The worst casino I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have special offers on their site that offer free spins if you wager £20 on certain slots. The spins are due within 24 hours from the time you wager. You never get your free spins and if you have the audacity to go on live chat and ask for them…they exclude you from taking part in any more promotions!!!! Give them a wide berth. Dreadful company that don’t honour their promotions.

Deposited and won some money so withdrew half my stake then after a couple of hours went yo withdraw another £400 however would not let me as I had a pending withdrawal!! Live chat said it was policy to only allow one withdrawal at a time (nothing in ts and cs) they also said first withdrawal could take up to 48 hours! So I continued to play when I finally stopped five minutes later they cleared my first withdrawal so I took rest out of account.I put in a complaint to them they ignored it so emailed them again and they say its explained on their frequently asked questions! And then closed my account saying I had a gambling problem!! Don’t do it you will regret joining them look at the reviews….I reported them to the gaming commission and they were very interested in this behaviour so contact them if you have any issues

I opened an account with this firm and provided them with the required documentation. I then made my first deposit of £20 on the 15th of December. I won £40 and with my initial stake, had £60 in my account. I noticed that I was being logged off every 60sec or so and decided that this site was not for me. I then attempted to withdraw my money and was met with the message,’Client restricted for action’ and was prevented from with withdrawing the said £60. I messaged them on the site twice and also sent an email, asking why I could not withdraw my money. None of these got a reply and now I am left with the only conclusion left to me, they have stolen my money.Now, £60 is a relatively small amount of money and if this firm can refuse such a paltry sum, I wonder what they are doing to other customers?In conclusion, the lesson learned is, always read the reviews before joining one of these rogue sites.

Dont know why they purposely delay delay and delay the withdrawl process it all has to be verified by a member of their team apparently , long story short I’ve been trying to withdraw 40 euros from my first bet win for almost 3 days my account is all fully verified and I choose to read the reviews and I see this behaviour is happening regularly infact it seems to be common practice , now i will just wait and in the meantime I will look at ways to leave a complaint with whatever body regulates them but my advice is forget the tasty bonus they offer you they seem to be doing their best NOT to process any withdrawals

Joined , then about 3 hours later got a message saying they had closed my account because I have self excluded in past we gamstop , I self excluded in 2017 because I won a large amount of cash so thought I’d had a break , there trying to make out there not letting me have an account to protect me very strange …

Signed up and won with their bonus and they refuse to pay out they ask for a new document everyday. Day 1 photo of card no response then when chased up 4 days after told need ID send them that then no response chased up then told need selfie and id and card just delay tacticsm amazing how they took my deposit in 5 seconds and so far two weeks from when I clicked withdraw they still aint sent it. This is a follow up review about this site because I hope people will read all these reviews about this abysmal site and I want people to know they broke UKGC regulations. I self excluded here due to the worst run site I’ve ever witnessed and after several ignored complaints support have spammed my email today asking to rate their customer service which they’re not allowed to do when you’ve self excluded especially when it was almost 4 months ago!!

Very misleading, new customer offers suggest you get a casino bonus and a sportsbook bonus. However, you only get one – neither of which is particularly good, which leads more into the thinking you get both. RTP on the spins was awful. Hollywoodbets was a very good betting site, but now they have more issues and errors than any other gambling site ,there service has gone from great to below zero . Was spending over 10 thousand a month now try to use it as little as possible, always offline ,paying out an issue plus always having loading site issues. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won 3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus’s and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus’s which is what people play for.
