for 50 free spins. I never got the spins and despite sending multiple messages for support they never responded.I tried sending an email and they don’t listen to what you are saying and keep saying you should go on their South African website. I had some luck and drew out around £50 and they then reduced my maximum bet to £1.61!!!!Don’t even bother with them… I’ve just tried three times to withdraw my money and it’s still not gone yet.I did a few bets with them and also played a little bit on slots. I didn’t win a huge amount but suddenly found my bets limited to a maximum of £1.61.I contacted them about it and they just said it was a company decision so I was very disappointed and pulled my money out.I’m a pensioner and just do this for a bit of fun and entertainment and I do not believe they had any reason to take the action they did so yes I was very unhappy with them.
