I asked which security questions they would like me to answer, but alas, no response whatsoever.Dodgy company, horrible support. The worse betting site I have ever used. Entice you with offers to get you to gamble and then when you win they try everything possible not to pay out winnings. They want every bit of information possible from you and when provide it it then is not good enough and they want something else that you haven’t got. It’s only a £40 win but they won’t pay it. I use numerous sites and have never come across this before. They are very hard work. Please be aware if using these they will do everything they can not to pay out. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firstly when the service and chat are going well you get links to leave reviews on trustpilot and when its bad they try to get off chat saying your not responding although your in the middle of a message. I left a 5 star review few days ago but quickly things have changed. The quick summary of it i have been charged double for a deposit to the website and both the bank and this company are palming off to each other. I have requested my deposit information so i could match up with my bank but they have reluctantly turned down incase they are at fault. Regardless of i have no issue losing a few pound you bet what you can afford but you dont want to be charged for something you didnt get and its currently sitting that im down money i didnt spend. I will update this review honestly as this goes on

Terrible site, failed to enforce a permanent closure of my account that I requested as I have difficulties gambling and I was able to re-open my account through live chat and deposit and lose €1000. They refuse to acknowledge this despite the first support chat member saying I wouldn’t be able to reopen my account due to it being permanently closed and then the next day the live chat member opening it with no issues. They claim I should’ve self excluded myself despite not being able to log into the account until I verified my ID, which is why I contacted them on live chat and asked for a permanent closure. They don’t respond to my emails.
